If youre looking for a new PCP with hopes of your wellness being valued, do not select this group. Luckily Dr. Turner and DAgostino were the upside to my time with them. The front desk staff (Kim or Lisa) do not expect empathy or assistance from either of these ladies. If you suffer from depression or anxiety, DO NOT, take a chance on Dr. Zamora because she will have you committed. Lastly if you hope to leave the office feeling like your life has no value and you are just a ticket o be shuffled forward, youve found the golden ticket.Value your self and your health

I regret having to provide a poor rating, but my experience with Primary Care has not been a pleasant one and I will be seeking other health care options in the future. I have been trying to resolve some billing concerns for several months and my calls continue to get forwarded to voicemail. Unfortunately, my overall impression is that Primary Care is more focused on quickly collecting payments from the insurance company and moving to the next patient, than understanding ones health situation and finding a solution. Before posting a negative review like this, I think its fair to allow time for any issues to be corrected, but as I mentioned, it has now been several months and based on my interactions, it is clear that it is not a priority, especially since my card was automatically charged for all the services they claimed to have provided.

For possibly the first time in my life, I have a doctor that truly listens. I have been a patient of Dr Bhagavans for a few years and I am consistently grateful for the amount of care and concern she shows. Shes mindful, kind, and very good at what she does. Shes helped me think outside the box to solve health problems that have been with me since childhood. The staff is efficient and I consistently have a positive experience there. I have recommended a number of friends to the practice, and each of them are pleased and have moved their primary doctor to PCMA.

I have been with Primary Care Medical Associates for almost 20 years. Dr Perlmuter has changed his practice a bit and added a new Dr as he only does concierge service now. Hes older, thats cool I get it. I had a new appointment with Dr. Dissen today, whom I had yet to meet. I went in and my insurance changed slightly this year. At least, I thought slightly. It turns out that the office does not take my new insurance and told me to leave and find a new doctor. That was that. Didnt offer cash options, nothing. So I left.

A doctor that cares about his patients! Dr Perlmuter spends time with you and isnt in a rush to see the next patient. Hes someone I would recommend to anyone who wants to have a relationship with the doctor and feel as if your needs are his top priority. He is quick to respond and always brings great recommendations!

Although I have heard of Dr. Robert Perlmuter for many years, I just became his patient this year (when my Internist moved away), and I will soon join his Concierge Practice. Now in my late 50s, I have had many good doctors, but none that equal Dr. Perlmuters knowledge, care and concern. If he needs more information, he does research. If he says he will call back within hours, he does. He is always thoughtful and attentive, and his intellect is extraordinary.The office runs smoothly and kindly, and his associates are equally impressive. Top-notch medical care and overall experience -- every time.

I have been a patient of Dr Bhagavan for many years, she is patient, listens to your questions, and never rushes you Dr Bhagavan.always makes sure you leave feeling good about your care. I never feel like I am in an assembly line and never wait more than 15 mins if she is running behind. I am a very satisfied patient.

Excellent medical facility, with very fast lab results processing and response times for general questions, RX refills, etc... The medical staff and doctors are extremely knowledgeable with awesome bedside manner...stop looking and choose PCMA and I personally recommend Dr. Cohanim!

I changed my health insurance recently and this group was one on the provider list.PCMA is close to home and has several providers in the practice.The office is clean and well run by competent, friendly, knowledgeable staff.I have now seen nurse practitioner, Anne Turner, and my primary care physician, Dr Nooshin Cohanim.Both are very thorough, personable, skilled, and show that, as a patient, Im not just another number.The office functions as a finely tuned machine: I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be taken to a room, and then have been seen very quickly after.I can truly say that I am very happy with this practice and with each person Ive dealt with so far.
