Orthodontics for All Ages put braces on my son when he was about 13 years old. Then we waited and waited for a few teeth to come in before they would put the rest of the braces on and finish the treatment. All told it was several years. When the braces finally came off, his teeth looked great for about 3 months. Then his bite began to open up and it was worse than when we started. They told us he needed jaw surgery. We went to another ortho for a second opinion. The new ortho told us that all we had to do was remove several teeth which should have been done in the first place and they could fix it. The other ortho fixed it with braces again. Ive attached a picture of my sons teeth after Ortho for All Ages. I would avoid this place like the plague.

I was referred to Dr. Terry by my dentist because I have a very mild cross-bite. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The initial consultation went really quick and the Doctor gave me a very honest assessment. I really appreciated the honesty and turned out that because my case is so mild that I dont need to do braces as that could potentially even create issues down the road since I have a couple crowns. The cross bite has never bothered me, it is in the back, and it is very mild - I really appreciate the honesty.

Orthopedics for all ages is a good practice on the miracle mile in chicago. But be careful if you are going to move. Normally they transfer the case to a new orthopedist in your new location. But as our daughter had less than a year left and we had already paid them off, they encouraged us to finish there as we were going to be back in town a few times. Of course later when she had retainer problems we had nowhere to go and now her teeth are messed up and we will have to pay for all new orthodonture after already paying through the nose ($6500) to get her teeth fixed. They blame my daughter for not wearing her retainer. But if they had properly tranferred the case, the problem would never have arisen in the first place.
