This place is like the perfect solution to bad teeth. Doctor Hussain is of the most learned man ever met and always a smile. And their main character in the company is my favorite girl Alma she is with same people for 18 years. There must be a reason?

Unorganized, unreliable and totally unprofessional!!! My kids and I have been goin here the past two years, and every time it’s just another disappointment! They never get the schedule right, show up for appointments scheduled in the office with there in person staff, to find out the ortho isn’t even there. Schedule appointments during their lunch hours, which means you wait till they get back. Wait time, average 1-1 1/2 hours!! Every time.Forget specialty, unless you want to be stuck in the waiting room for literally 3-4 hours!!!Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

Front desk girls have major attitude problems. I ask a question and they give you nasty looks with sarcastic reply. If they dont like their job, they should find some other job. If they can only find a job at this place, they need to fix their nasty attitude.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Horrible service, horrible wait time with appointment, horrible prices, and constantly attempting to overcharge and offer services that are unnecessary.

If I could give zero stars I would the way I’ve been treated by Dr. Mano should have put her out of practice. Dismisses the fact that your in pain and won’t listen to any of your concerns she’s awful. I’ve had the WORST dental experience being under her care. She’s rude and condescending, treated me like I didn’t understand anything but that was because she didn’t explain anything to me! They told me she was the best to do crowns what a JOKE. Her and her staff talked about me inappropriately right outside the door. Made me feel unsafe and dismissed.

I love my dental hygienist Carlos. He is so friendly and makes my visits dare I say, fun? My teeth and I are always happy to see Carlos. I completed my tooth implant with Dr. Yuen! She is amazing and super friendly. I recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced professional.

I am currently a patient at both offices and Jeremy is my hygienist he definitely loves what he does and will inform u while you are in his chair very knowledgeable, which I for one appreciate. Dr. Mano is AMAZING and the MOST proficient at what she does. Also Dr. Jo is the best @ the Ortho office!!! Front office is awesome at both offices!!! They all truly care for their patients and do their best to help you in every way shape or form!!! First time in my life I don’t dread going to the dentist.

My husband is a patient of Chino Hill Dental Group and loves everyone in the office. He has seen Dr. Evan for many treatments and thinks he is amazing! Also the hygienist Carlos that did his deep cleaning was very sweet and took his time explaining everything to us beforehand. Overall, it is an excellent office and I would recommend it to all.

I have to agree with some of the reviews of this place.Good: Carlos the hygentist. Hes too good for this place and I wish him nothing the best.Bad: Upsell. Upsell. Upsell. Beware.I kept being told that something was wrong every time I went. My visits went from 6 months to every 3 months and told I needed to pay for some type of treatment every time. Also, the dentist and staff are constantly changing. I look for familiarity and someone I can trust, but given this rate of change, I cannot.Since, I have moved on with a dentist whom has left this practice and started their own dentist office. My teeth have been fine, visits are back to regularly scheduled 6 months, and nothing is wrong. It was all unnecessary upsells for services that I did not need and required. I could have not made a better decision to move forward in leaving this place.

Very Frustrating to be deal with this clinic. My daughter dental filling has been delaying for 3 months because of this clinic miscommunication with provider, pediatric dentist and myself.

Ive seen both Dr. Han and Dr. Evan and they are wonderful! They have treated me with compassion and have explained all my treatment that has been done. Im aware that dental insurance is only like a coupon and the better insurance you have the better coverage/copays are. I have dealt with insurance companies and thats just how it is. Carlos is my hygienist and is Amazing! He is funny, which takes your mind off the screeching machine. He doesnt pretend to clean your teeth by taking forever. He spends just the right amount of time and i truly thank him for being aware of my time. I will continue to refer my friends and family to you Carlos and your office!

They are always friendly, professional and make me feel welcome! They will work with you on financing and are super helpful. I visited this location a few weeks ago I was terrified I hate the dentist ! I had the pleasure of having Angelica and Dr. Evans who were both very warming and made me feel very comfortable. Angelica did an amazing job with my x-rays I usually cant handle those things in my mouth but she is a pro I could barely feel them ! Carlos the hygienists is also very warming and did an amazing job I will make sure to use this location from now on.

