Dr. sugar and staff did a fantastic job on my 2 wisdom teeth, one was really impacted. i was frighted coming from the old school dentistry of the boot on the neck extractions that caused me so much pain and painful memories. my experience here was so much the opposite. i was properly sedated, and the extractions were so quick and painless that i was shocked when i was told i was done because there was virtually no pain or discomfort during it all. like a good lawyer, i hope i never need to use em, but glad to know they’re here if i need in the future. thank you!!!!

This place was awesome, I had my tooth pulled by Dr. Russ. The staff was super friendly, and fun to be around. I actually had a good time here. Thats really hard to say when your getting a tooth pulled. My appointment was at 11:15a, I got out by 11:44a. What more could you ask for.

Dr. Drobny was wonderful! She removed all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth last week. She was extremely calming which put me at ease before receiving anesthesia. The healing process has been just as expected and the discharge instructions were thorough. Would recommend this office to anyone!

Not really happy with my experience. I had cyst removal with dr.Russel. Everything looks old in the room and dont have Ct skin for oral surgery🤔After the cyst removal I still had swelling on my gum and I call to this associate emergency phone and they call me back after 2 days!!!!After a week I had checkup and they told I have to do root canal with other dentist!? I spend 800$ for cyst and now 1000$ more🤷‍♀️They just want money !The front desk and staff was friendly,so I give 2 stars ...

Friendly and comforting staff. The extraction was quick and painless. The doctor explained the implant procedure and talked me through it step by step. I will return to this office is I need any other oral surgical care.

Excellent oral surgeons!

The emergency surgery I had was great and the aftercare was as well. The billing department is ridiculous. I received bills despite the fact that my insurance claim hadnt been processed and called to determine what was happening. They insisted I should wait and not pay. I called 3 different times because they still hadnt billed my dental insurance and instead were billing my primary insurance. Now they are asking me to pay an extremely high percentage late fee. But still havent billed my dental insurance. So I keep racking up late fees and despite having paid several hundred dollars upfront, my insurance still not being billed, and their billing office telling me not to worry about it. These people are crooks using the insurance system against their patients.

AVOID PRACTICE!!! Last visit almost required visit to emergency room due to excessive bleeding. Staff is rude and has no problem letting you wait for an hour beyond your appointment time. After my experience yesterday, I have called my dentist to stop referring here. I’ve never seen healthcare practiced so poorly.

Last year in June, Eliza Paulina Drobny made a great job without pain pulled out one of my tooth, but today was a different Dr. I had a terrible experience with a lot of pain...In the future only Eliza Paulina, nobody else but Dr. Drobny

Had wisdom tooth pulled. Surprised at how quickly and painlessly Dr Drobny had my tooth out. The staff was so kind (not judgemental) and respectful and professional. I know a LOTof oral surgeons because I used to sell dental implants to them some years back... many (most???) of them are arrogant and stuck up, but not Dr. Drobny... She is so down to earth and knowledgeable. Very, very likeable, as well as the medical assistants and the office ladies there...so nice. The overall atmosphere at this practice was peaceful, comfortable and happy. Another good thing is that the extraction cost nearly 25% less than 3 other quotes I got... I am soooooo thankful I found this doctor!!! I need the other wisdom tooth pulled and I will ONLY make an appointment with Dr Drobny. (They have like 8 oral surgeons at this practice but I havent met them, I imagine they are great too and they have several locations, which is great for people who have emergency pain like me). For me to review a business, I have to either really love them, or, hate them. And I really loved my experience with Dr. Drobny. Shes my favorite oral surgeon and thats the tooth!! :-D
