I came here before the pandemic and I had a great experience. I came back recently and definitely was not worth it, now they keep you fully dress and massage you with a blanket on top. Would of been nice to know that when I called to book so that way I could of wear more comfortable clothes instead of jeans. Being fully dressed, wearing a mask and than having a blanket on top started feeling really warm for me that the whole time instead of relaxing I just wanted to walk out of the room since I dont do well with heat. Also not sure if it was due to being massaged with a blanket on top of me but I would of had think the person who massaged me had a lisence because wasnt that good

Terrible massage! Not worth the money at all. Im not kidding when I say my girlfriend gives better massages and she’s not licensed and has no experience as a masseuse. Then the owner barricaded the door because we wouldn’t tip. I paid $200 for something I didn’t enjoy at all! Why would I tip anything more?? Definitely need to get their licenses checked because this place is BS!

I am so upset with this place literally ruined my moms birthday I called a week ahead to book an appointment. I called to confirm time of my appointment and turns out they cancel it. Lady who answer was extremely rude saying they cancel because I didnt answer to confirm my appointment. 1) I dont have miss calls 2) I called YOU 3) I had booked a week ahead when I called I should have been inform you will call day off to confirm. I am beyond upset not only was she rude she also hung up the phone twice on me! Didnt apologize and didnt offer me no solution. I honestly wasnt even rude so your employee had no right to hang up on me in the middle of my sentence. I am beyond thankful I found another place who can take my mom in last minute and had excellent customer service

This my third time getting a massage at this place and it was by far my worse experience. In the past I had great experiences however today Masseuse that was assigned to me today was HORRIBLE! He applied his body weight on me for roughly first 30 minutes of 90 minutes massage, he walked off in the middle of the massage upon his return he applied his cold hands onto my back, when he thought I was sleep he sat beside table and laid his hands on my back .. Eventually, I had to ask him to actually apply lotion to my back massage!!!! I finally requested another masseuse which did half par job as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place moving forward.

I did google the place on map, maybe I butterfingered, so I’m correcting it now.Overall experience was good. Sarah really did a good job! It was my first time there and the only reason I didn’t put 5 star was because the person who was answering my phone when I was making the reservation didn’t really understand English and took the wrong idea. But they did take me on the same day, even it’s a little bit in rush. I loved my nails, good job Sarah!

Its not a bad place for a reasonably priced massage. The host could be a bit friendlier. She seemed to be very agitated the day we came. The massage was great, very relaxing. It would be nice if they asked you before they started what pressure level you want. Mine was a pretty tough, Im a big guy but I dont enjoy elbows pressed into my muscles and SPINE. Overall like I said, its worth the price but tell them your pressure early.

I have experienced reflexology in cities around the world including major cities in Asia. One of the best reflexology I’ve had was in DQ Luxury Massage. First of all, the place was very clean. Prices were noted on the wall so there were no surprises. Recommended amount of tips were also posted.My first therapist ,Tim, was excellent. His technique was different but it was great. Before he started, he asked which part of my feet I wanted him to concentrate on and how much pressure I wanted. All through out the massage, he kept on asking if the pressure was OK or was I feeling any discomfort. I loved the place so much so I returned after 2 days. This time, I had a 90 minute combination massage. I had another excellent therapist named Nina. I was having a nagging kink in the left shoulder that she fixed. I wish I live in Chicago so I can frequent this place. I will surely come back next time I am in the city.

I’m here from out of town and just spent two super relaxing hours at Luxury. I got the Luxury combination massage: scalp, feet, and back. I’ve never had a reflexology massage before and I am now a 100% convert. Best massage ever. I’m a runner and always want extra massage on my feet, this was like a dream come true. I was warm and comfortable throughout and the therapist was always checking in to see if I was ok. I then got a gel manicure and it looks PERFECT. Super quiet place which I love: so restful to just sit in silence. If I lived here I’d come once a week.

