Love this place so much! From the moment I booked my appointment I felt extra special. I booked an ombré acrylic and signature boudoir pedicure for my wedding with Anna Nguyen. I received a phone call the day before to clarify my preferences which I thought was a nice touch. I arrived to a super cute welcome sign with my name on it. The place is clean and is such a good vibe!Anna was wonderful! She is so sweet and has such a positive attitude. Her attention to detail & patience are admirable. She genuinely wants you be be thrilled with your nails and will go to any extent to make sure you are in love with them I will most definitely be coming back here.Thank you Boudoir Nail Bar for making my pre wedding appointment extra special 💕

I get a pedicure religiously every 2 weeks. I have been to countless places and never felt impelled to leave a review nor as mad as I am about this place. I just moved to the area so this was my first time here. They are taking advantage of their clients. I paid an additional $40 in extra fees for one of the most basic pedicures I’ve received. I got the Lomasi pedicure which is $44. As expected there is an additional charge for gel(normal) usually it is $12-15 dollars and here it is $20. They then charged me to remove my gel $10 from my previous pedicure which I NEVER have had to pay. Then I paid an additional $5 for callous that somehow isn’t included in a lot of their pedicures- which is normal priced. That $44 pedicure turned into $80. And it should have been $79 which means I was overcharged an additional dollar. Not a big deal but it’s the principle. 2 minutes massage at the end, barely any cuticles cut, very basic ESPECIALLY for the price paid. Ladies PLEASE don’t waste your money. This is NOT normal! You can get a lot more for less at other places

Love coming here. Everyone is very professional and sweet and the inside is beautiful. Its easy to make an appt online and the price is definitely worth the time they take to make sure you love what youre paying for. I got my beautiful gel acrylics done by Anna and they came out perfect. Any little detail you want fixed shell make it happen. She also gave me a free cuticle cleaning because I had to wait a few minutes after arriving. Id also recommend Thuy, shes incredibly experienced and very kind. In addition, they usually have a movie or show playing and they offer drinks as well, but its cash only so come prepared.

People there were very friendly. The place is very clean and organized. There is a huge selection of colors to choose from. I would go again.

Great atmosphere! ALEX served drinks and he even did a little dance for me for my Birthday. He made this experience the 4 stars I am giving. The actual pedicure itself was not the best I have had. It wasnt bad, it just wasnt up there at the top at all. The place is beautiful!

First time I came I was blown away with how this place looked, definitely felt like royalty. Got served drinks. I got the standard pedicure & it was okay. The girl who served me, cant remember her name but she did an okay service on my toes. Something I could have done at home, then left me to dry my toes and never came back to check if they were good to go or anything. Kinda disappointing. Later on I noticed the polish started peeling. Luckily I had a manicure appointment the next day.The 2nd time to Boudour Nail Bar was far better than the first experience. I explained what happened to my toes and they were able to fix it no cost. Jackie did my nails and did a superb job! She was friendly and took her time with my nails. Told her what I wanted and she went the extra mile. My nails dont feel like theyre fake, they feel so natural. Ive been receiving so many compliments on my nails. I have found my nail spot!!!

Came last week with my 4yr old for a bday spa party it was so cute my daughter enjoyed everything from getting her nails painted to seeing the staff bring a lil cupcake with sparklers for her friend it was great! First time here as a client, Briana did an amazing job loved my gel manicure and pedicure. Had a drink to go with my service! Prices are reasonable i was very pleased with everything will definitely be back.

My 1st time here and I got a gel manicure with Shannon. She was super gentle and did an awesome job. Ill definitely be back and adding a pedicure.