If I could give a 0 I would. The receptionist was super unprofessional and rude. If she doesnt like her job then maybe she should find a new one. Im starting to think they just hire anybody . DO NOT GO HERE

The best experience at a dental office. The staff was all around great and went out of there way to make sure my visit was satisfactory. Angelica was the assistant I dealt with. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and was full aware of all the procedures I was going to encounter with my visit. I have never liked the dentist and always disliked any experience getting my teeth drilled. I can honestly say Angelica made me feel better about the situation and gave me pointers on how to deal with what I was about to encounter. Thanks to all the staff at Chino Hills Dentals Group!! I cant forget to mention Dr. Evan in doing a excellent job as well.

Friendly staff and ease of service. Stephanie and Jennifer took good care of me and very accommodating. Dr. Evan explained everything clear to me and really made sure I had a full understanding of what was being done before he worked on my teeth.

Everyone here is great; friendly and attentive. Especially Carlos, who is always in a great mood. Ive been going here for years, driving all the way from LA. The drive is well worth it and O look forward to my dentist appointments.

Had a great experience with Dr Yuen during and after my procedure. Her entire team has been extremely professional and friendly, and all the information given for post procedure care was well explained.

Dr Bertina Yuen and Carla and amanda are amazing from my first appointment to my most recent one.They have always been so professional and fun to be around. They make my experience there so awesome that I lose track of time when im there. I highly recommend these three.

I Just want to say how blessed I am to have such an amazing dentist (Dr. Mano) and staff members at this dentist office. Ive been coming here for about two years and I can only say great things. Ive been through numerous offices and they havent come close to what Ive experienced at Chino Hills Dental Group. The staff are kind and helpful with continuous visits and they help keep my routine appointments up-to-date. They make the environment welcome and at the same time are professional. Dr. Mano is one the best doctors Ive had, She has done an amazing job on my teeth and is always gentle; not like other doctors Ive dealt with in my past. Dr. Mano knows how to deal with her patients and applys her practice very well. If you are in a search for a dentist I would definitely recommend Chino Hills Dental Group and Orthodontics office.

This is the best dental office in the area and outside of it. I still travel from Texas to California to have my teeth cleaned by Carlos. Nobody else wants to see this mouth. LOL.Also Dr. Park is a very honest and good dentist.I would be remiss if I didnt also say how good the individuals at the reception desk are, they laugh at my jokes. Honestly, you dont pay them enough to do that.If Carlos was to move on, I would too. So keep that guy happy.

My daughter went in to have her retainer adjusted. It has been while since she’s worn it and is really tight. The ortho staff told her they don’t have the tools to fix it for her! What?They told her she needs new retainers and the price is 750.00! Run!! Run from this lying place!They just want your money over helping a patient! No honesty !!!

I have been a patient at this office for 10 years. Many of the dentists that I have encountered over the years have left. The only person who has not left is my hygienist Carlos Q. Carlos is professional, great customer service, and cleans your teeth. He makes the dentist office experience , a pleasure when its not, he eases the nervousness when getting a deep cleaning or root canal.If it wasnt for Carlos, my family and I would not come here.The receptionist at the front desk is wonderful as well . Go to Carlos for any of your cleanings

Me and my family been coming here for over 15 years ... Chino Hills Dental Group is like family. We see Dr. Mano and love her, occasionally she she goes on vacation and we see her associates whom all seem very skilled and professional . From educating us on our dental needs and even same day crowns we definaelty recommend this office. You gotta give them a try!!

I was told many times I needed a gum surgery by many different doctors, but didnt feel comfortable until I met Dr yuen. She did a great job. I had no pain, and felt perfect after. I have told everyone I know that they need to see her if they need any perio treatment. Dr Yuen is the best.

Do not let the modern facility and friendly staff fool you. They do NOT do quality work. I got a deep cleaning and their Hygienist, Jeremy claims to treat each patient differently but he kept repeating his spiel like a broken record, forgetting that he already told me the same thing 2 minutes ago.But thats not what bothered me. His work sucks. His deep cleaning is very superficial. ive had deep cleanings before and my teeth felt smooth and visibly cleaner. That is NOT the case here. And their work with my fillings was sub-par too.But wait... theres more! The have a groper there. Armando. Hes an assistant but I heard he likes to grope the female staff there. The dentist working on my teeth (female) asked him why he doesnt touch male doctors and Armando said because its gross. Armando, how about you dont touch ANYBODY? God forbid you leave your daughter, girlfriend or wife sedated near Armando.Steer clear from this facility!

