Stated they took my insurance, then did not submit to my insurance. They are now trying to send me to collections for $150 for a visit over a year ago that they failed to submit properly. My insurance stated they cover 80% and these people are wanting $150 while my insurance is giving a check for $60.Shady practices.

Doc B and his staff are superb! I originally came in unable to stand or sit up straight without pain or medication throughout my day. Now, I can do it more often and much less medication. I will sing their praises forever.

I don’t know how to really express how greatful I feel to have the opportunity to be worked on by such an amazing and talented chiropractor. Dr. Biscotti is super attentive when it comes to taking care of his patients. Trust me haha I was pretty hard to deal with because of all the problems I had but he was extremely patient, professional and understanding about it. Not only did he explain everything he’d be helping me with he also helped calm me down by explaining the process of getting adjusted and how it helps. Before I came to see Dr. Biscotti I was having serious problems. Things like extreme chronic pain in my neck and back, depression, intense anxiety attacks heck some days I even felt like I was losing my mind. I felt hopeless. Okay so I know to some this might sound a bit weird and crazy to some but seriously, after my first adjustment with Dr. Biscotti I could already feel a difference like a sense of relief and clarity. I believed it, I understood it, and I accepted it. I look forward to every appt now and sometimes I can hardly wait for the next haha. Everyday that I get adjusted I continuously feel better and better and it’s an Indescribable feeling. I don’t like taking medication and I don’t take anything anymore. So If I could, I’d give them all the stars in the galaxy because Dr. Biscotti is a great man and has an amazing staff to back it up. They are always so warm and welcoming and extremely attentive as well!! They all just make you feel like everyone is one big family!! Well guys I put my trust in his hands and he didn’t let me down. So Keep up the great work all of you and just thank you for all being so awesome!!!!!
