Gave the hair dresser 2 chances with my hair. I asked for lavender and I ended up with purple, blues, and greens. She said she didnt know why it turned green because she used silver, (mind you my hair never came out silver. It was blue and green). Everyone knows silver has a blue base. After the fact, she admitted she didnt know what she was doing because the product was new. Offered to fix it for the 3rd time and I went elsewhere. No refund. Would not go back.

Absolutely loved my relaxation massage by Vitalyia! She made me feel comfortable with light conversation but also let me relax with ocean sounds and calming incense. She worked out the kinks in my neck, which was my biggest concern, but also relaxed the rest of my muscles as well. I left the salon feeling calm and at ease.

Channel is amazing! I havent been this satisfied with my style for awhile. Channel did her magic, I feel great. Highly recommend this salon, very welcoming , great customer service and the prices are very reasonable.

If you want an uninterrupted spa treatment, this is not the place for one. The owner puts herself first and makes actual paying clients wait for their treatment while she gets hers done. No respect for paying clients! They barge in on spa treatments for stupid reasons that can easily wait until later. This place is merely for hair...no spa atmosphere. Cold & not cleaned very well. Dont waste your time & hard earned dollars at this place...you will be disappointed.

Serenity Salon and Spa had been my place to go for a number of years now for my hair, nails, and massages. The staff is always upbeat and do a great job!

I would not recommend this salon to anyone!!! I paid 160.00 for something and got something completely different. Hair dresser told me she couldnt fix it for 5 days, I was NOT offered to have it fixed before then by another stylist, had to wait 3 days to talk to the owner because she didnt feel good and didnt want to deal with work I paid another salon 160.00 to fix it due to the fact Valentines day was 1 day away and I hated my hair, fixed it through another salon thinking I would be rein burst the money I paid because I was so unsatisfied. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. The owners customer service or lack there of was unbelievable. She was very rude. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS whether you like your hair or not. This salon does not care how you feel when you leave as long as you pay them! !
