My wife and I had the chance to visit an it was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and had they had the best people doing our massages. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the music made it so serene. It was a total worthwhile experience and I look forward to coming back.

I literally come here at least once a month always efficient, sanitary & cozy . I Adore grabbing a margarita before my massage thoroughly adds to the relaxation. I haven’t had a bad massage yet an I been going for over a yr monthly now .

AWFUL EXPERIENCE:We didn’t even get into the massage. We scheduled an appointment in advance and were told that we need to cancel 24hrs to avoid be charged. We unfortunately had to cancel and did so 24hrs before. The guy who answered the call, said it’s fine and helped me to reschedule for the following week.I get there the next Saturday and the girl at the front desk said there was no record and that wet would be charged for the last massage.I showed this girl our phone record to prove to her that we made a phone call. She told me that she still doesn’t believe it!Walked out the door and would never go back!

We came here to get a couples massage and it was not a great experience. We scheduled the day after the snow storm and told them we were running late. They told us we had 10 minutes to be inside of they would not see us. I ran inside to try to save our spot and let them know my SO other was trying to find the dedicated parking and asked the man at the front desk where it was located and he told me he didnt know. I ordered us mimosas at the bar while waiting for him to come inside. We never got them until the end of the massage and by then they warm and tasted poorly mixed. Once my SO got inside we were rushed to a room, told to undress. The rooms were dimly light and seemed nice.. however before we could even get undressed and into our robes our massage therapist were already running in the door without knocking to get us started. We felt very uncomfortable from the beginning to the end. You had to leave your mask on and they covered our faces with towels which made it hard really hard to breathe through our masks. The massages were hard and even when they lightened up we were both still wincing in pain i specially requested a woman and they gave me a male. Weve had massages before and this falls the lowest on our experiences. Its not relaxing, soothing, or relaxing. We were stressed from the moment we got there till we left. Plenty of other great massages parlors in Chi too try dont waste your time here.

I’ve done massages all over the United States and this establishment is by far the worse! Upon arriving, i was greeted by the hostess who was so rude and very dismissive! Later I asked to speak with her manager. I explained To him the issue i was having and his response was: “I don’t care either..”, then he walked away. I was So shocked at his response that i had make my exit, even tho I had already paid for my services. If you are choosing a spa to visit in the Downtown area, this is not the one!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. Came here with my husband a couple years ago then just recently came with my friend. It was so relaxing and felt so good. We had the royal treatment and added back massage to the package. Definitely check them out, you will not be disappointed. FYI: prices are affordable enough so that when they do talk about a tip when you checkout you wont feel bombarded...lol they are not afraid to ask for a tip.

The best massage I ever had in my life!!! And this is coming from someone who gets bi-weekly massages! I felt like my spirit left my body and was hovering around me. Probably THE WORST attitude I’ve got.We first scheduled a massage for last Saturday. And further called to reschedule it for one week later. However, when we arrived, the owner said she could not find any record of rescheduling, thus need to charge us extra for the same massage.We pulled out the dialing record for the reschedule with the correct time stamp and number and she refused to recognize it. We tried to explain to her that we followed the rescheduling policy and the dialing record is irrefutable, but she literally ignored us.We were also forced to wait 20 mins in vain for her to “check the record with her employee”, as well as refuse to provide us any explanation of why she needs to charge extra.Terrible service. Poorly decorated. Noxious taste. Negative experience. Good luck to this business with that attitude

I have had much better massaged but keep returning to Versailles. Maybe its because of the very limited drink menu...at times it felt as if the masseuse didnt feel like working. Very lazy massage and half effort. Also the front desk attendant was kinda rude. Not sure if I will return.

Once we booked the massage session thru Groupon and arrived they hit us with an extra charge it was $15 for the back massage which I thought was included in a body massage. Because when I called they didn’t mention that charge but when the massage was over it was a bill for $30. I bought a Groupon for this establishment. The man on the phone said that I could not go with my husband even though I bought the Groupon for two and the fine print didn’t mention that only one person could go at a time. I tried to cooperate by saying fine I will book him another time. This was met with “no he has to call from a different number” this doesn’t even make sense. I said I could give him a different number and the man said no. It seemed like he was doing everything in his power to not allow us to use the Groupon

This was the best start to our vacation. Linda did an amazing job! It was the most relaxing message Ive ever received. Ive had plenty and I never fallen like she put me to sleep. I would ask for her everytime you go. I also, will be making the 5 hour drive just to have her work this stress out of my body. The drinks served were just as great. Everyone was professional and friendly. This was overall the best experience for a 1st time Tennessee gal in Chagico.

Went here for a couples massage, it was nice and professional... I would go back if I stayed in town. The only thing I didnt like was the foot soak. because I short, it was VERY uncomfortable to relax laying back with my feet Im the water.

I’m stuck at the hospital taking care of sick patients and tried to reschedule, hoping they’d be understanding. No. “It’s our special promotion!” Is all she kept saying. Trash service.