Worst massage I have ever had. I feel so much pain afterwards- all the guy did was grind his elbows into my bone structure in my back for an hour. He was obviously untrained. Also there are cameras video taping you getting undressed in the massage rooms. And after the massage, in front of all of the customers waiting, the lady at the front desk DEMANDED that I leave a larger tip. It was embarrassing- but also, I did not want to leave a larger tip! The massage was horrible!! I will never return- and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER go to this massage parlor.

This was relaxing, for me I enjoyed the rotation of the jetted pool, to the hot pool, and the body temp pool. It wasnt overly crowded and ppl for the most part seemed to stick to speaking quietly which was nice to fully enjoy the ambiance, the water, and your company.

I’m visiting Chicago for a business trip and had a long day of flight cancelations and delays. I saw that this establishment was open pretty late so I decided to give it a try. I went in with the intention of getting a manicure but when I saw all of the options for reflexology, I changed my mind. The price is unbeatable for the time and attention I received. This was my first reflexology massage and I can honestly say it’s the best message I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly and were very helpful. Thank you so much for helping me end my stressful day on a much more relaxed note.

Customer Service Sucks!!! I was in the area dropped in to see if I could get a massage as a walk-in. Waited in the lobby at least 5-10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk... when the receptionist finally appeared I asked if they accepted walk ins or if it was by appointment only. She said its by appointment only and walked away and went to wash her hands and started a conversation with the nail tech before I could even ask to set up the appointment. In the past I have enjoyed their services, but I will no longer use their services going forward. She was very dismissive, thankfully there are other places I enjoy. I will spend my money where I am respected and appreciated.

I was in a lot of pain on a Sunday and this was one of the only massage places open. I was welcomed in and taken back to a table almost immediately. The full body massage plus foot soak and scalp massage was just what I needed! PS - bring cash for tips for this kind staff!

I went here because of the great Groupon deal they had. The place is very nice and clean, pretty too. The room ceilings are not covered, so you can hear conversations/laughter going on in the other rooms.Ill be honest, this was the most paint full massage of my life (Reflexology). The masseuse focused solely on my knots and not at all on feeling good, but I guess thats the point of a massage. Overall, Id recommend it!!

Sent my niece and 5 of her friends there for a bachelorette weekend get away. They were asked to pay up front before receiving their services. They thought this was odd. So, they called me and I informed them that I had never heard of such and advised them to leave. Against their better judgment, they decided to pay up front and stay. Although, the massage was good, upon leaving several ladies of a lighter pigmentation entered and was not asked to pay up front!! Remember as a business, if you’re going to have a policy of paying up front, you may want to make sure everyone is treated fairly. Although they were treated poorly, they still chose to leave a tip. I think your treatment of them was shameful and I will never recommend this place to anyone else!!

To start they make you pay for your services before you get them which is strange, but okay. The first part of the massage where they rub your feet was great. Then they have you take your shirt off in a communal room with no door. The second part was very painful for everyone in my party. My upper spine is literally painful to the touch now. The icing on the cake was the masseuses and a guy in charge followed a few teens in our group to the front and put them on the spot and made them tip right there. They also scoffed at a $10 dollar tip. Unbelievably rude.

I would 100% recommend the foot/leg reflexology massage, it was AMAZING!! Its quiet and quaint inside..They have soft music playing, use good oil and its very comfortable.. But the other half of the the massage was WAY TOO ROUGH!! I even asked twice to do it softer, more gentle.. For a second she would then super hard, painful even at times. Also, if you are like most women, you dont want oil all over your face and hair, she ruined my make up and my hair was CRAZY after!! Luckily I didnt have plans.. 50% of it was amazing!! IF I went back I would ONLY go for the foot/leg reflexology massage, nothing else.

I cancelled my massage envy membership after finding this place and havent looked back. I always feel better when I leave than when I arrived. I will admit that it is a little inconsistent among the different masseuses so if you find one you really like, ask for their name and request them when making future appointments. And dont be afraid to say softer if you find the pressure too much. Although most of them dont speak much English, Ive found they all have understood this request when rendered. Ive brought 10+ friends and family members here with me over the last 3 years and out of town visitors always ask me to take them back here when they return. Take advantage of the package specials. Usually 3 - 1hr massages for $100. Its a pretty solid deal. Enjoy!

