Have been having my hair cut and styled here for over 10 years! Great business! They also also are very COVID responsible and I feel very safe here.Great service and very friendly staff. They are knowledgeable and give me helpful advice when I want to try a new length of style. I recently decided to cut my hair short for the first time ever and I LOVE how Sheila cut and styled in with layers.Definitely recommend Sheila, Maria and Esmeralda!!

Love this salon it’s always so clean & organized I usually get my hair cut by Paz, she’s amazing such a great hairdresser. She cuts my hair exactly they way I like and takes her time. Definitely recommend mg salon you won’t be disappointed!

The only person my wife trust to cut her hair, but she never listens to the instructions my wife gives. Cut her hair too short

If 0 stars were possible, thats what this salon would receive. I came to MG Salon to dye my hair all to my root color (I had a grown out balyage that had a lot of brown already and wanted my hair to be one color). The balyage covered the bottom half of my hair, so thats all my stylist, Isaac, decided to dye. I was in and out in an hour (although I was taken back 40 minutes late) including a trim. The color looked nice when I left and I paid $170 including tip. (which is a bit pricey in the first place for something so simple) Now, 10 days later, the color is completely gone. I washed my hair only twice in that time just to be safe, although it was meant to be permanent color in dark brown. I called the salon to try to get remediation, hoping it was a mistake in dye and they would offer to fix it. Instead, my original stylist Isaac answered the phone. He was defensive, saying that I probably washed my hair too much, and that he told me it would take multiple sessions to cover the blonde (he did not) and said that since itd been over a week they wouldnt do anything. He was condescending and combative to anything I had to say instead of wanting to right the wrong and retain a happy customer. Talk about terrible customer service; especially when their website specifically boasts excellence in that area!

Had an appointment for 4:30pm, sat in the waiting room for over 40 minutes. All the obvious regular customers seemed to have a blast, but i was ignored the entire time. Shouldnt have even wasted my time searching for what i wanted because the guy didnt listen to a word i said. May as well have just told him to close his eyes and go nuts. And he just leaves me to go hang out with his buddies at the front waiting area... Never again, and i would not recommend this business unless you enjoy sitting by yourself and playing Russian roulette with your hair. Terrible 👎👎👎

I wont go back. The girl colored my hair the wrong color and turned it two-toned. The cut was ok but not worth how much money it was.