First of all finding the location seems almost impossible, the “Available” parking they stated in the description is also a run around. The massage was mediocre but to top it off the receptionist was “RUDE” because we didn’t leave a tip. She basically was forcing me to tip which I believe tips are optional ? Upon receiving great service. If she wasn’t so Pushy on the tipping part, I would have gladly gave something but it was crazy. Would not recommend not even for the price we paid which was less than 30 for 2 people. There are better places out there, WAY better places. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

1. The door was locked and the receptionist wasnt at the desk.. We had to keep knocking for someone to let us in. 2. The bar tender walked us to our room. He said no loud talking because the walls are thin and they have other customers trying to enjoy themselves or if we talk...whisper. 3. Service was not good, they had us laying in an awkward position laying down with feet in a bucket of water. My lower back was hurting so bad. 4. No one asked if we enjoyed the service. This is the worst place you can ever want to be. From the service to customer care is ZERO. They always looking for way to rip you off. The location is an error cos you cant even find a paid parking. Drove around for almost 45min to see if I can get a parking nothing, called them to explain the situation on ground to see if we can work it out. The guy that picked the phone was very disrespectful yelling that I should find a parking or forget my deposit of $40. FYI Dont waste your time to come here. Its a complete waste of time and money. I purchased a deal through Groupon for a couple’s massage, was unable to make the appointment called to reschedule and the guy that answered the phone (David) if that’s even his name was so rude! He stated that it was no way we can reschedule if we couldn’t make it we basically for-fitted our money, I asked to speak to the manager for clarification because I actually wanted to support the business and come. David rudely said “I am the manager, no you can’t reschedule, take it up with Groupon” and hung up on me! Very poor customer service I will never and even recommend this place to anyone.

I wish I could give zero stars. My sister and I were recurring customers but not after today. We bought 2 groupons for a massage as usual and tried to set an appointment. The lady said we couldnt use the groupons on the same day even though we bought it separately. When we tried to ask why she got an attitude and hung up the phone. This isnt the first time either. Last time we bought groupons too and she wouldnt let us use it at the same time so she had to get it a hr after me. Was looking forward to returning because Id had such a great massage here a few years back. Well something mustve changed, management or staff, because a friend and I tried to book a service here this year and they were extremely rude when we arrived. Apparently there was a misunderstanding with using Groupon (since Groupon doesnt state that you cannot use on weekends, as a matter of fact it states valid any day) yet instead of explaining to us in a professional manner the lady essentially kicked us out the room and said they couldnt take us that day even though we had an appointment and the massage therapists were standing in the hall ready to service us.Companies who list on Groupon should ensure all disclaimers are clearly stated, but at the very least they shouldnt treat customers who use Groupon like second rate citizens. I havent been treated this rude in a long time. Unfortunate that now my first experience is completely soured by this unprofessional staff member who mustve missed customer service training.

That was a confusing experience. We booked the one hour foot massage that included a drink but we couldnt drink it until the end because we were laying down with towels on our faces lol. At the end we also found out that we incorrectly applied our Groupon but the front desk lady was visibly annoyed and a little standoffish instead of helping us figure out the situation in an easier way. The massage was okay... I felt like they were messing with us some of the times. However the drinks that we did have at the end were actually good so theres that.

I WOULDNT RECOMMEND!I booked a massage room for my bday. Me and 4 of my friends. It felt very rushed. No hot tubs, steam room or sauna to unwind before or after massage. The front desk person gave us a mimosa and rushed us to the back before my last guest arrived. After putting us in a room to change they came knocking about 2 minutes later. They walked in quietly. None of the masseuses introduced themselves which is awkward and my first time getting a massage not knowing who was touching me. He didn’t speak at all except for when he put the hot stones on my back and once more once he was finished. I like to tip above and beyond, but in this case I couldn’t bring myself to. Sorry. On top of that I have back pain I didn’t have present prior to the massageI would suggest to the owners of the massage parlor to try and make the experience more enjoyable and relaxing for the customer and more inviting for groups as all are paying and I would assume your goal is to have everyone come back. I would also suggest explaining what you’ll be doing, what kind of oils will be used, Ask how much pressure...etc like most other places do before beginning. Introduce yourselves incase of the massage being enjoyable, the client can request the same masseuse again.

These people running this place is very rude an unprofessional my family came in from out of town I told these people what time her flight would be here so I needed a 1 clock now they saying something different and dont want to refund my money never will I come back I told the man my people will be getting off the plane about tewelve .,so I need one o clock so they wouldnt be late .You said ok. when I came in to get my massage before I felt your place I asked again one oclock and they dont need anything you lady said they dont need anything and yes so how dont I know my appointment.

I called first for an appointment and the man states that there is availability and then when I told him we purchased thru Groupon he said no problem. We got there and received services that we paid for in Groupon and they made us pay again stating that they do not take Groupon and that I didn’t speak to them. I showed my call log and the duration of the call and they still denied it. One person threaten that if we didn’t pay for services a second time that the authorities would be called. A young black woman was there recording the incident because she stated that what we were experiencing was wrong and that we were being targeted because we are European foreigners. We also made a police report.

Overall a good experience, however, I was surprised to find out I would have to upgrade (pay more) for my back to be included in what was sold as a Royal Treatment Package.

