This is the worst hospital on the west side of Chicago... My mother has been in and out of this hospital since 2012 for her Mental illness and you guys refused to help me get her into a long care Facility ... You guys will keep her only for 7 days and release her ... I have tried and tried and you guys was no help.... Now my mother has blood on her hands now ... All because you guys have failed her .... I just want you to know that this hospital plays a role in that mans death as well...

Received both doses of the Pfizer vaccine at Loretto Hospital. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The greeters were wonderful! There was a bit of a wait, but well worth it to get the vaccine. The Hospital’s President, Mr. George Miller was on hand to make sure we were comfortable and relaxed. Overall, a great experience!

I really think this I a good hospital even though they dont have enough equipments like the other big hospitals. The CEO of the hospital have a rule that all the workers in the hospital must abide to and that is always smile, say hi to whoever you come across with and tell them thanks for choosing the Loretto hospital and I think that is very good of him to implement that because I thought he was just talking but I realized the team members actually do these things. Based on my experience the nurses are super nice they help the medical students a lot and the doctors are humble and nice. Am so glad my school sent me there for my rotations.

They make you jump through hoops to get your medical records. Theres always an issue on their end that they blame on others. It shouldnt take over a year to get your own records. I still dont have them.

Man I dont know how they have all these stars. they need better direction. thats all I will say.

Nice day to cue in the line outdoors (about 30”). Then about another 30” total indoors. Waited 10 mins after shot to be sure all is well. Had energetic Heather. Job well done! My appointment was 10:20. Out by 11:22.

The staff were all so kind and answered all our questions as we went along. I highly recommend coming to Loretto Hospital. They were absolutely incredibly accommodating for our appointments. If not for the wonderful staff, who knows when we would’ve been able to get one. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Just wow. Really amazed with the attention to detail and professionalism of the staff. I brought my father in for his covid vaccine and as you can imagine, there was a large line of patients eagerly waiting. I was concerned that we would be waiting for hours like in most hospitals, but to my surprise, the process was well organized and pretty straightforward. Thanks to a well spoken gentleman named Harry and others on the staff, we were able to get in and out in less than half an hour. Although my dad’s arm is a little sore from the vaccine, we are immensely grateful.

I was really very impressed by the smooth vaccination process.Amazing staff made you feel very comfortable.I was so taken back to see the PRESIDENT of the hospital making rounds(GEORGE MILLER) and meeting each and every guests taking the vaccination. A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE.

I took my mom to Loretto Hospital today for the vaccine and it was a wonderful experience. Not only was everyone so kind, it was super well run and organized-- we were in and out within half an hour. I was so pleased with our experience and feel extremely lucky to have been able to get my elderly mom the vaccine from them today. Thank you to Harry and everyone on staff!

Arrived here for an unscheduled vaccination. Parking was very close to entrance. Security guard at door greeted me and expedited my travel directly to vaccination process. Once I entered, process was friendly and polite, and expedited with quality. A student volunteer attended my vaccination; very sharp. I was observed for ten minutes and completed this review. I’m leaving in one minute. Wow, couldn’t have been better!!

I was medically misdiagnosed and coded blued 4x at this facility. This facility allowed a CNA TO Swung on me. I woke up at 5a had my cycle this woman told me I had to wait till 7 before she would let me clean up. I went to the front desk and got another nurse to help when I wen to look at the CNAs name to report her neglect and abuse toward me she made a fist and swung on me in front of the camera. The same CNA was on shift that night. This hospital is deadly and needs to be shut down immediately 😒

I went here to get my first covid-19 vaccine. This place was amazing. People were friendly, organized and well prepared. There should be a way to support the hospital upon exit because this place was the best.

Got my first COVID shot today. Wonderful, caring and efficient staff! I only had to wait a couple minutes, in a socially-distanced line. Everyone masked and very friendly. The nurse who gave me the vaccine did a great job; hardly felt it!!

I just got the first of my two shot Covid vaccine. My experience at Loretto Hospital was terrific starting with the sign up - It was over the phone, it was easy, it was fun. The guy had a great sense of humor. When I got there they were incredibly efficient, thoughtful, and on the ball. Happy to have gone there

I received my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. When I called to make an appointment, the phone was answered on the second ring. I was able to make an appointment 2 days after my call for the first dose and, in the same call, to make a follow-up appointment for the second dose 3 weeks after the first. The staff was patient and kind. They calmly explained the process periodically, taking care to protect us by separating us to maintain social distancing as well as sanitizing the space between patients. Timers were set after the injections to be sure we didn’t have reactions. The mood was upbeat and positive. I’m looking forward to having my 2nd dose there.

I received both doses a Loretto Hospital. The experience both times was excellent. The injection area was very nice and clean. The staff was very pleasant. The process was organized and wait time was less than 30 minutes.

I was able to get a next day vaccination appt on zocdoc at Loretto. The process was seamless and I appreciated how everything was administered. Its very clear that I, along with all the other people I saw there for vaccinations, am not a part of the typical population the hospital otherwise serves. I hope that this insertion of vaccinations with what I assume are paired with a higher number of insurance plans which are premium, is positive for the hospital, staff, community and those that arent so fortunate. I encourage Loretto to send followup messages to those that have received vaccinations with information on their and allied initiatives with opportunities for donations and support. I am so grateful to have started my vaccination process, and know that even though I fall within the eligibility, that many of us are privileged to have such ease of access to this need and then to take them at a facility at Loretto which many of us would not have visited otherwise. Oh, and parking was easy.

Comfortable seating to complete the 10 min wait time to accommodate immediate side effects management.Adequate parking. Good location for public transportation if needed.I was happy to receive the Vaccine at Loretto Hospital that just happens to be where I was born. Went there for a Covid vaccine. Staff was professional and pleasant. They have lots of moving parts to deal with, timing on vaccine delivery from their pharmacy, lots of people to vaccinate in each group, but handled it all with smiles and patience. It took an hour or so to get the group in and out but very well done. Rooms were clean and wiped down after every use. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment - dont hesitate to go!

Horrible place! They HAVE to improve this place! There is no air conditioner and it’s super hot inside! 😡 I did not like this experience. I was super sweaty. Inside everywhere it looks so old. They take so long to attend you.

My husband and I came to Loretto for our 2 Covid vaccines. Every employee we came into contact with--security in the parking lot, the concierge workers in the lobby, the people administering the shots--were all friendly, helpful and respectful. It was a pleasant experience for both of us.

Went there for COVID vaccine. Wonderful experience! Efficient and professional. Everyone was so nice. Apologized profusely when it took a few extra minutes to get additional doses from the pharmacy. They scheduled my second dose for three weeks from today.

Staff is rude as hell.I tried getting in touch with my loved one and they gave me attitude and kept telling me that if they wanted to contacted they would. Like?? Huh??Don’t waste your time.

Many of my friends went to Loretto to get their Covid shots. Every single one of them had wonderful things to say about the experience. The parking was right in front and easy, they were highly organized and professional and it was a pleasure to meet their staff. Im going to recommend to younger members of my family to go there for their Covid shots when those shots becomes available for their age group.