Love the reflexology massage from this place. Although I felt the prices were definitely on the higher side. But the 65 minutes massage sure takes away your fatigue! Nails, here, were not done as well. Again, it was more expensive than other places.

I’ve been getting massages for a long time at this place, and some have been really good. Lately I leave disappointed because The massages are pretty lousy. The staff seems tired or not really knowing how to give a massage, but today was the worst. I got rubbed down with lotion but did not get a massage, my muscles were not massaged at all, if anything my bones were for sure, which they shouldn’t to begin with. I am pretty sure they are not certified massage therapist which it was never an issue to me since some of them seems pretty good, but I’d never again. This was my last appointment. Paying money for nothing!

DQ luxury is losing my business because they offer Groupon but do not honor them on the weekend or holidays. Those are days which are convenient for most people especially me. I cant see how they could be losing money by imposing this restriction because you end up paying a hefty tip after the service. Its a shame. Anyone agree?

I just had a fantastic massage from Kevin there. I have been under so much stress lately. I didnt even tell him my problem areas. And yet he seemed to know exactly where they were. He was very thorough with every area he worked on. He was soft spoken when asking me to turn or move a certain way. He did some very much needed range of motion and stretching on my arms and legs. I was sent on my way with a warm cup of Chinese tea. Highly recommended this place. AND Kevin. He is not there on fridays.

This is a great place to get a,non-spa massage. You have to be comfortable sharing an open room with 9 other customers. The environment is quiet, clean and the staff is very friendly. Wear comfortable clothing as this massage is done with your clothes on. The foot massage is the best!

Worse Massage. First we start with undress with the sheer curtain open, cameras in the room watching you undress. You lye down on towels, nothing covering you. Then they use the a blanket to cover you when they come in, pulls it right off to add a thin something. Your face is down in this hole that smells like someone drool over it... 45 minutes on your back 2 mins on the legs and 2 mins arms.. Flip your done.. They rush you to get out the room.. 5 people came in to clean up while we were dressing. REUSED the same towels and blankets..NASTY and beware of the cameras

Establishment smells like RAW MOLDED SEWAGE!!!This will not be the place I select for my Mani/pedis. Businesses should look AND SMELL sanitary.

Very good massage. Received a gift card from a friend. However, an edge was put on my experience afterward when, before leaving I handed the person from the front desk a tip for the girl who did my massage. I was stunned when she came back and told me my tip was not enough and that people normally give 20%. Embarrassed to say the least. I didnt really know the exact price of the gift card and thought my tip was around 20%. I found out then that my friend bought cards at a 3-pack reduced price and gave me one. So the price for a single massage was higher than I realized, and apparently, she expected 20% based on that price. Gave her some more singles to make up the difference. Embarrassing. Dont know if I will go back especially since the location is not convenient and the room was a bit chilly.

The Reflexology was great and affordable. I also had a pedicure and no chip manicure. My no chip manicure chipped on the 3rd day! Also, both the reflexology and nail areas were very cold! I would go back for the reflexology but not the mani pedi.

I have been in a few times and received service good enough to keep me coming back, but last night I was in and had my nails done and I will not be returning. After trying to make an appointment and getting a busy line, I eventually got through and was asked to hold... and I waited on the line for about 5 min while listening to background conversation. So, I just stopped in and they were able to get me in. I had no chip polish already on my nails, and the tech seemed very inexperienced at removal. It was actually painful. I almost bolted before getting polish reapplied but decided to just see how it turned out. It actually looked decent when I left, but I did have to go home and file a jagged nail. Now, less than 24 hours later I have two chips in two different nails. Such a disappointment after paying $45

