Dr.Mohammed is the best! I highly recommend coming here, me and my family have been patients here for 8 years and I have nothing but great things to say. Dr. Mohammed is very kind, patient, and attentive to every situation mild or severe. He also is very professional and takes the time for every patient. My children love him and trust him. The staff here are all very professional and welcoming. Alina does an awesome job! My entire family is seen by Dr. Elsayed.While my husband had been treated by others for his back pain, given strong pain medication and sent on his way Dr. Elsayed said he needed to find out what was causing the issue. He did additional lab work found and issue and sent my husband to a specialist. We were told he had cancer and he started treatment which saved his life. Super Professional Doctor and the staff amazing in helping me with the major issue I was encountering, this has been my Dr for a while already. I was having a major surgery fail and Dr elsayed made sure I got the help and attention I needed, he saw me on a weekly basis followed by the amazing home health he sent to care for my medical issue. He has always made sure my children also get the care they need. I truly recommend this Doctor to everyone him and his staff are amazing and care about their patients health and care.

***update on review. Today, on 06/01/2021. Dr. Mohammeds office contacted my grandmother and informed her to walk into the office. My grandmother walked into the office was informed my Alina and Dr. Mohammed that I had 48 hrs to remove my review or Dr. Mohammed was going to sue me. Dr. Mohammed informed my grandmother that to protect his dignity, prestige, and office, he was willing to pay up to $100,000 to an attorney. Dr. Mohammed also inquired with my grandmother what my problem was as I had also reviewed another doctor from Kaiser. Dr. Mohammed also printed out my review from the internet and translated it into Spanish and provided it it to my grandmother and informed him her to speak to me as he was only giving 48 hrs to delete my review as he did not want to jeopardize me. He is now threatening me for writing an accurate review of what happened that day and how they are not meeting the access to timely care requirement.Extremely unprofessional staff. The manager Alina as well as the doctor Mohammed Elsayed. Do not attend this clinic. This clinic violates state law by not having access to timely care. Appointments are more than 3 months out and when you inform the clinic that they are violating state law and access to timely care, they immediately become defensive and state that it is policy for you to take the patient to urgent care if there are no appointments available and that is not the case. For a primary care physician, non urgent appointments need to be within 10 business days. I spoke with the manager Alina and informed her of this and she was extremely rude and speaking over me and would not let me speak. I asked her to please be professional and she began to yell at me and state you want to hear professional, Ill be professional. And terminated the call. I called the office again and spoke to the physician Mohammed Elsayed and he was extremely rude and stated that I must take take my grandfather to urgent care. I explained access to timely care and the 10 business days for appointments for non urgent matters and he stated that I was speaking big terms for his office and he has his own protocols in place- this is false, his practice is governed by state laws. Mr. Mohammed elsayed began to yell at me and state that I was being threatening and would not speak to me unless I was the health care proxy, I informed him I would have my grandfather compete the paperwork and be in the office today. Mohammed proceeded to yell at me and hang up on me. I have filed a complaint with the State due to no access to timely care. Please be careful about going to this clinic. The manager Alina and the doctor are rude and unprofessional.

Dr Elsayed is a caring and a wonderful Doctor, he’s funny and makes my visits less painful. I always leave smiling even if I’m in a lot of pain. I have been coming to the clinic for a while now and today I got my appointments mixed up. When he saw me, he said hello , still looked at me and asked the nurse to add me to the schedule to see me today even though there was no openings and my appointment is tomorrow. I was called in within 30 minutes. He really shows a great deal of care and concern about my health and does his best to help me in any way he can. The nurse, Alina is my favorite!! She is always so sweet to me, positive attitude and and she remembers me every time I call or come in. She always have a conversation with me and told me story (about herself) related to my problem to make me feel better. She also held my hand when I was in so much pain and told me to squeeze it as hard as I can. No nurse had ever done that for me. So selfless!!! When I moved, I didn’t want to switch providers (even though I hate driving) They have nice staff but Dr. Elsayed and Alina are my favorites. They are simply the best. Thank you guys for your dedicated and selfless service and great customer service.

