Horrible service! Extremely ghetto! Julie the front desk clerk is very impolite!!!!! Very very rude and made me wait over an hour!!!!

Dr. Lamba is very knowledgeable and professional. I have been having non-stop pain and needed to make sure the source of the problem was not eye related. He was able to discuss with me other possibilities and gave me a good suggestion for the next course of action which I am currently doing.

Dr. Menner is very professional and experienced, you spend a lot of time with the doctor, and great staff. The office is in a great location only a block away from the L train.

My appointment was at 2pm on a Monday so I got there early around 1:45 to take care of any paperwork and sign in as a new patient. After they charged me and I waited about 45 minutes, I decided to ask the people around me when their appointment was. One said 1pm, another 12:30pm...another 12:15pm. I asked the receptionist how long the wait would be and she said it could be another two hours or more. She claimed this was normal for this doctor. This can be a 2-4+ hours wait to see a specialist. Wasnt worth it to me. Even if I waited it out, it wouldnt be a place Id want to keep going back to. Awful patient regard.
