One of the best Private Pediatrics office ! Doctors are great Dr. Piansay & Dr.Di Franco. They both care for my baby . They are very flexible in schedule an appointment and always find a time to get your baby seen! Covid regulations are highly followed . Very clean and professional.

Most excellent doctor, compassionate, humble and ethical. So glad to see he is still practicing.

Amazing Doctors & Staff

I’ve been coming here since i was born, now i’m 28 and i have a one year old daughter and i bring her here. Never had anything bad to say. There’s ALWAYS help when i need it. From the moment you walk in, until you leave. From the staff, to nurses and doctors.One time i took my daughter when she was 4-5 months old and i was carrying the diaper backpack plus her in the carseat and the kind male from the front staff helped me carry her inside without me asking for help.Don’t have anything bad to say, no matter how hard i try to think of one.

I met Doctor Sanchez, outside his clinic in Chula Vista. I was sitting outside on the bench waiting for my doctors appointment that is next to his clinic, he approached me by calling darling my love in Spanish and I did not respond he asked me if I have an appointment with him and I said no. He asked me to leave his area because that’s only for his patients in a very rude way. I suggest him to put signs on the bench or by his door and to be respectful.

I love this clinic! very kind and compassionate people. I was a foster mom for many years and often needed emergency medical attention for children that others would turn down for a variety of reasons but they never would. I’ve been bringing children here for almost 20 years, the first time I came I saw a picture of Dr.Sanshez with Mother Theresa and just knew I found a home for my kids❤️❤️❤️

I love this clinic! I have been coming here for 9 yrs.! All the doctors here are great and so is the staff. Its like we are all a family they know us soo well. I will never change my kids doctor! I tell everyone I know of this clinic I have referred many of my family and friends here. If you want a warm welcoming clinic for your children this is the place. They always have time to see you. Even if you just walk in. Never have I ever been turned down! They even have after hrs. Phone number! The wait depends at times. But if you love your doc. The wait doesnt matter. My kids have to see specialist and this clinic is on top with their referrals. Sometimes my insurance changes and I have no idea the office staff lets me know and makes the necessary phone calls and all I say is yes I want this to be my primary clinic and its all fixed! I have many reasons why this is an amazing clinic I have been here for 9 yrs.! And will be here for many more!

Worst place ever! Ive been here since 830 and still no dr.. all I get to hear is the staff and their chisme. (Gossiping) and Im sorry but Ive been coming here for 9 years and they always speak Spanish first to me and when I nicely tell them Im sorry I dnt speak Spanish I get the most dirtiest looks and I over heard when the nurse walked out to another nurse ella es gringa meaning Im white... hmmm concerning I am full Mexican. Ill be looking for a new dr office

This place dont comply w apointments. They keep us waiting for a while an taking in walk in people instead off us w apointments . This place . Moving my kids out to a diff locations

I used to love this Doctor, how fast it was and how the Nurses there are so welcomed...but then you have Dr. Dfranko( a child monster ) ...A non professional, mean , prejudice Practitioner ever && not to mention a child abuser!! On Monday 6/25 Not only he called my 10 month old Son Jairo fat, and saying he has visable rolls . He also wasnt trained to interact with the infant patent to get them to move a certain way ( as they should be trained for ) he forced my babys head to the side to check his ear, leaving red marks on the side of his temple and making him cry!! Then he screamed at my baby to stop kicking him!! Thats when I lost it! I started to shout at him!!! I grabbed my baby from the table and My husband and I( in disbelief) started to question this DR. And his practices !!! He stormed out the room and my son continue to get his shots. So not only my baby dealt with the pain of his vaccines. But also the RED MARKS FROM WHERE HIS THUMB WAS IN GRAVED IN HIS TEMPLE!!!!!I took pictures!... So as angry and furious we were, I calmly talked to the receptionist and let him know what happened. And made a complain. Then DR. Sanchez calls me in hour ago to inform me he had already address the issue, making excuses!! Saying Dr DeFranko is a rough Doctor!!!! .... Thats right a Rough Doctor !!!!! Wow.. I couldnt believe it!!! Its Complete BS ! A rough Doctor working with infants !!!!!! He shouldnt be working with babies that rough!!! Wth!!! ...saying he cannot fire him because of shortage of staff...Cutting me off not letting me talk... I recorded the conversation! Keep Dr. Defranko AWAY FROM BABIES!!!!! !!!!!!!

I am very satisfied with the fact that they attend to me even if it is a non-life or death problem even if I do not have an appointment, of course I must wait is logical, but much less wait for it as an emergency room, and Dr. if you see that You need medicine only gives me some specifications, that is better than wanting to prescribe medicine even if it is not necessary, the staff know it for more than 16 years already, thank God they are very kind .. I recommend it.
