Been going here for years in connection with a floater that won’t let go. Not bad enough to operate on but might go that way. So just keeping an eye on it, so to speak, while waiting for my cataract to get bad enough to get them both fixed at the same time. Dr. Ravage is pleasant & takes time to explain things. Staff is all courteous & professional.

Dr. Merrill is one of my favorite physicians. Professional and personable and I trust her advice. I am at risk for what could become a serious eye condition, and I trust her implicitly. She also has a great staff.

They were very nice and professional. I was to be there at 9:30, and I did not have to wait. The test that I had done was quick. I was in the office for only about 30 minutes from start to finish. I was warmly acknowledged from the time I came in to the time I left. A very pleasant experience.

I have been going to Illinois retina for the last 30 years. In this last year, I have been the beneficiary of many kindnesses from staff. They have gone out of their way to assist me, when they didn’t need to do anymore than their job. I know I am in more than capable hands with Dr. flood. He is a very human doctor, and I believe truly cares about his patients. I would definitely recommend filling my retina associates and Dr. flood to anyone.

I had a good experience st the office. The staff was friendly and professional. I arrived too early for my appointment. Since I have to take public transportation, I didnt know how long it would take. The office was able to see ne right away.

Dr. Flood is friendly, gracious, patient and, possibly most importantly, knows his stuff! Everyone in the office is polite and efficient. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing retina advice or treatment. Five stars all the way.

Dr. Flood and all of his assistants and techs were fanTAStic! The receptionists were great too and the woman from billing explained everything clearly to me. Not only was my exam comprehensive and informative but they had wonderful personalities and were so extra kind! Especially Dr. Flood and Mayra the technician. Appointments are always on time with excellent service. Ive been going here for a number of years because of a retinal tear. My eye surgeon did an excellent job and my eyesight was restored.

I had a torn retina this summer which was causing vision problems. I contacted Illinois Retina Associates and I was able to see Dr. Merrill the next day. A laser procedure was performed and the problem was corrected. I have not had any problems with vision since the laser surgery. Every one in the office was very professional and was concerned about the retina tear.I highly recommend Illinois Retina Associates for those with retina issues.

Just had a very positive experience at Illinois Retina. They are very efficient and professional. Dr. Flood gave me as much time as I needed to explain my situation. No rushing me through to get to the next patient.

Been a patient of Dr Timothy Flood for 25 years. Even when he left Ingalls office in Harvey, I told him he wasnt ditching me with these eyes. Although Illinois Retina has offices (12) and some very close to me - Ill make the trek to the loop. If emergency.- I know there is an office nearby. Validated discount parking downtown. This is my safe place. My eyes are VERY important to me.

Excellent place and amazing work. Entire office was very helpful and the doctors even better. It only took 30 spots to fix 2 retina holes which I was told would take 200 spots by another doctor. Very happy and relieved.

I am very impressed they saw me extensively today, without an appointment, after a referral from my optometrist. Staff were busy but polite and professional. I believe my care to be very good so far, though I am only at the beginning of a longer-term process to deal with an eye issue.

Very professional staff . Beautiful office. They use the latest technology. Checking for eye pressure by using a tool that is as small as a pen! Dr Flood is so friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable! He spent alot of time explaining the result of the test in simple language so you can understand. I will definitely refer my friends to him.

This is my third visit to Illinois Retina Associates. I like the thoroughness of the eye examinations.The range and depth of vision is tested, the pressure on the eye is tested, xray of the interior eye is done and the personal examination by Dr. Flood gives me confidence about the status of my eye.Dr. Flood and the staff are both friendly and professional, and I can leave feeling confident about their findings and know that if there are changes, I can depend on them to help me.