My wife booked an appointment to get acrylics done for Halloween. Her appointment was at 4:30. We share a car and I was on a work call so we ended up leaving later than intended for the appointment. We called to say wed be 10 min late and got there slightly past the 10 min. Then we were told they couldnt see us because another client was booked for 5:30. First, I have waited for my wife to get her nails done before and it has never taken less than 1 hr and 15 min, so they should not have booked another client for 5:30. Second, we offered to come back another time and were informed wed still be charged $66 for the service she didnt receive, which is far more than any other salon in the south bay. Bottom line, dont go here, total rip off and bad customer service. Go to Happy Nails at the plaza bonita mall for nice people and decent prices. Youre welcome.

This was my first time at the Bourdoir nail salon, and the inside was as expected. Gorgeous decorations and attention to detail. I was assigned to Chi for both a mani and pedi. I’ve gone to other cheaper places who have cleaned up my nails better before applying acrylics. I showed a photo of how I wanted my nails and did her best to match the example. She didn’t paint the tip of the nail which I thought was weird. Overall, with the amount I paid, my nails could have looked nicer.

My nail artist was Jennifer, and she did a fantastic job! I had a lovely time, and she was always upfront about the cost. I had the gel manicure for $36 + $5 for the marble nail art on my ring fingers. I highly recommend Jennifer she is really nice, works quickly, and does a beautiful job ^_^

It took my nail person two hours and 30 minutes to finish a basic pedicure and gel manicure. it was nothing fancy about my nails. It was $82 dollars for that service . Not happy at all

This place truly reminds me of the high standard places I used to go to when I was living in Dubai and when visiting Asia. Clean, spacious and the ambiance is absolutely great. The concept is very foreign to the US and it brings great memories. The staff is friendly, smiley, and professional.Danielle is such a great vibe, shes very approachable, detail-oriented and professional. They take their time BUT you have to make a reservation. So its not really a place you can just drop in for a quick impromptu manicure.

Overpriced for what you get. They offer you drinks but don’t tell you the price so you get hit with a much bigger bill than expected at the end. I will never go back because I was 10 min late one time and I called ahead to let them know why. I arrived and was told they couldn’t see me because someone was booked immediately after me (my appt was 4:30 and they said next person was booked for 5:30). So that is already unfair because acrylics never takes any less than 1hr and 15min and that’s just for the basic design with nothing fancy. That means even if I’d arrived on time there wasn’t enough time for me. They still charged me the FULL price even though I was willing to reschedule and called me a no show even though I raced through traffic to try desperately to get there. How you can keep a business open during a pandemic with this type of service I will never know.

I was so relieved when I heard Boudoir Nail Bar was opening back up. My nails were looking a hot mess during the quarantine so I was aching to get them cleaned up. Luckily I was able to get an appointment the 3 days after the reopened. The salon was very clean and they were definitely following all the health standards and social distancing guidelines. Hopefully they can stay open and I can keep coming back to get my nails done!

Theyre doing a great job keeping both clients and employees safe, and the quality is wonderful. Dani is amazing and easy to talk to and did such a wonderful job on my full set!

Great job on my nails by Maribel! I received so many compliments on my french gel manicure. It lasted for almost three weeks. I cant wait to try nail art next time. The atmosphere inside is fun. You truly feel like you are being pampered. I thought it was really sweet how mother daughter pairs were treated so thoughtfully for their pedicures together too, seated comfortably with attentive staff. So cute!

Over priced for the quality of work. I had a total of ten crystals added to two nails and the charge was 20 dollars. My acrylics were too thick and not smoothed down appropriately ( a tad lumpy). I had asked for glitter on two nails and one nail only got one coat, which looked drastically different than the other. Gel polish is also 20 dollars. I am not a cheapskate by any means, I usually spend 80-100 every time I go the the nail salon plus a generous tip, which I still gave the girl at Boutique. The receptionist was not very friendly or warm. I also feel like the employees clothing was inappropriate (some not all). They were basically wearing street clothes (short shorts) and it just didnt give a professional feel. My pedicure was great but the conversation with employee was strange. I tried this spot out to see what the hype was about, and it was lack luster. I have returned to my normal nail shop as my tech is back from vacation. She was not impressed with the work either.

