Two visits for the same procedure, extremely poor time management, 5p mins in waiting area and another 40 before procedure. Good staff but Wish this could be fixed.

Dr Grimaldi is a great Dr. He is very personable and his staff is outstanding.I feel this man saved my life. Dont believe the negative reviews.Grimaldi is very professional.Thank God for this Dr.

I feel the doctor really doesn’t care about his patients.He was in a rush on our phone appointment and when I arrived to the clinic, his assistants wanted to do a cystoscope one me (all I had asked for was for my anual blood tests) I asked to speak to him TWICE, so he could explain why he wanted me to go through this procedure, another assistant came back and told me to re-schedule in three months.

Worst health provider ever. Terrible customer service, the staff is unpolite and unprofessional. Dr. is always on a rush, phone appointments did not last more than 2 minutes. He practiced a cystoscopy in a very rush way while he was yelling out his staff to come to the room to find instruments. As a result I ended with a mistreated and painful urinary tract. I couldn’t go to work for a week because of pain and urinary incontinence after the procedure and he refused to provide Dr. note for my employer and during a follow-up call he literally said: “how come you are unable to work? Leaking urine is not a big deal” I do not recommend this provider, lack of empathy is notable!!

Great Doctor and PA, but unfortunately the staff is NOT EFFICIENT. If I have a problem they do not help, if I leave a message, they never return the call. Its been 3 months since my husbands first visit and have not been able to get treatment.Discussed with their service.Will change doctor.I do not recommend this office.

I have been going to Dr. Grimaldi for a number of years now. I find his staff friendly and personable. I think that Dr. Grimaldi is a wonderful doctor and would recommend anyone with any urological issues to seek Dr. G and his staff out.

First surgery didnt come out correctly according to his own words. They schedule another one right away but, I became lazy & a few years later (now) Im back for the surgery again. Things got real, real bad. My obesity make things worse, of course.

Dr. Grimaldi is the Doctors Doctor! An expert in his field, with the experience and knowledge that tops all others. When considering a urologist, there are none better!. My experience as a patient with a very difficult surgery I could have not found a better Doctor. Thank You!

I have been seeing Dr. Grimaldi for almost 2 years to help with urinary problems I’ve had for a long time.He suggested the MonaLisa Touch which I tried and I am very happy with the results. I feel better than I have for years.The doctor and staff are very nice. Everyone is friendly. Dr. Grimaldi really cares about his patients.

I had a testical prothesis put in. They put a much smaller one than my natural one plus the stitches came out immediately . Very bad post treatment. thank you but im a bit bummed out
