Man where do I start. Dr. Joe is something else, he is more than passionate about his craft. I nearly cried tears of joy and relief leaving his building after my first assessment and adjustment with Dr. Joe. I have been to at least 3 different chiropractors, 2 massage therapists and my PCP and no one could explain to me why Ive had so much neck, lower back, and hip pain for the past 3 years. Dr. Joe has provided me with insight into where my problem areas are, how they’ve gotten so bad, and most importantly, how he is going to help me get rid of the pain and take preventative measures to help me stay aligned. After debating which Chiropractor to go to I found Dr. Snyder on Instagram and I was fascinated on how much info the page had and how well it explained the benefits of getting adjusted. I made my first exam appointment and I could say my instinct was not wrong! I had almost lost hope in Chiropractors until I met Dr. Snyder. After seeing two other chiropractors in San Diego I felt no improvement. The one in IB couldnt adjust me or were afraid to adjust me. The second did basic adjustment and sent me on my way without any explanation. Then through a referral I decided to see Dr. Snyder. I was given a full analysis from head to toe. He used several instruments on me to detect my energy levels and alignment. Through x-rays he showed me I had military neck which I already knew but what was really surprising was I had tilted spine which didnt sit straight. I was never told this by my other doctors. I think I am halfway through my treatment and I can say everything Dr. Snyder said is happening. I am improving in energy levels and I also have seen improvements in my bowels. I use to get constipation all the time and not anymore. I also feel this calmness, its hard to explain, I guess my body has always been locked in this fight or flight mode and now its calming down and learning to rest. Im really glad I came to see him. I ran into this place from Instagram, one of my great friends Michael Cabradilla was a huge advocate for Ignite Chiropractic. Just recently in July I had a presumption diagnosis of Peripheral Neuropathy after feeling uncomfortable burning sensations in my feet, I took a Nerve Conduction Velocity and EMG and I was tested negative for Neuropathy but I was still facing Neuropathic Pain. I saw that Dr Joe Snyder posted up an IG post about Spinal Scans, that got me super interested, without hesitation I booked an initial exam, he was very knowledgable , up to date, and gave me each step by step analysis on the spine and the nervous system. The past 6 months I was so in high intensity mode: studying for my boards, work full time where Im stand iik ng 8 to 9 hours a day , and always hustlin no sleep, until recently my body wants to shut down. Dr Snyder took me thru an HRV analysis and my stress levels are through the roof! But he told me not to worry just gotta follow the adjustment protocols and keep up with my nutrition and my workouts and my infrared sauna therapy. I have known Dr. Joe for 5 years, he is very kind and professional! He made the appointment for me in one day so I didnt have to wait days for him to adjust my neck. He specializes in children and people like me, who make me very nervous when they adjust me, but he is very patient, tender and fast, so I have been with him for many years.