So excited to go to this place but one of my worst experiences ever. I pad 20$ for 20 gems just for them all to fall off the next day. The quality isn’t even good my nails are all bumpy and not shaped well. Wouldn’t recommend ever.

Came without appointment. The lady at the front informed me they were all booked for the day, but took down my number in case there was a cancellation. Sure enough there was and I was squeezed in. She greeted me by name upon my return and my nail professional started on me eight away. Their drink menu is cheap, and the latte was fantastic! The place itself was gorgeous, spacious, and very cool (temperature wise) with nice chill music playing. The gel manicure itself was very well done, and this is now my new favorite nail salon to visit in San Diego!

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister, who unfortunately for her didnt have a great experience. My sister is not one to make time for herself. I made the appointment for her and in all honesty she was only going to Boudoir because of my experience (which have always been positive) My sister, who doesnt have a lot of experience going to nail salons didnt choose a color a head of time, she was instructed to go a find a color, when she finally found her color the tech advised her that she needed a gel polish my sister asked for her assistance to find one and unfortunately none of the colors available were close to what my sister initially wanted, by this time the nail tech was losing her patience my sister. My sister apologized to her but didnt receive any reassurance from the nail tech at all. My sister who is one to take things in stride tried to make conversation with the nail tech, but the only topic of conversation the nail tech was willing to offer was how tired she was and that my sister was her last appointment for the day, the nail tech rushed through the appointment. Least to say that my sister was not happy with her manicure, the gel placement was terrible, the gel was placed too far from her cuticle and looked as if she had at least few days of growth, the gel also wasnt placed all the way to the edge of her nail bed, what i mean by that is that if you looked at her nails from the side you could see a gap from the gel to her own fingernail.My sister let the receptionist know that she wasnt pleased by the final result, the tech then offered my sister to fix the manicure, unfortunately my sister could not stick around for another 45 min to have it fixed, my sister has two children under 3 years of age at home and is a foster mom to two disabled teens at home, so no she could not wait. The receptionist told my sister that the manager was in the back but the manager would be calling her to address her concerns...my sister never received a phone call.I really wished that she had the experience that Ive had at Boudoir, the fact that the manager never bothered to call her back was really disappointing. At least an apology for her experience would have been nice.Im writing this review, because my sister would never and also because like i said along with her babies and 2 disabled teens at home she also works full time, I on the other hand have two kids that are old enough to take care of themselves (for the most part) and work full time...so yes I have time for this.Even though I have never had a bad experience at Boudoir I will not be going back.

Decided to give this place a try to treat a friend for a gel manicure and pedicure for her wedding. The place looked really nice and I had read good reviews, so although a bit pricier than my go to salon we decided to give it a shot for the special occasion. That was a huge mistake. Within 2 days of getting our nails done, my friend who was getting married that weekend, noticed all her nails begin to crack. To make it worse, her wedding was out of the area, and by the time she noticed it there was no possibility of returning back to Chula Vista. I was so embarrassed that I had suggested Boudoir for her big day. My gel manicure also chipped within 9 days, however I didnt have the time to go back and get them fixed per their 10 day policy.I definitely understand now the reviews that mentioned at Boudoir you are paying more for the ambiance than the quality. In addition the selection of colors is very minimal compared to other salons. Also, my friend wanted ombré French Tip however ended up receiving just regular French Tip.I was so disappointed in the quality of the nails and would not return or recommend this nail salon. Although the inside is nice, there are so many nail salons in San Diego who do a much better job for a cheaper price.

Best nail salon in San Diego by far! I came here last weekend for a bridal party and I havent had so much fun in years. We drank champagne while relaxing and laughing about stories from college. I love the gel nails from Boudoir Nail Bar in Chula Vista. I drive almost 30 minutes from where I live because they are so much better than the other nail salons in my neighborhood. I love chatting with Nora, the salon owner, when I see her here. I also run my own business so I love talking with another strong, woman business owner!

