I spent my birthday here getting a massage by Angela and then a facial with Harmony. The massage was everthing and More! Angela is an angel and really worked some tight areas. I left so relaxed and refeshed! Harmony is the most professional and caring esthetician. Her attention to detail and suggestions for daily care were on point! 100% recommend!

Booking & check in was a simple and pleasant experience with the front desk, and my esthetician Harmony was amazing. She gave a perfect facial, and left my skin looking better than ever. On top of a quality service, Harmony took the time to make me feel comfortable with easy conversation and questions to customize my experience. Incredibly disappointing experience with the spa customer service at London House. London house spa is misrepresenting the encounter by saying we received a massage / they provided a service which they did not.My wife and I booked a couples massage with a Groupon to kick off a fun day in the city and, due to traffic and terrible GPS directions, we were running late. We called and left a voicemail for the spa to let them know the situation.We walked into the spa about 20-25 minutes late, already feeling stressed, anxious, and awful that we were so late. We felt even worse when we were greeted with a hostile welcome.We apologized and asked if we could reschedule. The response was no since there is a 24-hour cancellation policy (even though prior to our issues getting to the location we were looking forward to the massage and werent planning to reschedule). Since we arrived late, the only other option we were offered was a quick 20 minute massage.My wifes anxiety became so heightened once the door closed behind me and I realized wed have to strip down and the same person who wed been having this hostile exchange with would be the same person massaging either her or me.We quickly walked out of there, are attempting to get our money back from Groupon and needless to say we will not be going back to either the spa or any other part of London House anytime soon. The experience put quite a damper on our fun day in the city.

We got the 80 mins couples massage and it was amazing. It was so nice they came to our room and gave us the best massage ever. Definitely worked out all our muscle kinks. Highly recommend

I had the best massage. I booked a 50 minute full body massage and my masseuse was Ebony. I explained to her that it was my first massage and she took great care of me. She explained the process, made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me about the pressure she was using throughout the session. She also was patient with me, as it took time for me to fully relax. Overall it was very therapeutic and I will definitely be booking again.

My husband and I received in room massages when we went away for the weekend. Octavia gave the best massage I’ve ever recorded. She gently worked out small knots in my back. I didn’t feel any pain during or the next day. It was incredible!

Poor communication when booking and multiple phone calls never returned in attempt to confirm requested date/time. Being able to book online is great, but when the website says confirmation will be sent in 24 hours, waiting almost 10 days to receive any communication AFTER giving credit card information and having your card charged is unacceptable. Throughout this time, I made three phone calls and left voicemails none of which were returned. I finally received a text message the night we flew into Chicago for the weekend to confirm my appointment. Of note, due to the company cancellation policy, the appointment now was not eligible for cancellation for any type of refund because it was within the 24 hour window of the requested services. At this point, we had no choice but to move forward with the requested services at a $450 price tag. The only reason I give this company 2 stars is because our massages were decent and our therapists were very kind and professional.

Other than the massage therapist arriving at 1:18, for my massage that was scheduled for 1:00, it was a decent massage. Will not pay that much for only decent again. I can do 75 minutes for $100 not that far from here, and get an excellent massage.

Terrible communication. Called multiple times in hopes of booking an appointment and was told something different every time that eventually lead to nothing. whether it was being told to call back within the next 30 minutes to book an appointment, and then there was no answer after multiple follow-up calls. Or it was calling first thing in the morning and asking about availability, only to be told that you would be called back in a few moments after confirming availability only to hear nothing.

I would not recommend the LondonHouse spa. The masseuse who performed my massage did not introduce herself to me, so I do not know what her name is. The massage itself felt very rushed, as if there was no flow at all. I was scheduled for a deep tissue massage and this was not that. She essentially just rubbed oil on me without any massage.In the middle of the massage I told the masseuse that I was a little chilly. She said “it’s 75 in here...” as if to make me feel wrong for being uncomfortable.I have had many massages before and overall this one was not worth the $125+ that I paid. I would not recommend this.

My husband and I had a couples massage with Zana and Donna. Zana was absolutely amazing. I have terrible neck and back pain due to spending a lot of time on the computer and after one 80 min session my neck felt better than it had in months. My husband was also extremely happy with the job Donna did. He is an ex professional athlete and requires a high pressure massage which she was able to do. Highly recommend or for a relaxing couple experience.

I would definitely rate my massage with ZANA as a 5/5. This was the BEST massage I’ve ever had. I have really bad knots and muscle tightness in my shoulders/neck and she had wonderful technique and skill to target my problem areas and to give an excellent massage overall.I only rate my overall experience as 4/5 bc of a scheduling mistake - but this was handled immediately and did not effect my appointment time.

I had a bad experience, I pictured the spa totally different. It is really small, the waiting area which is literally next to one of the massage rooms which means you can hear what people are talking outside. The massage table is like the ones you can buy at Costco at some point I thought it was going to break. I couldnt relax. Another thing I didnt like is that the lady who did my massage was telling me to keep my mask on when I turned my head up meanwhile she had her mask under her nose. For 135 dollars plus tip you expect a better experience, if it was only 50 dollars I probably wouldnt be commenting. Check it out before you go for your appointment and see it for yourself if you are visiting just wait until you go back home.

I had one of the most tremendous experience at the London House. Dov hands were magical over my sorry neck and back. I had great conversation when I initiated it because he cared about my peace and tranquility. In wish I could come in once a week, lol. The Expresso scrub was delighted and my my skin so moisturized and smooth. I will have to come back again!

We offered 5 min massages to our staff and our therapist Bozena was amazing! She was so great with all of our staff and every had a look of relief after their mini massage. I went to the London House Hotel. Leticia is an excellent massage therapist. She found all my tight areas and worked on my knots. She made sure I was comfortable and checked up on me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was good. It was surprising that even though I asked her to use firm pressure which she did, I still dozed off a couple of times during my 80 minute massage. She really knows what she is doing and I would highly recommend her.

I had been having lower back pain and leg pain for two weeks before going in for a massage. Jeff was able to pinpoint exactly which muscles were tight and knew how to loosen them up. The amount of pressure and his technique were very good. Very personable and professional massage therapist and on a level I have not found elsewhere!

Amazing massage at London House today! I worked with Steven. His technique was so unique and different then anything I’ve had in the past. I reserved all of my massages for 2019 with him! This place is awesome.

My boyfriend surprised me with a couples massage. We were greeted by Jeff who immediately attended to us and served us champagne. The massages were phenomenal thanks to Jeff and Alex.
