Dr. Littlefield provided me with the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever had. His staff are very kind and knowledgeable. The staff that completed my X-rays was so professional. The dental hygienist made sure I was comfortable in every way. I will go back for sure! I highly recommend this practice.

Valerie giving me options for treatment and getting me in early to end my pain But the 2 stars for me are, of course Dr. Littlefield who called me at home and helped get me out of pain quickly , and Sheena who holds my hand, keeps me calm and truly cares. I have a dispute with billing. I see on my statement that my insurance payment was received by you in time, but by the time I get the statement it’s now over 30 days and them you tack on the late fee to me, and that’s not right. I noticed that it’s been happening since 2019 and that a total of 688.00 dollars in late fees tacked on to me.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. David Littlefield! I first became a patient back on December 26th 2012. I was in need of emergency dental work, which ended up being a root canal. He took me in the same day! I have been a patient of his ever since! His staff is extremely courteous, polite, professional and accommodating. They have Saturday appointments which I absolutely love! I live in San Carlos and I travel to East Lake because this dentist is genuine and truly cares about my needs as a patient and person. A coworker referred me to Dr. Littlefields over 15 years ago. My husband and I have been going to them ever since. We live near downtown San Diego and never minded driving to East Lake twice a year to have our appointments. I also referred friends and coworkers to him as well; they all became fans. The staff are courteous and capable. If youre on time with your appointment you have little to no wait time at all. Dr Littlefield is very detailed and friendly. Marla has cleaned our teeth so well all these years we never had any dental work needed. The office is always clean and posh, especially with the amazing flower arrangements Jose creates every week. I have been going to Dr. Littlefield since 2004. He is an excellent dentist. His staff is awesome including reception, assistant and himself. Ive had crowns put in, cavities filled and teeth whitening. Nothing but good things to say.

This was the most bizarre and disturbing dental experience Ive ever had. Everything was going great - wonderful service from the receptionist, dental assistant as well as Dr. Littlefield. Then at one point Dr. Littlefield was telling me about a procedure and I asked, how long is it all going to take? It seemed a perfectly standard and innocent question to me, but apparently Dr. Littlefield didnt care for it. He responded, Well my time is more valuable than yours will... at which point he cut himself off, and just finished saying something about how it was hard to say. I sat silent and shocked, and pretended I didnt hear what he had almost finished saying. All I could think was how glad I was that there was an assistant standing there with us, which might have been the only reason Dr. Littlefield decided not to finish explicitly insulting me for asking a simple question. To this day I cant wrap my head around why he reacted that way to my question. I will never go back there again.

David Littlefield is a professional and a perfectionist at what he does and I did not hesitate when I decided to start my treatment. My smile change from zero to 100 in no time and I’m always grateful that Dr Davis Littlefield was part of that; I now realized that I had made poor decisions in the past when I picked my dentist.After 10 years I continuously go for routine maintenances, I have not had an issue with my dental hygiene since then.