My wife thought it would be funny to take me here for a couples pedicure last weekend when it was so hot out we couldnt even go outside. Jokes on her I actually had a really good time! The pedicure felt amazing, and the friendly woman who had the unpleasant task of touching my feet was extremely friendly. I am thinking of surprising my wife with another couples pedicure for her upcoming birthday!

I’ve been here once before with the bridal party and I loved my first visit. We were all treated like queens and had the opportunity to use the VIP room which by the way, are you aware of any other nail salon that has one these?!? Must check out! They also have a full beer and wine license so you’re able to kick back relax and unwind unlike any other nail salon. There’s some I candy to look at as well :-). But I realize I can’t take any of that home so in the end I just simply love my nails!!

My girlfriends and I come here every other Sunday for a girls day out. I dont know what I would do without my biweekly visits to this nail salon in San Diego. Some weeks it is the only thing I look forward to. The staff is so friendly and always know how to take care of us. We are always welcomed back with a big smile. I have even taken my niece and her friends, who are in college, here a few times and they love it as well.

Made appt online and came in for a fill. Quoted $20 for fill online. Fran filled and reshaped my nails beautifully and Jennifer gave me beautiful designs which she told me was $10 each. A lot, but doable. Got to the register and my total was $62. $20 added for gel (didn’t know gel was that much). Nicely done. But would never go back due to price being ridiculous

Tried Boudoir at the recommendation of a friend. I am very happy with their service. Nora is very nice and accommodating. The girls there try hard to deliver what is expected. I am always pleased with the service I get and the pricing (expecting to pay more because I require more). Ill give them five stars not because Im an easy sell but because they have been the one nail shop in town that I can depend on! I regularly go for 4 weeks because Im extremely busy and I have never had a chipped or loose nail. I get the colored powder as opposed to the polish and the results are always beautiful!

This is by far the best mouth one I have ever visited and I’ve been getting my nails done since being a teenager almost every 2 to 3 weeks! The nail artists are amazing! You should follow their work on social media and I recommend depending on what you love to shop for Nail Tech that fits your needs - they have a lot of diverse talent here and all seem to be top notch! If I was at Nail Tech I would want to work here! They all seem happy and get along and no one’s talking behind my back and a different language LOL. But most thing I love about Boudoir is that they seem to really care about earning my business.

Liked the lady that did my nails and enjoyed being able to have a drink however, I will never go back. 110 dollars later all I had a was a fill and eyebrows. No thanks, they charge you 20 bucks on top of the fill for gel polish. 10 dollars to fix a nail . Ill stick to my local place and pay 40 for the whole works.

I loved the place when I came in but the quality of my nails was just horrible. I went in about 3 weeks ago for my birthday to get my nails done. After 8 days one of my acrylic nails broke in half. I was not doing anything to make the nail break. Nothing even close. Embarrassingly enough it was at my bday dinner. I was out of town. So I called when I got back. Which was 10 days after I got the set. They said I needed to pay because it was 10 days after, not 7 days. I told them it was 8 but I was out of town so didn’t think of calling then. I have been getting acrylic nails done for almost 20 years now and I’ve never had a nail break off. They should last at least a month. Unless of course I was doing something aggressive or possibly w chemicals to make them break. Everyone I spoke with said the salon should definitely fix the nail for free, especially since it seems like a more high end place. But the staff said no. So I paid the $5 and tip to get it fixed. Then 2 weeks after I had them done two more of the nails broke off!!! Again, I was not doing anything to them to where they should have broke off. At this point I just wanted them taken off. I called Monday and asked if they could remove the set for free since it hasn’t been that long and they just keep breaking. The girl said it would be $15. I told her it hadn’t been that long and I was upset about my nails breaking for no reason. She said it’s $15 and doesn’t matter. I should have asked to speak to the manager but I was just so thrown off. I paid $110 for my nails and they can’t even fix a sloppy job unless getting paid? I just don’t think this how a nicer nail salon should be run, let alone any nail salon. I will not be going back.