This office is great, Dr Mano is my dentist but her entire team is great.Ive always had a fear of the dentist as a child so as an adult I tried my best to take care of my smile, Dr.Mano and her team took the time to educate and explain the dental treatment I needed . From the begging to the end it was great experience thank you all so very much.

We’ve been patients of this dental practice for 15 years and after my experience last weekend we’ve decided to part ways with this company. I had a Saturday dental appointment which they confirmed on Thursday. I responded I would be coming to my appointment. Saturday came and I was there at 8:50 a.m. and no one was in the clinic. Giving the clinic the benefit of the doubt, and because I did arrive early, I waited till 9:25 and no one showed up. I never received a call from the clinic they would not be there nor an apology call to this day. I also tried calling the clinic six times while I was there to leave a message and I was routed to an automated answering service saying “we are busy assisting other patients like you at this time.” How could you be assisting other patients like me when there was no one in the office? I’m looking at your empty desks and chairs!!! On a prior visit they failed to tell me that a dentist was a contract dentist and I had to obtain payment directly from my insurance company then take the payment back to the dental office. Communication would have been great at this point as well. Hopefully, the office will use this to improve their practice.

I am currently receiving treatment from this location Dr.Evans does an amazing job and his assistant Angelica is great at making you feel comfortable and understand what is going on. Carlos is hilarious and made my deep clean not so bad.

Beware!! The dentist and staff are very nice at 1st...until they start selling you. They tried to get me to spend $3000 on braces just because 1 tooth was slightly out of place!!Next visit, they wanted me to pay $1400 for a new crown NOTHING is wrong with my crown. They just said my crown wasnt aesthetically pleasing?! I was there for a simple cleaning, not cosmetic dentistry. Then they said youre a successful realtor, $1400 is nothing.They also upsold me on a $166 deep cleaning and refused to do my regular covered by insurance cleaning.I have taken my business and my entire family out of this place!I would NEVER recommend this place!

Dr. Bertina Yuen, the Periodontist who is one of the speciaist at Chono Hills Dental did my gum surgery two weeks ago, and she did such a great job, I never had to take any PAIN pills at all after surgery!! I just left the dental office and my gums are recovering and look great. Praise the Lord!

I can’t agree more with the critics of this place. They tried to upsell me on a bunch of dental work. Unfortunately I did a deep cleaning through this clinic and now I have an infection. I have an appointment tomorrow that I will cancel. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.

This office has gotten terrible over the last year. We have been going here for the last 3 years, and in the last 12 months I have had 4 different dentists, and 3 different hygienists. Every time I go, someone else has left. The turn over here is really high.You had better bring a copy of your schedule of benefits & copays with you to show them, because they have overcharged me on EVERY single visit (6 visits this year!) ALWAYS get a printout before getting the work done & compare! Better yet, DONT GO HERE!I was seen by a NEW dentist today and all of a sudden they tried to get me to do 3 unnecessary procedures, and one wasnt even covered by insurance! The dental assistant couldnt take xrays correctly and had to have 3 other people help her! Service has gone way down hill! I was told by the dentist that I have excellent hygiene, and he does not see any issues. Then the office manager tells me I need a deep cleaning, and Laser (not covered by insurance) and that I need My wisdom teeth removed (Im in my mid 40s, they are causing no problems and every dentist for the last 23 years hasnt said they needed to come out, even the previous Dentists at this office!) This Dental Group is all about getting the most Money out of you!If you are considering this office for your dental needs, keep looking! You wont be comfortable here!Its time for my family to switch offices!

I was looking for a new dentist as I moved to the area and could not be more pleased with the entire staff - especially Dr. Sabot. How refreshing to have a dentist being authentic in her care over pricing for profits. She took care of my crowns, cleaning and some whitening. She has my future referrals directed her way and of course I am glad to now call her my dentist.Special shout out for service excellence to Paul, Monique, Neela and Veronica.

