They dont take into consideration what you want they just want to get people in and because they want to finish fast they end up hurting you in the process and they dont follow up the designs you want or the color.

These ladies do a fantastic job, very skilled at their job although it would be nice if they spoke English once in awhile and had alittle dialog with the customer whos sitting right in front of them in the chair

Horrible ! went at 3 to get my nails done and they finished at 6. they started my cousins nails and before filling them the lady stopped and went to go lay down in the waxing room and uses her for phone for a good 30 mins and didn’t finish her nails till an hour later and we had an appointment before other people and they started doing other people’s nails while leaving us with half nails. our nails didn’t even look good after. DONT GO HERE

I am very pleased. I’ve been here three times already and I will definitely be going back. Helen has done my nails every time. And she take anger time to make sure my nails are perfect.

Ive been here a couple of times and loved it because of the guy who did my nails the last two times. That guy is absolutely amazing at what he does!!!Unfortunately today was not my day there. I asked for a gel overlay (where you are to build a nail, instead of using acrylic). The woman said she knew how to do it, and when I mentioned a concern in the process of her doing my nails she goes on to say I know what Im doing. I dislike rudeness and even more so paying for something I did not recieve to my liking, especially my nails. I kept my mouth shut after that comment because Im not one to argue or cause a scene either which in reality shouldnt matter because Im the customer.Well now Im at home with uneven shaped nails, two thick acrylic nails, a horrible paint job and besides being frustrated I am overly disappointed.

First time getting my nails done for prom. Everyone was incredibly king to me. I love them and keep getting compliments. Thinking about making this a regular thing.

I loved the customer service it was great, every ody was friendly. I dont remember the lady who did my nails but she was new and she was a Latina, She did a beautiful job with my nails and she was really nice and dis my nails exactly gow i wanted them. Now the thing i did not like was the quality of there products, Cheap.... Two of my nails fell off less than a week after i got them done. After a week my nails looked like they were 3 weeks old already. So they must have cheap cheap acrylic.

Nail tech rushed through my gel manicure. Didn’t soak my nails, no manicure, no hand massage. Just polished with gel and very badly at that. Claims she removed the cuticle with the electric nail file but really she was rushing through it. She even gave me a “discount” but paying 20 bucks to just polish my nails when I could get a full manicure for 13 bucks elsewhere is ridiculous. Never again.

I love this place. They are friendly and make you feel welcomed. They do a good job and good quality work. This is my 4th time and the best place by far. All the staff is wonderful and the wait time is good. 15 min the most. I highly recomnend this place and Helen is the best.

I’m not from here so I just went it because this is the only place I always go by and they do eyebrows for a good price $8 so I said let me gives this a shot. Well I waited for maybe 10 minutes which is okay. The lady who does eyebrows came out and got me, took me back and started. I was so relaxed but when she showed me my eyebrows I wanted to cry!!! She made my left brow so thin at the end and told me “ you don’t have a lot of hair you can use a stencil and color it in.” Um EXCUSE ME??!! How can anyone tell me that when I’m paying them to do a good job. I’ve gone to may places back home and my brows come out perfect and have never been told there wasn’t enough hair on one side. I’m really disappointed. I give this place a 1 star.

Terrible place, I should have learned the first time I went in there but really needed a fill.1st, I had to wait for the guy to finish smoking which made him smell bad.2nd, very unprofessional walking around without shoes on.3rd, I asked for a fill and a small trim on my nails, well I left with very short nails to the point that I could see my fingers from the front if my nail it was like having no nails on.4th, none of the nails are the same length, or even the same shape, on 1 finger he filed the inside of one nail and completely took off the white nail underneath, so now instead of having french I have a clear nail.5th, the clear gel on top is just 5 days old and it is turning color and already wearing off.I guess I should have listened to the several people that told me dont go in there you will be sorry.

Amazin!!!! Ive been coming to this place to get my gel manis and pedis since about 4 years ago. I always love it. Specially my gel manicures, they last up to month. Sometimes I even have to take them off because my nail grows yoo much, not because theyre chipped! Love love love loveee it!!! And all the ladies are so sweet! Last time they gave everyone a water bottle and chips for free
