I had a appointment at 12 today with Isabel shes done my hair for the past year or so. Today she stared on my color right away just the roots. There was another customer she had already started on with highlights. One other staff member working it was not busy they only had one customer came in for a cut. At 2 15 I realized the time she had rinsed my hair and isabel said she needed to finish the first costimer hair first at this point it was 2 hours into my appointment and I said I could not wait. She charged me 69 dallars for just the roots to be colored no blow dry cut or style. Iove her work but I will never go back the salon was not busy and I feel at 2 and a half hours into my appointment my time was not considered at all. She could of offered me to come back a different day for the cut since I paid for it but she didnt. I will never go back.

I scheduled two appointments for me and my daughter. One at 3pm and one at 3:30pm. Both with Isabel. We got there at 2:50 and were told she was running 30 min late. We came back at 3:20. Sorry, another 20 min. We came back at 3:40. “Almost done!” We decide to just wait outside their door at this time.At 4pm we see Isabel start shampooing another customer. She apologized profusely, but says it’s out of her hands. Did not let us know that she started on yet another client, even though she had looked us in the eye 20 minutes prior and said “Almost done!” Really? After all these years as a hairdresser you have no ability to predict and plan your appointments? And when we scheduled our appointments we left our phone number. It would take 2 minutes, if that, to call and let us know you’re an hour and a half (or more?!) behind. But apparently Isabel had no time to call. She assumed that we had an hour and a half to just wander around.Disappointed to say the least and unprofessional.

Came in to get my 6 year old son a haircut, as Im watching the lady cut his hair Im reading the reviews, literally start to sweat and know hes going to have a bad haircut but to my surprise she did a fantastic job and he was very happy! See Miss D!! She is amazing!

Terrible Customer Service... I been coming here for a long time and decided not to come back due to lack of service ....neglect and at the same time u have a appointment one thing u know ur hairstylist have another customer doing haircut, coloring etc... if there’s a ZERO here I’ll put ZERO.i won’t recommend this place.

The haircut was decent but they charged me more than I should have paid for. My mother has short her, not even to touching her shoulders. She got the shampoo, haircut (pixie cut), and basic style and the price posted for that was like $22.97. They charged her $18.97 for the cut and shampoo and $17.97 for the basic style, a total of $36.94. That’s a difference of almost $14!!! I got just a haircut-trim, I refused the shampoo and they still charged me the cut & shampoo. I brought it up to Fany why they’re charging us more than what was posted on their price board. She came up with “oh that’s a different charge blah blah blah“. I will never go back to this place. What a joke.

Really like Isabel. Did lowlights and really like it. Looks very natural but a bit lighter! I dont like how she wash hair - very painful ! But highlights and lowlights- just perfect

I was taking my godbrothers to this place. Its been awhile since Ive been taking them considering my godparents just moved to eastlake for a few months now and we take them every two weeks. But my recent visit today, I went to one of their stylists, she rang me up sat my godbrother down and asked me what hair cut. I said a fade and a trim on top and this lady really had the audacity to say she couldnt do it as I tried to compromise and ask her what she can do she said regular haircuts like what is a regular haircut as if doing fades arent a typical haircut. ANOTHER THING is not only did she not know how to do a fade but she tried to lie to the other stylists saying she had another appointment. Thats just sad.

My haircut was $185 there!!! I didnt get what I asked for,toning, trim and low lights. Isabel was my hairdresser and is ther manager. NEVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible! I even had to get it recut. I went there because I couldnt afford a high end salon. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE! THIEVES! SCAM! Im still trying to talk to someone other than the manager who charged me $185 and never mentioned anything while doing my hair!!! WORST PLACE!!!!!!!!

My husband just came home from a haircut, and it was so bad that he had to buzz all his hair off. The lady obviously didn’t know what she was doing, and totally screwed it up. It’s a military fade cut, and it looked like a bowl cut in the back. Won’t be coming here again.

Theyre really nice there, just didnt get what I asked for. Plus visa machine didnt work.

I went and put name on list sit in salon for about 35 min then ask how long they said 15 to 30min ask if they can call an i go shopping when done then I went back an noticed my name was marked out and never called me

Came here on Tuesday for a long layers V shape haircut..... worst haircut ever!! It was all uneven almost cricket looking. I had to cut myself when I got home..
