I brought my 18 month old in for his first hair cut. They were very nice and professional. My son did very well with it. Good place for a hair cut for your little one.

I went there with purple hair and green and blue that somebody in my family did my hair and Jamie fixed it for me and I love the color that he picked out for me and I love it

Normally love these guys but when you call to make an appt and they tell you to just walk in now that Covid rules are lifted you should be able to get a kids cut no problem not be told they are booked up for the rest of the night..

You guys should put the current staff under the photos section and put the names in the description, because I’m trying to remember who cut my hair the first time I ever went, it was one the best haircuts I ever had, but my dilemma is I can’t remember what his name was lol

The staff are amazing. I made an appointment with Jamie and everything was what I expected. I was greated by the staff when I arrived. I was a few mins early so I only waited a couple mins. The place was very clean and the prices are reasonable. Jamie did an amazing job. He didnt do any cutting until we discussed what I wanted. I feel so much better after I got my hair cut. I love the layers that Jamie did too. It definitely took weight off my head. When I need another hair cut I will definitely be back to see Jamie. Thanks again Jamie for the amazing job.

To start, I dont write reviews for anything.I had a great experience at Supercuts in Chicopee from the moment I called to make my appointment. Kate, who also cut my hair, was friendly on the phone and the entire time I was there! I guess I should also say she cut my hair really well since thats the business. I highly recommend getting your haircut here :D

Honestly you want the best stylist in that store, it is Lucie. She takes the time to talk to you and make sure you get what you want. She will make sure you leave happy. Her personality is great and will make you feel welcomed in the salon when you walk in the door. She builds a real connection with her clients!

Have to make appointment, no walk ins. There are other places that you can walk in. Besides that. Its a haircut.

The place is great. Everyone Is super friendly. I take my 11 year old daughter to Michelle for her hair cuts and color and she is amazing. My daughter will only see Michelle and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Michelle and Super Cuts!!

Ive been getting my haircut here since 2008. I first came because they took walk-ins, which is something I needed due to having an extremely bad health issue. Fortunately, that has been long resolved, but I keep coming back. Employees come and go, but Ive been getting great haircuts from everyone they hire. The prices are totally fair and the place is always clean. Its a winner, for me.

I brought in my 3 year old to get her hair fixed up today (she cut her own hair lol) , and Derek I believe was him name, did an amazing job. He was great with my children. Thank you Soo much for your help!

The biggest nightmare for women at the salon is a stylist who 1. doesnt listen to what you want and 2. Is scissor happy & cuts bway shorter than the limit you :set.This was not the case then I went to the last month. I was a bit hesitant bc these places are always made fun of as the bottom of the barrel for salons , but I cant find : & receptive, kept to my appt time, gave a good way, chatted a little bit not so much that u couldnt just sit back and relax, and she gave me EXACTLY the cut I was looking for and didnt go scissor-happy on me... She knew exactly where to stop cutting. Love my cut and the price was right! Will be going back for those prices.

This is my second time going there for a hair cut this time I asked for wash cut and blow dry and I got exactly what I wanted I love it thank you Brielle for taking such of good care of me Supercuts would be my place for now on I give it 5 stars

Just left went there with my four-year-old to get a haircut which wouldve taken them five minutes they told me they were closed when they were still open for another 15 minutes. They were smoking outside basically didnt want to be bothered .

Short wait times and good haircuts. Doesnt matter who you get to cut your hair either, theyre all really good.

This place is the cheapest in town. Mens haircut is only $17. Room is neat and clean. Never had more than 1 person in waiting line in front of me. Staff is very polite and welcoming atmosphere. Conveniently located at Rt.33 on big shopping plaza next to Wallmart, The Home Depot, Marshall, Aldi, Dollar Tree, Verizon, Panera Bread, Friendlies, Chineese Buffet, Macdonald and many other small stores and restaurants, right across exit 5 of I-90 Masspike

I went for the first time ever on Saturday. My daughter got her haircut by Krissy. Worst experience ever. My daughters hair was shoulder length on one side, and two inches longer on the other side! Not to mention how choppy she left the back! I had to go back and have her hair fixed. Thank god after an hour they were able to have it fixed. Thats how bad it was!

Prices seem unreasonably high for even the simplest buzz cut with no shampoo but the haircuts are good.

Love the stylist and the color. My hair was a bit over processed though.

My wife went with an online appointment for washing, cutting, super color and hairstyle and did not receive anything from that I wash her short hair ends ok. He started drying with the blower (which did not finish), he left his hair in a mess if my wife complained about him and he refused to comb her out with an iron because supposedly he did not know how to use a professional blower, so they have a man working without Know nothing since he lost my wife also my stepdaughter, who had booked an appointment, I cancel it, better do something and let her go to study. Ooojhh he had the nerve to charge 30.00 hahahaha, what an inept staff
