Dr. Millsap and the staff are great, I have been going there for 6+ years. I always get a thorough and friendly exam along with a ton of help with my insurance for glasses, can never have enough Moscots. I recommend to everyone.

I’ve been going here for my annual eye exams for 10+ years and each time the experience is consistently great! I pop in for a quick exam, order new contacts and I’m done. The optometrists have all been very informative when it comes to my eye health and what to expect as my eyes age. Office staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll keep coming back and highly recommend to others!

I had been seeing Chad for years and had been impressed with his professionalism. Unfortunately, I am no longer impressed.I was having an issue with double vision. When I told him of my complaint he blurted out very definitively Its your brain. He had not so much as examined me. He sent me off with me head spinning and had me and my wife very upset for weeks. Turns out, it was NOT my brain at all.The professional thing to have done was to have AT LEAST examine me. Then state something like I dont find anything wrong with your eyes, MAYBE there is something neurological going on.I found his pat diagnosis reckless, and unprofessional (and WRONG)!

Great place, Angela always gets me the best glasses and the doctor switched me over to daily contacts, so comfortable. 2021 is looking up!

Ive been going here for a few years and have a mixed bag of experiences ranging from good to Im never going back there again. The exam part of their business is great. The doctors are great. But they stop being helpful and actually become actively unhelpful the minute you express interest in wanting to buy your glasses elsewhere. This is something I have experienced repeatedly over the years and its time I follow through and just find a new eye doctor.

HIGHLY recommend! I didn’t know there was something wrong with my eye care insurance until I tried to use it, and Angela was SO helpful and patient and really went above and beyond to try to make it work. I got the right information and she got me an appointment right away, even called to see if I wanted an earlier spot when it opened up since she knew I had been wanting to come in ASAP! It was very safe (face masks, temp taken before appointment, only one person in at a time, designated pick up times for glasses)- they had lots of options and arrived exactly in a week. I didn’t find it too expensive and I’m really happy with the quality. Thank you so much Angela, and thank you Urban Eyecare!

These people HARD sell you items you may not need. I feel like I kind of got worked and spent too much money here, plus there are no returns, even on unopened items. Lesson learned with this place, wont be going back.

I was new to the area and nervous about getting a new eye doctor as the last time I moved it was a nightmare. Ive been here twice now and the entire staff has been great! They have super cute frames and were helpful as I picked out a new pair. Price after insurance was exactly what I was expecting for what I picked out for frames/what I ordered for contacts.

These guys are second-to-none. Great, patient, and friendly eye doctors for sure. But their front office staff is really the best. I love the section of glasses and the whole team is SUPER patient and helpful when it comes to giving advice about what frames look good. (The peril of trying on new glasses is that its really hard to see your face without your actual glasses.)

Top Notch. I have always seen Dr. Milsap. He is patient, professional, and answers any questions you have. I have an odd shaped head but the team has always found me glasses that look great on me.Sometimes he even bakes cookies! Highly recommended....

Dr. J. and Brett are a terrific team. They were formerly located in the Macys building, which was not an easy environment to run an eyecare business, but they did it with great ease and it never compromised their attentions to their patients. Now in their new location, they have kicked it up a notch or two but its still just as pleasant, clean, professional and caring. Take it from a photographer who is pretty obsessive about optics and vision, go to Brett and Dr. J. (Jennifer Andrews) for your eyes. Your eyes will thank you with great vision!!!!

OG Review: A little too expensive for what you get. Had to go back a few times to get my persciption adjusted. The lenses on my glasses were a bit thicker than expected granted I wear almost a minus 5. Total was about 200 for the glasses with insurance and felt like the glasses were just too heavy. Ended up just ordering from an online site and turned out to be a fifth of the price and felt way happier with those. The people here are nice though just don’t think it warrants how expensive this place is.Update: Ive never been disappointed by the service I get here. After trying out a few other locations as well as online retailers, I always came back to this place knowing the service was great. Its for sure on the pricey end but I think end of the day its pretty worth it to get your correct prescription.

Friendly staff and Dr. Millsap takes the time to explain everything. Angela is always so helpful when picking out new frames. Have recommended them to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

The team is very knowledgeable, completes a through eye exam and they always steer me in the correct direction for the right look. The turnaround time on my prescription glasses and sunglasses have always exceeded my expectations. I am a long-time customer and I highly recommend Urban Eye Care.

I was mis-prescribed not once, but twice when Ive gone here. This caused me to have to order and wait many different pairs of contact lenses.Here, my eye infection was diagnosed as eye irritation (went to another doctor who diagnosed it as an infection and was promptly healed).Ordered a supply of contacts and was never notified that they were available for pick up.Also, if you want affordable frames, nothing is really under $200.

The entire staff is always so helpful and accommodating. Never had a bad experience. I refer them to as many friends as I can.

Urban Eyecare is the best. Dr. Millsap is the friendliest and most knowledgeable eye doctor around and the staff knows what they are doing...in particular Angela, the optician. She is the best at suggesting frames that will look great on you.

Dr. Millsap has been my optometrist for over ten years, and I couldnt be happier. He is insightful, professional, and always takes the time to explain everything regarding my current needs and potential future care. His staff is second to none, and spends as much time as needed to assist me in picking out my glasses. Ive referred many people to Urban Eyecare over the years, and all have had great experiences with the Urban Eyecare team.
