This place has the longest wait in line, doesnt matter when. Only 1 cashier and no manager around, huge line that takes forever.

Always deals at the right time for all right time friendly customer service always ready to serve you and do their job task at hand. Always smiles when entering premises great atmosphere clean stocked shelfs.

👎To this location, no baskets, no shopping carts, had to hold all my items with my hands, arms even used my chin and chest to hold 1 last item, wth! Then I had to wait in line, lol, had to call the worker to check me out, self check out is a must at this location, this location needs to improve or just close down. Does not seem like they care about being of service to their customers. Last time I shop here, learned my lesson.

Horrible costumer service with Angela and perla. They were extremely rude and condescending. Horrible experience and something like this happens every time I go this specific cvs. CVS GET BETTER STAFF!!

The worse customer service at pharmacy, arrived 3 minutes before pharmacy closed and they refused to provide my prescription.

Had purchased some milk the night before at Circle K but there was a problem when I woke up in the morning and poured my first cup of whole milk. Guessing that the milk was in the process of turning sour. The taste was horrible. Went to CVS to buy another gallon of whole milk and its the same brand. As Im putting in my card for the purchase I stated to the clerk, hope this gallon tastes better and it did. Was drinking the milk since with no bad taste in my mouth. Sure is nice that my drive to get to both of the places is within a mile from me.

This review is for covid testing. My appointment was at 11:50, 5 cars were there when I got there. it is now 12:41 and only 2 cars have went through that window the car will literally sit by the window for 15 minutes before anybody approaches the window. If I wanted to wait that long I would go to a walk in clinic. I made an appointment for a reason so Im not stuck waiting for an hr feeling sick. If I felt like I was so sick I had to wait I would but I dnt so im out.

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST HERE!! THEY MISMATCHED MY NAME WITH MY TEST AND CAN NOT HELP ME GET RESULTS AND KEEP GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND!!! NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME GET MY RESULTS OR FIX THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!

Do not take their free COVID19 test they are taking much more appointments than they can handle. I guess someone (government) is paying for these tests and results are not ready even after 5 days. I took the test on the 9th of August at CVS 16 3rd ave Chula Vista.

This is my #1 Cvs. My go to for EVERYTHING. I just want to say the staff is amazing. Especially Ashley, Gina, Perla, Kevin ....you guys know my name, help me find what Im looking for or call elsewhere. They always have a smile when anyone from my family goes in there. I absolutely love this cvs

Just the worst. arrived 40 minutes before closing time, with orders from the hospital to get up medicine for my kid, and they just said were almost closed, sorry theyre lucky its an emergency and I dont have time to deal with them, otherwise, Id stay and make the biggest complain ever. just, the worst.

I have always been very happy going to CVS as it is right around the corner to where I live....until.... yesterday. I went there to go buy batteries and I didnt have my CVS card with me and I couldnt remember the phone number I used when i got the card as it was several years ago. Ive never had a problem before because the cashiers would always loan me one that they have in the drawer... until yesterday. There is a new manager there now and she refused to lend me a card saying they have a new policy now and i would have to fill out a new card. She humiliated me in front of other customers. Another customer in a separate line offered me his card and she even tore the coupon and gave it to him and made it a point to tell me it didnt belong to me.. further humiliating me in front of other customers.. This is really sad because I have had a friendly relationship with the employees from shopping there many years but i will not go back.

Prices are to high you can buy anything cheaper at Wal-Mart or target , they should do at least a price match as they do at Wal-Mart and target, service is ok but prices are ridiculous, get anything and compare the price with any other store, they should not take advantage, I hope somebody at headquarters notice it , it will make a big change for Cvs and the community
