This place seems dedicated to the comfort and peace of their patrons. My first visit was just to meet a friend for coffee, but easily turned into brunch, then few games of chess, then browsing their literature. Candle-lit tables, plants, even throw-blankets make this place feel like a home away from home. Before we knew it, wed stayed past closing time and NONE of the employees came to harass us or ask us to leave. Great spot.

Loved the artwork! I believe I went to a party here years ago! 😁 Met a cool brother who teaches there and really enjoyed talking with.

I participated in a vending event in this building and it was beautiful! It seems like they do a lot of great work in the community too. I look forward to another opportunity to spend time here and collaborate with the organization.

Excellent Center for young adults to express themselves though the arts and music! I love the Best Buy Teen Tech area.... Many impressive programs aimed to help children advance and apply their artistic talents now and into the future!💗👍👌✌💗

This place has it all. Very hands-on school that teaches the arts as well as how they can relate in business. The instructors really care and the students are empowered to make a better life for themselves. Also home of the Best Buy Teen Tech Center, where any teen can come and explore the possibilities of technology for free!

This is a wonderful School for your Child, it makes them feel so safe . The Staff and Students get along great and they allow no other Students to hang around or interfere with them from other Schools. Parents are always welcome. If you are looking for a good school and a small setting this is the one.

Ive only been here during weekends. The place is spacious and holds really cool workshops for kids, mostly related to technology. Some of the rooms could you use some painting but overall is a nice place.

This space is so relaxing. Perfect spot to get work done.

Halloween event was fantastic great music, great food, great drinks, and a great crowd. Will definitely be attending next year. Venue was spacious and well organized host and employees were very professional. 5 stars from me.

Took a glassblowing workshop with Tracy. Shes an excellent teacher and takes a lot of time to personalize the training and education. Shes very well experienced and makes sure you understand the ins and outs of glass working. If youre looking for a unique experience check it out!

This school doesnt give a sh!t about their students mental health and that isnt okay when its a big thing!!!! If you have any kind of mental health issues youre automatically discriminated against!! The events and the cafe may seem elite, but the the students are horribly behaved and unruly!!! I dont recommended sending anyone here!!

Little Black Pearl is a small Black owned business that offers various artistic activities for youth within the community. Little Black Pearl offers pottery/ceramics, digital media, drawing/art projects, and much more. Little Black Pearl also offers work opportunities provided through Major Daley work programs.

The hot chocolate here is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 they use real cacao it is amazing.

This is a real cute gem in Hyde Park. Fresh juices and delicious smoothies. Not to mention its a non-profit, so its for a good cause.

Great location for a bite, drink and meet. Easy parking and excellent service.