Walked in-and no customer service whatsoever. The girl in the front desk gave little to no interest in greeting or anything, pretended she was on the phone-they said they were booked for the day till Sunday. However, two people walked in and said they had availability. Never coming back again. The place was nice, the gentlemen came over and asked if we wanted something to drink while we waited. But customer service goes a long way.

I came here for a pedicure last week and was so happy that I decided to give them a try with my nails. Im super picky about my nails and Alejandra was amazing!! When she finished shaping, she asked me to check each nail and make sure I was happy with the shape. That says a lot! She wanted to make sure I liked it!! She made sure to clean any acrylic from under my nails and that the edges were smooth and flawless. The fact that they serve mimosas is just the cherry on top! They are more expensive than traditional nail salons run by asians, but you get what you pay for!!! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you, Alejandra and everyone there!!!

Ive been coming here for a while now after trying out almost every nail salon in Chula Vista I cant imagine going anywhere else! All the girls speak English! I usually do a regular gel mani it always lasts at least 3 weeks and it looks shiny and flawless! The owner Nora is super involved and making sure youre getting what you pay for! Excellent place, excellent service! Dont waste your money anywhere else!

Loved the atmosphere. Had a pedicure and my eyebrows done one day and a manicure the next. Maribel did an amazing job on my feet and she even stayed into her lunch hour to do my pedicure. We also celebrated my grand daughters 8th birthday there and they went over the top to make her feel special. My manicurist did a great job but I failed to get her name. Would highly recommend this place. Oh and the best part was the prices were very reasonable.

I had an appointment run CRAZY long and make me late for my appointment. I called, frazzled and these azing ladies eased my worries and pushed my appoinent. When I made it in they were patient and took the time to make sure my wedding nails were absolutely perfect. I LOVE this place and these awesome ladies!

Quite upset my young adult daughter (17) went in on her appointment. The Tech made a mistake And smudged her finished nail... My daughter complained politely and tech refused to fix it. She said if she fixed it she would have to start over on that one nail and it would be an additional $10.Wow..im in business and when we make a mistake ... We fix it until we get it right.... Sometimes you just have to fight for whats right... My exact words to my daughter.

I just called to make an appointment, the woman wanted my credit card number. Does my voice sound stupid? I believe you have to actually perform a service before you ask for the credit card. Its unfortunate because I heard some nice things about the place. Better business bureau should check this place.Ladies do not give out your personal information. This is how bad things happen.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Nora, the business owner for working with me to plan out my girlfriends birthday party. I wanted to do something very special for her 30th birthday and Nora and her team at Boudoir did not disappoint. My girlfriend face timed me during her party and it looked like they were having fun, too much fun actually, haha. Not to mention all the pictures they took. Needless to say I earned plenty of points with her abs her friends. I cant wait to see what she does for my birthday to pay me back!

Place looked nice but sadly they didnt want my business. Got there an hour before they closed and the person at the front desk asked me what I wanted done. I said I just want to chance my gel nail color (since I had a manicure done less than 2 weeks ago so I dont really think I need another one). She made a face at me and said well Im actually booked for the rest of the day, plus we dont do just color, you have to do a full manicure in order to get service from us heres our card, you have to make an appointment next time for us to see you. I took the card, said thank you and walked out. Needless to say I Im not coming back.

At this Nail Bar they listen, they give you exactly what you want. And you walk away satisfied. A great place to get your nails done. Ask for Montse. Tell her Mimi sent you.

I give you a star because I cant rate any lovwer. 1st time and last, terrible experience. Girls are nice but the price is not worth the quality of work and art. 20 minutes after I left art fell off my nails and I pay 14 dollars extra for it. Bar tender never offered me anything, until I was about to leave. Terrible terrible experience. Don not and will not recommend to anyone.

