Old equipment on gate controls mean youre using 1980s technology, never upgrades playground area, allows damage to common areas but very strongly on parking rules. Fees are about 250 a month. Customer service is unfortunately poor too.

Went to use the range and it was closed for a private event. There was no warning, or signs, or anything that indicated as such. It also can be over booked at times.

My concerns are primarily regarding the use of First Service Residential. They are not a good company and do not provide the kind of service we homeowners deserve. If others have concerns I suggest you voice them.
