First apt of the day 7am. We left at 9:40am. The staff does not wear mask ( their preference). Doesn’t bother me as long as they’re not ill. One receptionist was quite rude. The lead tech was nicer and the NP seemed to be knowledgeable in her explanation. However the wait times are ridiculous and uncalled for. I also asked the other receptionist for a release of information form and the rude one chimes in “they need to pay” To which I responded “ NO We do not”. I want the records released to another physician for continuation of care.

There is no point in making an appointment with this doctor if he is going to wait 4 hrs after your appointment. He is also asked patient who are wearing mask to remove them and telling them it’s all government conspiracy. Not professional at all coming from a doctor.
