I went in for an annual wellness check, as covered by my insurance. I went in and they ASKED me my weight and height (didnt even measure it), took my blood pressure and drew some blood. Since the Doctor didnt even look at my body before telling me I was done, I asked if he could check out an itchy bump on my back. I showed him my back, he told me its a bug bite, and 1 month later I received a bill for $115 because they counted it as a sick visit since I said there was something wrong with me. I am stunned.The only good part was I was in and out in 10 minutes because they didnt do anything.

Nothing but great experiences at this location (and Ive worked at several medical offices, so my standards are high).Dr. Grace Alcaraz was/is exceptional, friendly, polite, and thorough. Never made me feel I was a subject, but instead a human.Front desk staff is on point, timely, and fits you in quickly. I called in for an appointment and was seeing a doctor 15 minutes later.The nurses and lab techs are great, as well. Never had such a quick, painless, efficient blood-draw before.Cant recommend this place enough!

Dr Morales is simply amazing and is always available! I Love coming here. He provides the best care to me. Wouldnt change him for anything.Great service, great assistance, very friendly. Convenient location with decent street parking. I would highly recommend him! I was very happy with all the medical services and help they provide!

If I could give zero stars I would. 👎👎👎This place has much to work on... organization and timeliness are the worst. A 2 hour wait after the scheduled appointment time is not okay, what a lack of professionalism! When we approached the front desk and ask if the doctor was even here after waiting for 45 minutes past the scheduled time she was not even sure if the doctor had even arrived at the office and asked someone else. The other person replied that he had just gotten to the office, mind you at this point it was 45 minutes pass the schedule time and an hour of waiting to still be called in for the appointment. It been two hours from the appointment time and their answer is that there still have another passenger before.

Dr Morales is extremely kind, understanding, and does his best to give us timely service. He genuinely cares about his patients. The location of this office isnt the best in Chicago, but it serves the community around it and does a good job. I dont have experience with his associates, but I do know that without his clinic at this location, a lot of people would be without the medical care they need. Thank you Dr Morales for a pleasant experience, and for your wonderful bedside manner!

I have been getting Botox for years from multiple providers. Dr. Morales is kind, patient and meticulous with his patients. I would highly recommend for first timers and veterans of cosmetic procedures. I am extremely pleased with my results and follow up from the office making sure I am satisfied with my results. Definitely 5 stars!

I have been go for 3 years the service is great and staff are always nice and professional.

First of all, this location totally sucks. You think youre going to see Dr. Morales, but end up seeing one of his associates. Secondly, the doctor that my mom normally sees was not there. She saw her replacement. I noticed that my mom was very uncomfortable with her. This doctor gave my mom referrals for some tests at St Marys. Well, instead of giving her the results over the phone, she had to make an appointment to see the doctor to discuss her results. Really? My mom needed a refill for a prescription. Guess what? She had to make an appointment just for that. Even if it were just 3 months ago. Today, we went for a follow up for her results. Guess what? Another referral for more tests! I was like this is BS! My mom is not on her death bed to need so many tests performed. Im sorry, this clinic is just out to milk medicare. They do not care about their patients! Its all about $$$! Unfortunately, our elderly latino parents are paying the price. I would not recommend this place to no one. Shame on them for being so money hungry. They simply forgot why they became medical doctors!

The doctor was good. He had what appeared to be a student in the room who was wasted space and was never introduced to me. The staff though was pretty unorganized. It took the nurse a week to approve the MRI that the doctor referred me to...even though the doctor wanted me back a week later for a follow up. The staff called me to ask me for my xrays 3 days after my appointment even though I handed them to her the day I went in. I winded up going to Rush instead. SO much faster of a process with a much more organized and professional staff.

This place is awful, I worked here and the doctor Dr.Cesar Morales is really nice to his patients when he sees them so they dont leave his practice but in reality he doesnt care about them he only cares about the money he refuses to see public aid patients, if he sees a public aid patient on his schedule he makes a physician assistant see that patient. Us as employees had to beg him to see the public aid patients who refused to see the physician assistants. Also he schedules patients at 9am when he knows damn well he wont get to the office until 11, he is also almost always hungover. Please Please just go and find another Primary Care Phycisian.Este lugar es horrible, trabajé aquí y el doctor, el Dr. César Morales, es muy amable con sus pacientes cuando los ve, para que no dejan su práctica, pero en realidad no le importan, solo se preocupa por el dinero se niega a ver pacientes de ayuda pública, si ve a un paciente de ayuda pública en su horario, hace que un asistente médico vea a ese paciente. Nosotros, como empleados, tuvimos que rogarle que viera a los pacientes de ayuda pública que se negaron a ver a los asistentes médicos. También programa a los pacientes a las 9 am cuando sabe muy bien que no llegará a la oficina hasta las 11, casi siempre tiene resaca. Por favor, por favor, busquen a otro doctor de cabezera.

I have several complaints, the dr is never there, the staff is lazy and so unorganized. They never send the referrals on time but are quick to send bills. I am always put on hold during phone calls and I have to call more than twice Everytime because they dont send the referrals to the hospitals or suppliers on time! Its always a hassle!! It shouldnt take me 3 to 4 days to get a referral for a patient needing oxygen 24/7!

To say I am happy with my recent experience with Dr. Morales would be an understatement! Ive been a customer to the cosmetic enhancement, Botox, for 10+ years and ironically, despite the additional wrinkles gained thru out those years, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO ECSTATIC WITH DR. MORALES RESULTS!!! So much so that I want to share my happiness. Dr. Morales technique is what I believe is his secret sauce and why I look fabulous. I have lift and tightness where I want it and my expression has remained in tact! To top it off, Dr. Morales humbleness and personable character deserves recognition and made my visit enjoyable. Yes, I actually enjoyed getting Botox! My only regret is not having before and after photos to share!i do have some afters(48 hours after the procedure).

Where to begin explaining how horrible this clinic is. First Im going to start by saying that it doesnt matter if you have an appointment, you have to wait about an hour or more after your appointment time to be seen that is not exaggerating believe me!!! the staff of both of the cam clinics are absolutely rude with the exception of Ana, this girl is extremely helpful and professional. The worst staff member is Maribel this girl has such a bad attitude she answers with such difficulty and rudeness, and doesnt really answer your questions she treats you as if you where an idiot. The nurses oh my, so ignorant and and rude, I cannot say that word enough, its like they get paid to be rude. This clinic and the head Dr is just a money making machine, they never call to tell you your results you can be dying and they wont call to send you meds, he wants you to miss work and go pay him the follow up just to refill a prescription basically. Other clinics do charge for a follow up but at least the Dr calls u to give you your results and sends you medication if needed when its important! I truly hate this office. We need more Hispanic Drs. Thats the only reason this clinic has a lot of patients not because the doctors there are any good , trust me!!!!!!

SCAM! They run all kinds of unnessesary test to run up your bill. Total BS.

I had a problem with a bill and the staff was very unprofessional answering and returning phone calls. At the end the persons mistake cost me $250.
