A beautiful place with friendly staff. I get my hair done here for years. My stylist is Kory, hes fantastic! He always knows exactly what Im looking to do with my hair. And somehow he does it where it doesnt look like a brand new cut that you really start liking only after two weeks of growth, you love it immediately! He is a precision stylist. I wouldnt go to anyone else!

I have used Face to Nails services for 10 plus years. My husband typically gets me massage and facial service gift certificates for holidays. I recently misplaced my most recent gift certificate. I called to see if there was anything they could do. It was for 115 dollars. Obviously I wasn’t trying to get anything for free. I had the credit card statement to show we paid for it. I understand it was my fault for misplacing the gift card but working in customer service and being a loyal customer why would you just take our money without giving us the services. Again I understand my fault in the matter but you have now lost a customer and I’ll be sure to let people know how I was treated.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! My mom has been coming here for years and I just tried it out for the first time last week. Got a facial from Aly and she did an amazing job! The salon is gorgeous and offers lots of services. The owner, Francine, is the sweetest woman as she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back here!!

After salon trying for years I finally got what i wanted. This place is clean, awesome customer service. I loved that they make sure to call you to confirm your appointment. The atmosphere is very relaxing and Robin thank you for my hair you have made me feel whole again in the middle of this chaos. Thank you everyone. The room was super clean, smelled amazing and was so peaceful. My BIGGEST take away is this.I have recently undergone radiation treatment for breast cancer and have a pretty significant burn on my underarm. It is extremely painful and is causing me many sleepless nights. When Jessica saw it, she asked me if she could try something. Again, her knowledge came into play knowing cancer patients have to be very careful with what they put on. She got a balm that is, I believe, exclusive to Face to Nails and applied a thin layer. That was at 7:00 pm. I FINALLY got a decent night sleep. No pain whatsoever. When I woke up and looked in the mirror I could not believe my eyes. It was literally like night and day. I have purchased a small jar of it and have used it for 2 days now. I have not had to have any kind of pad or gauze cover it because it is not hurting. Jessica literally brought me back to life if you will. Aside from the AMAZING facial, she went above and beyond to ease my pain, both physical and emotional. I went into work the next day and in addition to the compliments i received on how good I looked, I was also told that I have a pep in my step not seen for a long time. I 100% attribute that to Jessica and the products she used and her professional and caring manner. I love Face to Nails Day Spa and will return to see Jessica, she does nails too.SHE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Everyone is friendly and make you comfortable. Over the years Ive had a pedicure, massages and facials. All were relaxing. They took great caution during Covid.

I was a new customer here in need of fresh manicure & pedicure before an upscale event they were mindful of my schedule conformed and did an excellent job. Wish they were this good down south. Very professional staff.

My wife and me have been doing business with Francine for several years now and we have never ever felt any type of way. They have always been very accommodating for anything and everything that they have been asked for. This is a great location to bring yourself or even family members for many different types of services.I thank them very much, I remember the day of our Wedding my wife looked beautiful and stunning when I saw her walked down the Aisle. Those girls did an amazing job and Francine did amazing accommodating 6 or 7 Women at once to get Hair and Makeup done in a very tight schedule on a Saturday Morning.Thank you so much Francine and Jim.FYI everyone you need to try there Massages. Got a facial and a pedicure done. All the ladies there were extremely nice and friendly. The environment was very relaxing and clean. The owner was at the front desk and was very welcoming and kind, always asking how people enjoyed the services and if there was anything she could get for anyone (water, tea, coffee, etc). I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a good place for hair, nails, massages or facial treatments!

I was so very satisfied with my experience that I’ve rescheduled a follow up in another month. I started off with a facial with Brenda and it was absolutely amazing! Then an hour body massage with Laurie, and a pedicure with Holly. I felt wonderfully relaxed!Not to complain, but I suffer from osteo arthritis throughout my body and at the time of my visit I was experiencing nerve pain in my left hand, finger, like I have never had before in my life! It was excruciating! My appointment for shots was coming up in a week. The massage I received from Laurie helped to reduce the pain in my hands to a tolerable level and also the relieve my neck and lower back pain that causes numbness in my left arm and leg.Laurie! You are a blessing! Looking forward to going again and again! I highly recommend her for anyone who suffers from any body pain and stiffness. If you can afford a chiropractor, you should really treat yourself to a body massage experience.

Ive been going here for a while now. The girls are amazing and Francine is a doll. BUT I recently wrote a check for 60 which they cashed for 100. It took an entire week of fighting for Jim to get around to correcting the issue. I gave the staff the check number 3 times and they still had the check number wrong when they went to the bank. I was told it was how I wrote my numbers and no one caught it. Plenty of excuses and not enough loyalty to the customer or common customer service. Wont be back.

I took my wife out for a couples massage.....we have been here many times...and we always have a great time ...there are so many services that this day spa has....check out there website....prices arent bad....great people...expert service.....leave feeling amazing.....will definitely go back.....hopefully more often

Poor communication from desk staff. Was scheduled for a procedure with assigned staff, staff was changed on me and was never communicated, along with staff member going home before customer arrived, assumed I wasn’t showing up, and again they did not call. I was never notified of any changes whatsoever.I enjoy the results of procedure but the desk coordination is unusually lousy. I hope this is resolved soon.

My husband and I go every six weeks for a couples massage and they are wonderful we always have the same two girls I have Judith and she is wonderful we always have a relaxing and yet good time every time I would highly recommend them and we do!

Went for a gel manicure, got charge 38 bucks,No hands massage, no lotions and whats worst, same day one of my nail started to peel off then the second day another nail and kept going... when I go to another place my gel polish usually stays for a month or I usually get tired of the color.

This place is a frantic mess. The owners are so unprofessional and treat the employees poorly. You think they are getting their full pay or tips? Think again. Their Kuma line is just a bunch of cheap generic goop that they put in jars with their label on it in some dark Chicopee warehouse. Literally ponds cold cream level junk. They don’t even have ingredients listed either. What kind of place can sell products without ingredients listed? And if you think those pedicure tubs are getting sanitized think again!! Having an expensive facial with cheap generic products your idea of money well spent? Yes I am an unhappy customer and when I got an infection and tried to work out something reasonable with them I found out a lot about their salon and practices. I think the worst thing I found out is how Jim harasses the female staff and they have to put up with it or be out of work. He has themGive him “services” and they either do it or get less bookings. Worse his own wife and co owner stands by and let’s this happen. Well I am working with the department of public health and the state licensing board directly and gathering employees whistleblowing statements to protect young females from this predator and the public from the filth and unregulated products they sell.

Sitting here is a total turn off. Yes I am a walk in no I wouldnt mind waiting hours if I didnt feel like I was being talked down to or offended. Sitting here Andrea asked a customer over the phone if they had ethnic hair. Quote ethnic hair not sure if she realizes how offensive that is to ask anyone. Its a very dated word which is offensive.