I came at lunchtime so not sure if applied to after work hours when they might be busier.The nail technician was very thorough with prepping my feet for the polish... I appreciate it because my feet were in emergency mode (always heinous because I play soccer). The pedicure included nice lower leg massages, and the massage chair was excellent because there were so many more options.*The only things that I would appreciate more would be better exfoliation for the pedicure and better nail shaping for the manicure.I was pleasantly surprised with how many colors there were to choose from. I was very happy with the attention to detail in prepping my hands for the manicure as well. For instance, one of my nails was flipped and had a piece that flaked/peeled off. She used some other polish to reinforce and flatten out the surface. And, she did a great job with the polish application because she covered my nails close to the cuticle. It’s a pet peeve of mine when nail technicians leave parts unpolished.My no chip manicure definitely lasted the full two weeks.Definitely a great find in my new neighborhood. Make sure to call and make an appointment in advance though because there are only two nail stations (2 manicure and 2 pedicure each) and room for two technicians.

I have always gone there for a $39 one hour massage with Joe. Yesterday, my masseuse did his job. He requested me to place my head down for a back massage and it is then that I felt his dick was aroused as it gently hit my head about three times. I felt extremely uncomfortable. Just do not know what to do. I called back in today and mentioned this at the front desk. The person at the counter told me that I had a sick mind!

Ok experience overall. Receptionist was friendly. I was a bit weirded out at first because the massages take place in a dark group massage room. Masseuse did a great job but he follows you to the front desk and stands awkwardly waiting for a tip. I was going to tip regardless of if he stood there waiting so I gave him a $5 tip (for a $40 massage) and he seemed kinda angry, breathed out heavily, and walked away without saying thank you. Wont be returning.

I would have given this place five stars and I think you would agree. We usually get the hour massage from Groupon. Recently they are not honoring the Groupon and weekends or holidays. What is going on you are losing my service and my money because those are the best times thats why we buy the Groupon to go on weekends or on a holiday shame on you how can you get more service or more money when you are eliminating the days that folks go. So the coupon you get for 25 youre going to give them $10 tip or 20 so comes out to 35 or 45 why cant you under the weekend. The only thing I could think of is they dont want to get more or pay more for staff on the weekend or holidays. DQ I was in love with you you had all my money but now hopefully you change your ways.. If you agree with me favor my review so that we can get weekends back.

I went for the 90-minute deep tissue massage because I was a little bit under the weather and feeling a little sorry for myself. This is a DEEP deep tissue massage. The next day I felt like a battered woman.

As a bartender i am left with a lot of physical pain after consecutive 12 hour shifts, this place is the only spot i trust to get me feeling right again! The masseurs are clean and professional, they check in to make sure they are using enough/not too much pressure without interrupting the experience, and the front desk staff are always courteous and accommodating.

Tips are OPTIONAL and based on your interpretation of the experience period. They question you about the amount on the spot in front of anyone listening and they require you pay for the service in advance. If the prices werent cheap they would be out of business with their rude, inflexible and poor policies. The massage therapists are nice its management that needs a complete overhaul! This department is a 0 star.Overall, if the policy part doesnt offend you and you get a good massage therapist that isnt too rough, youll be happy all the way around. Hope this helps!

It was wonderful until the end of my visit. My mother treated me for mothers day. She paid for everything plus tip. Anyway, as I was enjoying my tea and speaking with another customer how we had enjoyed our experience I noticed I was being watched like a hawk. My mother and her friend were finishing up things and paid everything (including tip). As I was walking out the door the young lady watching me began to yell out infront of other customers she didnt give no tip. I told her my mother whom just walked out infront of me paid already. Luckily her friend (my mothers firend) was there still, and told the lady that the tip that my mother and she paid was for the three of us. Needless to say the lady behind the counter tried to question me about the tip and again all this took place in front of other customers without class. I was embarrassed for the first time in my life. TIPS ARE NOT MANDATORY!!!! How they handle was unacceptable and I will not be returning.

I came in for a mani and pedi and the nail tech did a fantastic job. But I am rating this 2 stars because the owner was rude to me. My friend had canceled due to an emergency. She walked into the salon and and very loudly yelled at me saying she has a business to run and that she lost money because of my friend not showing up. I was so excited to have a nail salon nearby. But the owner ruined my experience and doesnt understand customer service.