My first experience with them went well. I got a physical and a referral for a TB x-ray. After that, getting back in touch with them about records a few months later was a completely different story. Hopefully they dont make a habit of keeping people waiting indefinitely till the point where it seems much better for me to just redo my tests elsewhere. I was going to leave a 2 star review considering my first experience but apparently other reviewers have experienced the same problems with follow-ups. I would recommend somewhere else where you can trust on a smooth follow-up.

Ive been a patient at this Clinic for over 4 years now. Ive always had pleasant experiences. The front desk nurses are very friendly. The doctor is professional, friendly, and caring. However, I recently felt extremely neglected by Dr. Elsayed when I most needed him, which prompted me to change the rating on my review.I had an appointment which was changed to over the phone appointment during my drive to the clinic. Understandable, considering Covid-19. Few hours have passed, and I havent received any calls for my over the phone appointment and decided to check in to see whats going on. I was told Ill be receiving a call very shortly, however that didnt happen. I tried calling the next day and was told theyre very busy and I should expect a call soon. Again, no call back.This continued to happen for the next few days. Over a week passes with no call back for my appointment, even when I tried calling numerous times to get a callback. Im disappointed and honestly saddened by this whole experience. I would have of appreciated a call from the clinic or the Dr. explaining what was going on instead of being left in the dark when I most needed medical attention.

I am very upset with the doctor and his team. I have been a loyal patient of his for many many years and I do not appreciate this. He does not follow up and EVERY TIME i call to discuss it he is always busy with other patients and nothing has been resolved. its time for another doctor who has time for his patients and actually cares about patients

I was in serious back pain for 2 months. 2 doctors couldnt help me. Went to Dr Mohammed he helped me, one dose of medecine has made me feel so much better. He also caught 3 other issues with me and put me on a plan to recovery. Someone else would have sent me to a spcialist as recommended by others too. But his extensive knowledge and experience, understanding of human physiology, im in a much better place. He is our family doctor and comes highly recommended. Staff is amazing as well. So caring!!!!

Very good doctor and excellent service

So, I haven’t been to the doctor in years and let me tell you, Dr. Elsayed made my visit a pleasant one. From the moment I arrived, I was giving the utmost care. I went in just to be referred to an E.N.T but was not aware of some things Dr. Elsayed found that I also needed treatment for. Now I am on my way to get surgery and he couldn’t have made me feel more reassured that everything will be fine. If you guys are looking for a kind, knowledgeable, (and funny might I add) doctor look no further, Dr. Elsayed is your man.

I have been sick, major depression, major pain in my shoulders and hands and Also a rare form of vein sickness where your ankles swell up like a ballon so my veins started collapsing and not circulating my blood very well. I had cancer which was caught intime and with 2 rounds of chemotherapy and one round of radiation I was cured about 5 years ago. The day that the doctor told me I am cancer free I got in the car to get my wife and kids to celebrate luckily I didn’t get to them because It was bumper to bumper traffic on December 19th 2018 around 3:45 pm and as I was still I got hit buy a lady whom was texting and never looked up to see that traffic was starting to be gridlocked she hit me 73 MPH without touching her brakes. I had a lot of issues that 8 other doctors could not find out. That was until I went to the 9th doctor who is Dr. Mohammad Elsayed!! He had me feeling a lot better with in the first 3 months. He made me feel as if I was his only client. He always answered the his phone no matter what!!!Today because of Dr. Mohammad Elsayed I amStill alive and progressing to my normal self..He is a very good doctor and person!!! I will not have another doctor besides him as my primaryFor the rest of my life, thank goodness he is young and takes his oath as a doctor seriously. Doctor Mohammad Elsayed Is involved with every patient and doesn’t have a bunch of PA’s his patients. His staff are the kindest and hardest working medical staff that I have seen to date...... I was very well taken care of at Oxford Care. Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. I have been going to this clinic for a couple of years now, and they have never EVER steered me in the wrong direction. Their entire staff are super friendly, very knowledgable, and have always gone above and beyond for all my medical needs and concerns. Unfortunately, Ive been to my fare share of clinics due to my medical issues, and all the different locations I have lived in...This is one of the most caring facilities I have ever been to, genuinely listening to my concerns, and making proper medical assessments ultimately treating all of my issues with the greatest of care. theyre busy people and its no wonder why. My doctor Elsayed is a very nice man. The office staff are great people as well very friendly people. My wait is never ever long and they do there best to make appointments as soon as possible with most exceptions. I feel Dr. Elsayed can get a little more personal with me though like ask more questions about my lifestyle and what I need help with. I still have yet to get more help with health issues he helped tackle a few but I need mire help ! In die times I suppose!!

