I need to send an extraordinary thank you to the authorized Social Worker Pria of inpatient treatment. Her ingenuity, backing, and care for my sibling was one He and I can genuinely say is remarkable. Her understanding and quiet way held me back from feeling alone and disregarded. However I babbled she kept up with her demonstrable skill and sympathy.A few times our legends hush up soilders standing prepared all around, not set in stone in any event, when they, at the end of the day, are worn out and overlooked they continue on.Whats more, on the grounds that they do individuals like my sibling needing another opportunity or a light out of the dim can keep on standing, at this point not simply existing, however rising and living as our friends and family and companions free and alive.❤🙏

Had a very pleasant experience. Was very nervous, but staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Really put me at ease.

Worst Hospital dont come here unless your willing to wait 5 plus hours even if its for something Minor and Make sure they dont mix you up with other patients

If I could give this place a 0 I would based on people answering the phone. No one answers and when someone answers they have a bad attitude. Literally had to call 5 times. And the last lady that answered was Deborah and she was so rude I just asked a simple question and was automatically transferred to another line

I took the Covid test there this morning. The nurse taking the swab was rude and unprofessional. It was my first test. I was very uncomfortable and kept pulling back and she threatened me rudely that if I keep pulling back she will not do the test. How “compassionate “ and rude- to threaten me that she is not going to do her job if I keep pulling back because of the discomfort I feel. Couldn’t she have come up with a nicer and more professional way to make me feel better about what I was feeling. The Covid test is a very uncomfortable test and numerous people have said that. As a nurse she should be used to people reacting to it and should know how to deal with. Threatening in a rude way that she will stop trying to do the the test if you pull back one more time is rude, insensitive and unprofessional. Never going back there because of how that nurse behaved. Probably having a baby there would not be a good idea - if all nurses there are like her the moment you scream they will rudely threaten you that if you scream one more time they’re not doing the delivery anymore.To update I had the Covid test done somewhere else. It was a much better experience and I was not nearly as uncomfortable as I was at AMITA. The reason I was pulling my head back at AMITA was because I was hurting because the nurse was doing a sh***y job. Her behavior and attitude were sh***y as well,

My attending physician has poor communication skills. Recommended me to have a hysterectomy without exploring other options. I needed a blood transfusion upon entering ER and he allowed me to bleed from Saturday to Monday without visiting me to discuss options to stop the bleeding. As a result , I had to have another blood transfusion. Its taken over 6 hours for him to discharge me. If I had only known, I would have gone to another hospital. The nurses and everyone else was great. Unfortunately I can not recommend this hospital.

I want to thank Rachel and Mel for doing an outstanding job. They are assets to the organization. They took very good care of me. I appreciate the respect, kindness and support I recieved. They make an awesome team. They are truly Angels here on Earth.

I had the best experience today in 10+ years of attending this hospital! Had an ultrasound, mammogram, and blood drew all within an hour. Everyone was professional, sweet, and running on time, especially Monique in the mammogram center. Love this place.

I was literally waiting an hour and a half for nothing. They took my urine and didn’t even get back to me so I left. They usually take my urine and blood by that time. There’s a girl that walked after me and left before I can even be taken care of. The service there is slow and I am not coming back there. Take better care of your patients.

My mother’s medical team here is great! Dr. Thomas helped her through her cancer treatment and she has been in remission for three years. The compassion and care she receives here is incredible!

This is the worst hospital. Came to the emergency room and the lady at the front desk told us to wait in the seats in from and then she started giving us attitude why are we sitting there. Then it took us a while to get called for the type of pay. Then it took HOURS to finally get checked!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!! It’s like if they really don’t care about the people who really come here for health issues!

Wrote out my SOs 3 month prescription incorrectly. Called to get it fixed. We have left over a dozen voicemails and never get a call back.

My friend is dead because of their poorly attentive staff. While given proof that she was indeed suicidal, and requested that she be put on 1:1, to be closely watched, the staff instead believed her when SHE said she wasn’t suicidal. And now she’s dead after successfully sneaking heroine into the ER, ODing and DYING in her psych room. Their lack of awareness or any care at all, has cost a life.

Horrible experience. I suffered from seizures for the first time in my life in late November. They had performed a few tests, one being lumbar puncture. It was incredibly painful. Their neurological doctor came in and gave us a very general diagnosis. I asked for a second opinion and he became extremely defensive. I was prescribed one medication. They seemed in a rush to discharge me. A couple days later, I was sent home. I became very sick, constantly vomiting and chronic headaches. I was just in a ball of constant pain. I couldnt get ahold of anyone to help me. Almost a week later I ended up having an intense, memory-erasing seizure. I was rushed over again. They finally admitted to not having the equipment to treat me. I was luckily enough to be assigned to a much more competent and caring hospital. Today Im much better. I worry what could have happened if I wouldve stayed at Saint Mary and Elizabeth.

The best hospital💖💖💖💖👍🏻I love the people, the Drs, The employees, the nurses are fantastic. I had around 8 surgeries and I have no complaints. I really hope this is the WORST hospital ever. My treatment was an ABSOLUTE joke and money grab. Then, when they come to bill me $60k (luckily I only had to pay 1/10th bc of insurance) I paid every bill that came in, and when I noticed it didn’t add up to $6k & my insurance said it should I called to ask why. They said they were still processing it, so I waited, and then a freaking collections bill just came in the mail. Calling a lawyer tomorrow. This hospital should be shut down.

I want to give this place 0 stars. I went when I was 16 and mostly it left me traumatized. Their behaviour health program is messed up and I didnt see a therapist until the day I left. If you are looking to go somewhere for behavior health help do NOT go here!

They suck!!! I almost died after a simple procedure because they were standing around chatting in the OR, I couldnt breathe as I was waking up , I almost passed out twice. Worst experience of my Life!!! they can never touch me again!!
