Francine has magical hands! I have had many massages in the past which were lovely - hot stones, aromatherapy, relaxing treatments. They may not have done much for my underlying physical issues, but they were enjoyable. Francines style of massage is so completely different from these treatments. She targets what your body needs, and with her loving support she knows what parts of the body to focus on. She has an incredible amount of knowledge about the body, its movement and function, and has incredible insight into how to target her therapeutic massage towards the areas that need it. And how to describe how I felt afterwards? Relaxed in a deep tissue way that I have never experienced before. Thanks, Francine and your magical hands!

Francine is incredible. She takes time on the individual and really focuses on healing you inside and out. She is amazing at assigning “homework” so you can feel the benefits of the massage for longer; she’ll demonstrate stretching techniques and makes sure you understand before you go home. One of the kindest, warmest, talented people I know. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Francine is truly skilled. These are not your average massages. She has a deep understanding of anatomy. This allows her to effectively work all of the tissues around an area that are contributing to the pain, not just the painful area itself. My muscles feel so balanced after every appointment.
