Dr. Arun is incredibly patient, caring and a true expert in eye care. She does recommend any therapy unless it is fin the best interest of the patient. Great physician and practice environment.

My right eye was giving me a lot of trouble I couldnt see out of it it was like a cloud cover in my eye I can see bits and pieces threw it. I visit a few eye doctors but all they gave me was glasses and how did it all I found one eye doctor tell me that had cataracts in my right eye but wanted to get them removed I had to come up with $2,100 and cash but my insurance found Veena Arun, University Ophthalmology. Dr. Veena Arun has established a really excellent Ophthalmology practice located in the heart of Hyde Park. With the new addition of Dr. Pawar it is excelling. I had a very, very pleasant appointment. The front desk staff are efficient and the wait time was zero. Dr. Arun is an extremely compassionate physician who takes the time to explain to you, in words that you can understand, exactly what is going on with your eyes.