Recently, we made an appointment with this clinic for a regular teeth cleaning, as we had regular dental maintenance through biannual cleaning for many years and didnt experience any problem with our teeth or gum. We also made our request clear to the attending dentist that we didnt want a deep cleaning due to its severe side effects we experienced in the past. However, having waited for nearly two hours, we were told that we had to receive a deep cleaning in order to receive a regular cleaning later. We tried to discuss this issue with the dentist, bu to no avail, and had to get a regular cleaning at another dental clinic. Apparently, this dental clinic tried to force its patients to receive a deep cleaning even though it might not be necessary because it costs much more than a regular cleaning does. It seems that this clinic is interested more in profits than in patients needs. Having read the other google reviews about this clinic, we realize that we are not alone, because some other patients posted similar experiences with this clinic. We strongly suggest that those who are told to receive a deep cleaning do their home work to learn the various types of side effects (some of which are severe) of this procedure, which some dentists are eager to recommend.

I agree with the harsh critiques on here which are FULLY WARRANTED and feel that this office’s practices are highly questionable. I paid through the nose for my wife and I over 10 YEARS and just thought that the expenses were a sign of the times and also getting older and thus needing more dental work. I talked it over with my coworker who was shocked at my expenses and noted that I had excellent coverage. We downloaded and printed my dental coverage which is EXCELLENT. This dental office charged two of us literally THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS over the course of 10 years, for work like caps and overlays, and replacement of fillings, that I now believe, with a close view of my coverage, AT MOST, should have cost hundreds, and I have to now wonder if the work was even needed. I made a formal written request for our dental records, and billing, citing applicable statutes, and they NEVER PROVIDED IT to me, although I offered to pay reasonable copy fees. The last “estimate” we got was for about $1500 for my wife related to a filling. We never went back, because we were onto them, and their refusal to even respond to our request for records made it that much more suspicious. We chose another dentist through our Delta Dental coverage, and the work cost about $60! And, it was a low intrusive simple fix. Now I am convinced that this dentist not only did UNNECESSARY WORK but also BILLED WITHOUT REGARD TO INSURANCE COVERAGE. We will never go back and have asked Delta Dental to investigate them. UPDATE SINCE THIS REVIEW WAS FIRST POSTED: Delta Dental determined that ONE of us, in a 2 1/2 year time frame, has overpaid in the amount of $1,645. I think they forgot the second audit? Delta has given Chino Hills Dental Group 35 days to refund this to us. If they do not refund the money, we are to contact Delta to advise. Delta says they are taking this seriously, but in the same letter, reports they are not taking this dental provider off their list.

I dont write reviews often but there’s something about this office that I absolutely love, and want to share with everyone who comes across this review when choosing your dental office to take care of your dental needs. First off I have been a patient here for almost 3 years now and I must say how friendly, happy and fun the staff are. They make you feel welcomed even on their busiest days. They really go that extra mile, & I can tell you how. It starts from the front office, check-in is quick and easy, its always nice to chat with Paul, Anna & Mona while I wait to be called back. Once I arrive in the Xray room the assistant then always starts with taking my blood pressure, I find this as a PLUS, its always good to know & make sure its at good numbers! They take good quality xrays and actual photos of my teeth so while I’m having my exam done when the doctor needs to show me the exact condition of my tooth he/she can pull it up and I can see that it’s MY tooth, not just a random example of one. After xrays and photos are done we head to the room and I am greeted by my doctor (Dr. Mano, who always makes me feel so comfortable) starts my exam with checking my TMJ muscles and does an oral cancer screening. This is a BIG DEAL to me, Ive never had a dentist before coming here that did such a thorough exam and educated me on my dental health. I actually have TMJ issues that I’ve had for YEARS and Dr. Mano helped me better understand how & why this has happened. Which btw, blew my mind and made soooo much sense. After my very 1st visit 3yrs ago, I decided to make this MY dental office! I can see how each professional here cares about my dental health. The Hygienist there are my absolute FAVORITE

Went here with my son. I urgently needed a tooth pulled and they were open on a Saturday. I asked walking through the door if they took my insurance? They said yes. I asked what the total would be for my extraction (usually less than $20) xrays for my son and 2 fillings. I wanted the out of pocket up front as I knew I would be in no shape after having a molar pulled. The lady said no problems, no worries we take your insurance. BIG FAT RED FLAG.. I should have asked if they were in my network. They charged us each $75 for the visit, when I argued that was not my co-pay amount she said I need to cover my deductable for the whole year? Long story short $865 later we got screwed screwed screwed by their dishonesty and will never go back. They STILL call to tell us we are due for a cleaning!

The worst office I’ve ever visited. Completely ridiculous pricing! Charging four times the amount of every other office. Do NOT go there!