I wanted to plan a surprise birthday party for my fiancé and a few of her friends recommended this nail bar that offered special events. I called and spoke with Nora who was extremely helpful with working with me to plan it all out. So was her husband James. My fiancé had the absolute time of her life along with her friends. This place is the only place that can do my nails, all the technicians r amazing at what they do but my technician I go to is Alejandra she is awesome.

Subpar service and quality. The nail bar is messy and cluttered . The technicians do a “dry” manicure which is uncomfortable. There are not enough drying lamps for the gel manicures so the nail techs were constantly rotating them. Each nail tech carried a tiny basket with their supplies in them which looks like they don’t share the necessary tools or they have to bring their own tools. My pricey manicure chipped in less than 48 hours. The experience was not worth the time and money .

Went for a pedi with friends, and the lady completely forgot about 3 steps, because she forgot what service I requested.Called to schedule a full set with designs, they adjusted the appointment time to allow for designs and to avoid over lapping clients. I showed up and told my artist I wanted designs, she completely shut me down and said oh we dont have time for that. She continued to be rude, and mock me with her coworkers.

Always a fun experience. I go here when I need to feel pampered. They are very hygienic which makes the experience more costly but worth it.

This before picture is embarrasing to share, but it needs to be shared. Im a hairdresser so my nails are stained and janky and grown out by the time I set foot in a salon. I had dip powder on my nails and I removed it before I came in because I knew they didnt offer dip powder. I got an acrylic overlay on my natural nails and had to have two nails sculpted because I broke them. Jazzi had excellent reviews so I booked with her and I see why. She was awesome and attentive. Very happy and I will be back!

All the women working here were very friendly and most importantly you could tell they keep it very clean. I am a bit of a germaphobe and some other nail salons in San Diego give me the creeps, but not Boudoir. This nail salon is immaculate.

Horrible place, Their chairs are uncomfortably, I was pregnant at the time and it sucked sitting on those hard seats, I got a manicure done that took about 5 hours. Then got a pedicure by the same girl and it took her another 4 hours. Went back for my daughter b day..... wwhhyyyy?......My daughter is 2 and they charged her 25 bucks to let her splash water around . If i have taken my dauhter to a different place, they would charge me 5 bucks and actually clip , clean, file and paint her nails. This place is a over priced joke. I went back because I live across the street and I was to lazy to go to one of my favorite spots ( because Im not picky) , I wanted a full set, black with some filter. They said it was going to cost 110.00 bucks.I laughed and left, I got a full set with desgins for 25 bucks at the other place, I just ended up driving there instead. The owner lady is horrible and rude too, looks like she has a cucumber up her butt. maybe you should smile when a customer walls in... just some advice for you.

I would hope there would be an option for no stars but I guess everyone gets a trophy. My girls and I went here a few weeks back thinking this would be a fantastic place for a ladies day... the menu options are deceiving when the prices are that high and indicate an alcoholic beverage that is not included in the service... they have beer and wine... which is nice but its of course extra. When you see all the ads you expect to be greeted by a half naked man. Apparently, these men are by request only... first off when booking an appt. I would expect that the lady doing the reservations would mention this as we would have never traveled all the way to Chula Vista had we known... not only were we accused of not all of us having appointments (my girl waited an hour and a half just to get her toes done) but the nail polish is NOT top of the line... OR the ladies who apply it are not professionals... all of us had poor mani peds which we could have gone to our local salon and had a blast, lasting nail polish and spent half as much. Not worth it. Stay with your local nail salon!

