Quick service nice staff cute & clean salon.

M daughter and I went here for the first time Wednesday. She got a full set. I got a full set and gel pedicure. It’s Saturday and my thumb nail is already broken. Also while we were in there a lady had came in saying her nail was broken after just getting them done as well. We won’t return. Mine are uneven and have bubbles as well.

I love this place. Ive been coming here for quite some time now, and theyre always very friendly. I always ask for Mike to do my nails. Helen and a very young girl with long hair are excellent at pedicures. I always call ahead of time because I know they can get pretty busy.

This place is just not ok , some workers just mess up on the nails and are very aggressive. I need a refund and they say they don’t do refunds. my nails came out not ok and i payed a good amount , i should’ve got what i payed for.

Do not go here, mediocre service. Very misleading! Not a comfortable environment.

I Love this place, been coming here for 10 years! Great customer service and I love how they have chrome gel manicure and pedicure.

Helen did both my wife and I facial. It was our first time. Although we felt that it wasnt the facial we expected, we still enjoyed it as she gave us a great customer service.

Save yourself the time and find somewhere else to go! I called PRIOR to arriving and when we got there, they were NOT welcoming nor ready to seat us.As my cousin and I proceeded to sit in our chairs, we realized that the water was freezing cold. They did not allow the water to get hot PRIOR to filling the basin. When I asked them to refill it they refused saying that thats all the water they have. Which is FALSE because the water was hot comming out of the facet.When I stated that I changed they my mind they gave my cousin a towel to dry her feet off but not me. So they allowed me to put my WET feet back into my socks and shoes.I REFUSE to give my money to a establishement that has poor customer service. In addition they are located in a mall so business is feuquent. By NO MEANS should they have hot water issues if so, they need to suspend services until they resolve the issue.Ended up going to NAIL & WAX DESIGN instead best descison I made all day.

I got the worst infection from this place around my finger. They are dirty and rude!! Never again!! Place should be shut down!!

It was my first time going here & I went I paid 48 for ombré nails Just for this guy to cut my finger and made Me bleed never ever going back agian . He didn’t even paint my nails right . He kept hurting my nails and keep doing them in a hurry I was very disappointed.

They cut my nail open then insisted that its okay to put acrylic over it. When the acrylic was on you could see my blood through the acrylic. Never come here they are money hungry.

Don’t think I’m coming back I’m not satisfied with my nails and they try to charge you to fix them my nails are so FLAT and uneven..acrylic nails are suppose to have a round arch and my nails just look like little square flat uneven nails plus the nail polish was applied so fast and sloppy not happy with my service

They do a good job but I watched that they use the same instruments for all people. They do not use sterilized instruments for each person. And that causes mushrooms on the nails of the feet.
