Had an appointment and it took them 1 hr just to get me to fill up the form. I’m pretty sure they forgot about us since someone else came after us, filled the form and within 15 minutes they got their shot. Nurse was nice and professional though.

Horrible customer service given by pharmacists Miguel 10/21/2021 @1027am towards an elderly woman with a walker sitting down on a chair waiting for her appointment. He skipped her and went straight to the people that were standing up waiting in line and said he assists people who are standing in line 1st versus the one sitting down with an appointment.

If your trying to get the Covid shot, DONT bother making an appointment!! I made an appointment for 3pm and was told to get in line to sign in. We did not get called up to sign in till 3:25pm. Then they called up 2 walk-ins before they called us up. So they are not honoring anyone with appointments. Its pretty much first come, first served. Well at least it was like that today. Our appointment was at 3pm and finally left there at 4:10pm. SMH

They didn’t have a lot of what I needed but the women that helped me was extremely helpful & knowledgeable.Grateful for the assistance

Well the pharmacy claims they are ready for covid... the pharmacy it self is so congested that I can not pick up my gives meds. Been next to be served for 20 mins and counting

Been taken my 80 year old parents there for years for their medications. The pharmacist are great. They always go out of their way to help them. I unfortunately had to deal with the manager Rita to pickup a product I had sent to the store for pickup. The manager was very rude. Had an attitude from the minute we started talking. So I had to walk out with out the product. We will start getting my parents medications sent to the CVS across the street, where Ive get my meds for years.

They take forever to attend you on the pharmacy, literally more than one hour to drop off my medicine note.

Very helpful pharmacy. Its been a difficult year and the staff has been great helping me and my husband with new medication when needed. Only thing is the wait in line, but I would guess most pharmacys are the same. They have a senior day the beginning of the month which is a good deal for regular priced items.

After we moved here in CA, this is the first Walgreens I’ve been too and this is the only walgreens I will visit everytime. Store is clean, well organized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Michael is my favorite cashier! He is the best. Always greet me everytime I go in the store.

Dude the customer service to the pharmacy is horrible. I’ve called twice and felt no hospitality at all from here. No personality, didn’t even get a thank you or a take care they just hang up on you. I don’t recommend coming here.

Pharmacy service is ridiculously slow. Shouldnt have to wait over 50 minutes to pick something up. Definitely under staff or new employees dont know what their doing. Was not like this before!!

This place is a joke. I came here 8 months pregnant with my navy sweatshirt on & the staff followed me around like I was gonna steal something & were rude. Very much so was racially profiled.

5/10/20 8:35 store not even close in photo department staff very rudely said photo department is closed so I went to car had wife call different staff picked up phone said yes we open till 9 went back in got my photos & rude lady with attitude said if I got problem with what she told me to complain to manger she don’t want to hear it idiot staff %!!!!

One of the managers, Giesella or Gieslda was one of the rudest Walgreens employee that I have ever encountered in all the years of shopping these stores.I was astonished at her disrespect and unprofessionalism.
