This place is great! The staff and services are wonderful!

Went to them for a pedicure, and a haircut + their body exfoliation and had a really great experience. The interior is really inviting and the staff really makes you feel at home. Would highly recommend.

Last week we treated ourselves to a 50 minute massage at The Spa at Palmer House while sightseeing in Chicago. We had been on our feet all day so thoroughly enjoyed the immediate calm we felt upon reaching the spa in the beautiful Palmer House Hotel. We loved that there was the option of a robe and shower or just changing in the massage room for those who are in a rush. My massage with Paul was fantastic! He focused on the area I asked him to and clearly knew a lot about the body and how to treat it. I was super relaxed by the end. The shower room was incredibly well stocked and I loved the eucalyptus shower spray, such a great touch when youre already feeling relaxed. This is a perfect spot for a quick lunch time rejuvenation or a longer break from it all on a visit to the city. I would highly recommend!

Nice spa lovely atmosphere great customer service relax and enjoy. Beautiful spa rooms lovely and relaxing waiting room. No wine was offered while I waited just water but thats fine. Nija was a really good masseuse. Will be back for more. So if your downtown and you need some me time this is the place to come.

My massage was great, but when I went to check out the receptionist charged me more than what I was quoted on phone for an add on. Bummer bc not the kind of stress you need after a massage. She didn’t want to give me the price quoted, but ended up doing it with not a nice attitude and hardly said thank you.

I had an amazing haircut and styling with Sameer today and I am so glad I did. He is an excellent hair stylish with a great sense of humor. You can tell he loves his job and is very good at what he does. He actually listens to what you want to do with your hair and gives you suggestions on how to maximize the look that is just right for you. I have received so many compliments on my hair just only one evening out. I highly recommend Sameer and will refer him to all of my friends. Will definitely return for a coloring and another haircut.

I had the prenatal massage as it was amazing! After a morning of walking around the city by poor back was pretty sore. After the massage I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you so much!

A friend and I booked pedicures during our stay in Chicago. They were meh. They did not have you sit in massaging chairs like Im used to back home. It was a bench with pillows. So I was disappointed with that. Also, my spa lady that was doing my pedicure was LATE. My friend and I were booked at the same time and her spa lady got us both ready and then I actually sat there and waited .... and was done with my pedicure before my friend! She did fine on the actual pedicure itself but her foot massage was pretty bland. Had I known my experience would have been this way, I probably wouldnt have booked it.

I booked a hydro massage and mani/pedi for my birthday at the Palmer House Spa and had a wonderful experience. Beautiful SPA in a historic building of Chicago!
