I think they specialize in cutting kids hair. All the good review is kids hair and the bad one is the adults. If you are an adult I will not recommend you go there. You will have uneven haircut.

A decent cut, just not very thorough and felt rushed. It looked alright when it was finished (although I dont wear my glasses during a haircut and it was hard to tell) but once I got home I could notice some areas that were missed or not blended well. Ill probably try them again though. I just wish they would spend more time, especially when Im the only one in there.

Terrible service took lady 20 min to cut hair she only put my hair in two sections to cut it and I was cutting 7 inches off. I went was looking at my hair in the mirror and one side was shorter then the other, I didnt want to go back so of course I went to to another to fix there mistake. WONT GO AGAIN!

Received cut that looked like my haircut from basic training. Maybe my fault, I wasnt paying close attention until she had run the clippers up the back of my head. I always have a scissors cut, when asked about the back being blocked i had replied yes squared. I can go on & on. Worst haircut ever. I might go back to that site, but not let her do it.

I checked in online and waited an hour in the parking lot with my son to get his haircut. The estimated timer said 47 mins. The timer ran out. So, I decided to call for an estimate on how much longer it would be because I never received the text to be there within 15 minutes. The girl on the phone was rude and couldn’t careless that we waited. She acknowledged they were having issues with their texting service. Some people were getting the texts and some were not. She said the only thing she could tell me was to sign back in and try again, but the wait time was currently another 43 minutes at least. She wouldn’t squeeze him in. Take his name or anything. She wanted me to try again for a already failed system that did not send me the first text. I wouldn’t recommend people going back to such a place that doesn’t seem to care about their customers.

Not only was the haircut so bad I had to even it out myself at home, but she had her mask around her chin. What’s the point of taking my temperature if the employees are not going to follow COVID guidelines???

This is a nice place with verry good stylists .i have a problem with the online check in. What you need to do is check in online and when you get in the parking lot is go to the door and let them know that YOU are there . that halps you alot. Keep going there and if theres an issue with a hair cut go back in and have it fixed on the spot. A bad review wont fix a haircut. They will. Good jobe Great Clips !!!

James is awesome and its always clean

One of the girls told me the haircuts are timed and they only get 12 minutes usually. Perfectly easy for a trim or something simple. I wanted to go for an asymetrical bob, and she kept trying to rush it and it wasnt the look I wanted. It took 40 minutes and she made sure to remind me. I had my hair butchered there before, but they fixed it for free and gave me a free haircut. A few years ago, my daughter had her shoulder length hair completely obliterated when I wanted a bob. I had to ask the woman who looked high to stop and have the other lady fix it. They both did horrible! It was the day before picture day and I had to do the best I could by curling it. I finally went to a different salon and got her fixed up after a 40.00 cut! I was so upset! I would only go here to maintain your current style if you need a trim.

I requested a specific gentleman to cut my hair.I must say he was a breathe of fresh air. I watched him cut two guys hair before me and I thought heres someone who knows what hes doing. He cut my hair exactly how I wanted. Very friendly. Will go to him again definitely! His name is John. Hes the one with like a blue buzz on top. Awesome job! Thank you.

A little bit pricey for a haircut but the staff there is usually really nice

Great clips is great. They are usually conveniently located in different areas of the country, so no matter what state Im working in I can get a good haircut. They store your information in their computer so they have it at every location. They have easy online check in which helps you skip the line. Easy app as well.

Friendly staff and good prices but that doesn’t matter when you don’t get what you want. I asked for a very specific style that I explained and showed pictures for. I left with my hair looking just about the same as when I walked in :( my family couldn’t tell that I got my hair cut.

Im really surprise to see how this salon has 4 stars because the few times my mother has gone over there its been horrible experience now i dont know if there paying people to write good reviews but something is not right with this location there needs to be more education for the employees and better customer service! if someone is new to the field have senior stylist cross check the haircut and help them along the way. What happen to my moms hair should not happen to anybody!!!! Give the client the right consultation!

The girls here were awesome.it was my 4 year olds first time and they were so sweet.there was no wait. I had tried supercuts across the street first but left because they were rude about the wait time and it felt awkward.came here and left super happy.id prob still be waiting somewhere else.

Terrible haircut today. Had to repeatedly ask her to go over the sides and back of my head because it was all different lengths, she just buzzed off hair making a mess without any attempt to a clean cut. Then could not even be bothered to brush large clumps of hair out and when I started to pick them out with my hand she handed me the comb to do it myself. Was my go to place for a cheap decent quality haircut but after this horrible experience I will not be returning.

Staff are friendly and great prices.But none of that matters when I dont get the haircut that I asked for.I always bring in photos.Each and every time I go there is never a familiar face.They are always changing hairdressers so you get someone different everytime. Also,when I get a haircut NO ONE can tell! As for my daughter and I we are going elsewhere from now on...

Great haircut and wonderful service. My stylist was very nice, professional and super cool. She gave me the exact haircut I wanted. They have covid19 safe protocols in effect ( you must wear mask, no beard trimming currently and full station clean up between every customer ) This was my first time going here and it will be my go to place for future haircuts. I wish I would have got my stylist name. She was great, I was there at 8:00 AM Wednesday October 27th. Awesome experience.
