Landscaping not impressive. Lacking mulching and inconsistent plants

Its clean. Why are their locks on the bathrooms?So daddy has to get the fob Everytime the kids need to go to the bathroom? Guess what kids, everyone just pees in the pool now.

Its alright. Its a HOA, so theres nothing to really love. They do an adequate job i guess. They do have nice christmas and easter events.

A member of my family lives in this community and was able to rent out this facility for a family function. The renting and check-out process was simple and efficient, had a great party here!

They could have better security in the neighborhood that should foot patrol more than just driving. Manager is pretty good with fixing stuff especially broken gym equipment.

I had called this HOA a couple times for different reasons. They do not get back to me. I was told I would be called by end of business day and it has been over a week and my call was not returned. I needed information for the sale of my home, and they were not as helpful as I would have liked. They referred me to the builder for the paint color of the garage, and I had another friend call for the same thing and they gave it to her. Very disappointed.

Terrible place. It sucks because the burgers taste like they came from McDonalds.

Its winding walk which is synonymous with garbage.

Cordova at winding walk HOA is useless here.. parking is ridiculous. Called the HOA about my car being towed and they said Residence are bot allowed to park inside the complex, they must parked on the city street. Sure, let me park my car on the city street where there has been multiple cars broken into.

Awesome pool

I do not know how long it will take the association to notice a violation on my street. For over 2 months now, a homeowner has decided to dump his canopy frame onto the street in front of his home. To this day, it sits and no one is doing anything about it. What an eye sore!!