I came to California on vacation and needed my nails done. I’m from Georgia and didn’t have time to get them done before I left. I normally get SNS/powder dipping but they did not have it here. No biggie, I was going to get gel polish. Even though it doesn’t stay on my nails well, I needed them done badly and loved the idea of the atmosphere of Boudoir Nail Bar. So, my friend and I went. We made appointments online, I made an appointment for a gel polish manicure. When I got there, I picked out a color and the front desk lady asked me what I had on my nails so they could take it off. I had SNS that was very overdue (why I came here). Even though they didn’t do SNS here, I figured they could take it off. The lady had to go ask my technician if she could do it. The technician came out and said she couldn’t take off my nails so I couldn’t get my manicure. They said that only certain technicians could take off SNS and the technician, Cinthia, told me “if I would have put in the comment box online that I needed SNS removal, then they could have helped me, but since I didn’t do that, they can’t do it.” First off, I’m not used to this, it is extremely easy to take off SNS, I can do it at my house. Second off, every nail place I have ever been to is accommodating and I felt like they could have found someone to soak my nails off. If you’ve ever gotten SNS taken off, it’s as easy as filing off the top layer, playing a cotton ball of 100% acetone on your nail and wrapping it in tin foil. The longest part is sitting and soaking. So the fact that they were not even willing to work with me and even find someone just to take them off upset me. Because I didn’t want a cancellation charge (yes, they charge a fee), I decided to just get a pedicure along with my friend. We were talking to the lady who did her pedicure, Paulina, and she asked if I got a manicure and told her no and what happened. She said, oh I can take them off for you, let me make sure I have time in my schedule & she did and took them right off for me. The place was not even busy and there were many technicians there, so why they couldn’t have asked around to see who had TEN minutes to take off my nails is beyond me. I will not go back. My pedicure, by Cinthia, is already chipping a week later. Paulina, thank you for doing a simple task that made my experience there a little better - if only more people were like you. As far as the atmosphere goes, clean place & neat bar (wine, champagne & beer) in the back with a TV to watch while you wait.

STAY AWAY. TRUST ME! YOUR NAILS WILL BE RUINED IN JUST A COUPLE DAYS!!!I went in last week on Thursday to get my acrylic nails removes and a fresh set put on plus a pedi. She took off my nails and put on a new set that took her literally 4 hours to complete! Ive never been in a nail salon for that long. They charge $10 to take off nails and additional $20 to put on gel nail polish (thats way over priced). Then I get my pedi while this lady was still doing my nails. The massage was kinda short (got it with the hot stones) and she didnt really cut to much around the cuticle area like most places do. They usually take their time. Well instead she decided to be on her phone on instagram most of the time. Thats pretty rude when this is my first time here. You shouldnt feel comfortable to do that, its unprofessional. So anywho, I paid a total of $127 ( I also ordered two drinks ). Well the next day 2 of my nails (that took 4 hours to compete. They are l literally just plain gel acrylics) chipped and the others looked like they were about to. So I go in on Friday to get them fixed. Instead of removing the nail polish completely on those nails, she filed it down a bit and painted over the nail!!! So now those look lumpy. Well I didnt have time for all that seeing I had a flight soon so I left. Well fast forward to yesterday (4 days after touch up) the nail she painted over chipped again due to the crappy fix. Also my pedi was already coming off 1 day after and I was supposed to get it fixed along with my nails on Friday but they didnt. And pretty much my whole pedicure is chipped (I went with a french pedi). I havent done anything out of the norm or extensive for this to happen. I always get my nails done every 2 weeks at other places and they last. These cant even last me a couple days and this is the most Ive ever paid. I literally paid all this money for them to just keep falling apart. This is outrageous!

This place is all the new hype, however , after experiencing my first mani pedi here, its WAYYYYY overrated! First of all, I booked an actual appt and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. The girl who was working on my friends mani had to start helping me till my girl came. The manicure itself was comparable to every other nail salon in this town, but what is the kicker for me? When u call to book an appt, they notify you that there will be a $10 charge to remove your old gel polish because their gel is one of a kind they also have a special technique to remove that is different than all the rest... please!!!!! It was the exact same technique and gel every other salon uses!!! The overcharge and just sell u on an overpriced manicure! I didnt even stay to do my pedi. All this place is, is a pretty salon with over priced manis. Only reason I gave a 2 star is becuSe the manicurist the stamping queen was really nice and accomadating to the wait of my appt! Hope this helps!