Massage was okay, woman at the front desk is brusque, unprofessional and apparently annoyed that customers are there. Upon leaving, aggressive/rude request for a tip just cemented the fact that Ill never be back.

Great customer service with Layla at front desk. Ordered a apple matinee to relax and got the best 90 minute birthday massage from Alen. The atmosphere was relaxing, quiet, dim lights, soft music and peaceful. I would recommend Alen to anyone that want a perfect massage experience. Good job Alen.

My daughter spent good money taking me here for my birthday. I am still sore and bruised from the inexperienced person who gave me a Deep tissue massage it was horrible. Then they waited at the door asking for a tip not giving us a chance to render one on our own. It was the most horrible massage experience ever the rooms are all that either and to to mention I was given some old hospital gown to wear I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever it’s a rip off off you have ever had a massage before you would know the difference.

This is a true hidden diamond. I come here by myself, with friends for a ladies outing, and Ive brought my family. We truly enjoy the staff here. They are respectful and take their time while also listening to your request. They have great Groupon deals as well. The drinks are a nice add on.

The customer service wasnt pleasant. The front Desk attendant/OWNER was extremely rude and disrespectful. The royal treatment does not include back massage and includes a drink menu with vodka only. The massage therapist didnt ask any questions regarding how much pressure id like during my massage. The pressure was extremely hard and i had terrible upper back pains due to the massage, the next morning. The spa also does not offer robes or slippers, they offer hospital gowns! terrible! after tipping the massage therapist, the front desk attendant/OWNER asked why did i tip so low and if i could add more of a tip to my credit card. Not a good time. Left feeling frustrated instead of relaxed.

I would advise everyone to stay away from this place. The owner/front desk person is beyond rude. I have never experienced customer service like this before from a place. I was told on the phone I could reschedule if I needed to. I attempted to call and reschedule for another day and was told I could not after she had told me yesterday I could. I have now lost my Groupon purchase but after reading the reviews Im glad I cannot reschedule because the service as a whole seems awful. There are plenty of other massage options on Groupon. I would advise using those. Stay away from this place!

Didnt take my Groupon and didnt confirm the service, gave me an hour when I wanted a half hour then charged me an astronomical price and wouldnt take my check, very disappointed in the management of this place. The massage was great but the owner, Layla, was very rude and didnt try to work with me at all to resolve the matter, she was equally at fault for the miscommunication yet she made no attempts to resolve the issue in an appropriate manner. She demanded that I leave my entire wallet and cell phone until I could pay the entire charge on a service that I had not asked for in the first place. Talk about a bad experience. I would recommend you get it in writing what you want and how much it costs before you get on the table here because she is looking to rip you off and not even care about the bind she puts you in.

Poor experience. They did not have my reservation although it was confirmed. The tables were very uncomfortable. There was a separate piece for legs and it kept sliding during massage. The masseur did not introduce himself, never asked what strength of massage was desired or if there were any areas to avoid. Massage was so rough that I had to ask multiple times to be more gentle. Never listened. My back hurt for days afterwards. I suggest you find better and more professional place to go to.

I am giving this place 1 star because of the poor customer service. I spoke with a person named Lily who stated she was the manager and owner of the place. Her attitude on the phone was dismissive and sarcastic as well as in person (I went to the place to follow up about a refund).I would not recommend booking an appointment where the owner of the place does not have good energy especially with something as physical, and spiritual as a massage. SAVE YOURSELF! Worst Massage I ever experienced! This place is unprofessional from beginning to end. Most places have you complete paperwork before you are able to get on the table asking about your allergies, surgeries, any ailments, etc??? This place does not! They never introduced themselves, the lady that massaged me had my draping ALL WRONG. She continuously had me exposed, kept disappearing and never not once communicated she was leaving out and each time she had the door still open. I had to constantly tell her stop digging her knuckles, elbow and fingers into my back and stop pressing on my spine. And if that wasn’t enough, she hopped on the table and straddled my back to dig deeper! Now it’s the next morning and my muscles are in pain and I can still feel where she dug too deep! Do not waste your money or your time at this Massage Bar. This is Definitely NOT a Spa or a professional establishment for a massage!

We had the best after-work relaxation experience here! Everyone was wonderful - so accommodating and welcoming. Also, we noted that a lot of effort had been put into the decor and overall ambiance! We will definitely be coming back!

I was able to book a session at the very last minute. My lower back was completely out of whack! I booked a 90 minute session that included foot reflexology. The masseuse had VERY strong hands, LOL- she applied A LOT more pressure than what I’m uses to, however given my circumstances, it was necessary. Everyone was very pleasant...I sat at the bar and had a glass of wine, the space was very clean and calming, and my back felt soooooo much better afterwards. Walking distance from home, so it’s super convenient. I’ll be making this a weekly routine. That’s how much I liked it!

Terrible customer service. I was badgered into tipping and upgrading. I was not greeted by the masseuse, never asked about pressure level. I was in pain during the massage and never thanked for my patronage. The only person who was vocal, was the front desk person who repeatedly asked me to upgrade and stressed that I should leave a tip. I only leave tips when the service is great. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience for myself and my three friends.
