I am impressed with their service! They have a wonderful Master Chris who fixed three pair of my glasses! And they fix them for free! (I mean minor fixes)I’m so happy and grateful! Thank you Chris, you’re the best! Highly recommended service

This eye doctor was very professional, caring and knowledgeable.I was in to get bifocals, (I had tried the progressive lenses at another place twice!! and was unable to get used to them) The eye doctor at Costco told me to give it another try, I trusted him and I am soooo happy I did! (apparently the other place I went to just messed it up) I love my progressive lenses and thank the Doctor for taking care of me so well!

Did not accept a return of a faulty pair if glasses.

This eye doctor is very unprofessional, rude and has no people skills whatsoever!!! If you want a lecture of why you have problems with your vision, this the perfect place to go. If you have an emergency or need help with your vision in general, do not...I repeat, do not come here! EVER!!!... Ohhh! specially during lunch time, youll never hear the end of it!

We went to get an eye exam because my father in law lost his glasses and we encountered the most unprofessional, preachy and pretentious optometrist in the world. He began to berate and lecture the whole family for one person not having glasses. He, then, went on to speak to us in condescence until, in protest, we left.

Just for calling to get information is useless, never answer their phone!

The worst experience ever with Dr. Berry, very rude and unprofessional, I ask for a second opinion with the female Dr. and it was a pleasure, the doctor didnt even apologyze for his attitude, but the Costco staff was very understanding and helped me.

Everything I like about cosco shop everything they have in there also pizza frappe Nievesa and the chiken bak