At 73 years of age ,i have seen many doctors over all this years,i have never seen a dr so dedicated to his patient,he will lessen to me ,studie my case and advice me what to do,never rush,will not open his mouth before knowing about my illnesses,very patient and understanding ,i love this guy.

Sorry to ruin a perfect review as Ive never had a chance to meet the doctor in person. The reason why I am giving this a mediocre review is that I had a bad experience witt the front desk/receptionist. They were very nice but very unorganized. I showed up 20(10:40)mins early to an appointment. 45-50(11:30)minutes following my wait I was asked why I came to visit today and that I had to fill out forms because it was my first visit. As I informed one of the reception 2 weeks in advance over the phone that I was scheduling an appointment for a physical and that I will show up a bit early to fill out forms which was presented to me 50 minutes following my wait. By then I had left assuming that it would take me another 20 minutes to fill out the form, have my insurance verified, and having the doctor finish up with the last patient. Im sure this is a good practice but it is pretty upsetting when you have to wait 1+ hour just for a physical. Walked out because my manager only allowed me to take 2 hours off work. Ive never had to wait this long for a physical

I went in once to this office to establish care... I told the doctor that doctor visits make me nervous I know there was work to do with my weight to avoid health problems.. Thats why I wanted a physical done. anyways.. being a bigger person I have never had HBP problems. (Thank God) He told me I was going to be referred to a nutritionist (never heard from them on that.. still... 1.5 yrs later). My problem was when I was obviously nervous being that I hadnt been to a doc in a couple years and I had rushed after work (not thinking, I drowned the cup of strong coffee I had just made before remembering I had an appt) He was quick to diagnose me with HBP, and prescribed medication not considering what I had just told him and give me a few mins to relax. My BP was elevated because of that but NOT HIGH. I may not be a doctor but I work in medical field and know myself enough to know it was just my anxiety and the coffee. I donate plasma twice a week and my BP is taken every time, always 99-115s/60-80s.. I moved doctors and to be honest, its been the best choice I have ever made... find someone that wants to work with you not for themselves. Also, I think that it is very unprofessional for the NP to respond on a review above. All you need is a Please call us to help resolve response. Isnt it like maybe breaking HIPAA regulations talking about people referrals regardless if they disclosed it first or not?

I am the Nurse Practitioner of this office and I take pride in my work. I have a high work ethic. I apologized to Mrs. Benitez for the delay in her referral. I did not expect a malicious review of us. I was present when the doctor spoke with her and it was clear that she would not give the doctor the time of day to apologize or to comment on her review. I believe that everyone has a right to their opinions but to be malicious after a sincere apology was provided is very hateful and speaks of the persons character. Again as I said on the phone Mrs. Benitez I apologized and worked on your referral personally and submitted it urgent. Please accept our apologies again as we tried to fix the situation but you chose to be a mean person on the internet. Please remember that we are all people and have feelings. Feel free to come into the office to discuss this matter in a professional arena as you say you are in the medical field as well.Thank you for your time. I hold my staff in high regard and have a great team. We care for our patients with our whole hearts.

Low quality clinic with low quality care. Its very run down & staff at the front desk of the family medicine clinic are very rude. Would not bring yourself or children here.
