Great service, no wait! The staff are very pleasant! Had an issue with billing and Rene (sp?) couldnt of been more accommodating in explaining charges.

Called earlier in the morning for a Covid test was told to come in and got tested, results came back fast. Service was excellent and friendly.

I called ahead to see if they could treat my eye. They took me in & processed me right away, and had me on the bed. They werent able to fix my issue, but Linzie was a champ. She gave me the best care she could and referred me to an eye specialist who could remove the foreign material from my eye. Gave me some snacks while I waited, and she contacted a nearby eye care facility. Please come here for any urgent care, all the gals here were great to deal with, and are super nice over the phone.

First time ever at a walk in clinic and it was honestly great! The nurses are so sweet. They made this visit great and stress free! There was no rude attitude from anyone! The nurse practitioner was AMAZING! I was honestly panicking so definitely feel relieved after visit! Most definitely would recommend this clinic!

I drove in for a Covid-19 test and the staff was very helpful and thorough. Michelle was helpful and nice. I was glad to see how they treated me. I would go back here if needed as well. I highly recommend this practice.

They are rude and do not take care for their patients. I went here for a sprained ankle and when explaining to the doctor what measures I’m doing to take care of it she called me a liar and laughed at my pain. When I went back two weeks later i had the same rude doctor. I told her I went to a the ER and my foot wasn’t sprained it was actually a hairline fracture and that I needed restrictions for work because I’m on my feet for 6 hours a day 5 days a week. As I was telling her this she was smiling and then said she needed an x-ray. I didn’t have one but I did have paperwork stating my foot was fractured. She said she wouldn’t be writing me restrictions or treating my injury because I kept coming back for months but that’s a lie I came the 27th and yes it was a new month but it was the 12th which makes it two weeks not a month. I started tearing up and asking “why not? I’m in pain!” She said “I know. I’m still not treating you anymore.” while still smiling. She should not be treating patients if this is how she treats them and should definitely have her license taken away. And if this is the people that this clinic hires they are very much in the wrong as well. Because I never got restrictions I had to keep working on my feet and I eventually had to have surgery on my foot which all could have been avoided if she gave me the proper care. First choice should not be your first choice.

So I went there for some blood draw. My veins are very difficult to poke but the Staff was so friendly and helped me out. Mickey was so proficient in her skill. Also the Nurse Practitioner Lindsey talked to me so nicely. Very prompt and good service, they were all very jovial and fun. Thank you for your service.

Hands down their night shift team which consisted of Marilynn Flores & Krissy Drayton were truly phenomenal. I came in at 11pm and they delivered 1st class service to none!!!

Received rapid covid tests here for both myself and my daughter. Staff was great, quick at getting back to us with results, and did great with my toddler! Made the experience much better than expected!

4th time here..First 3 times were for my husband. Received excellent, quick and professional treatment each time. Today I was here for myself. My PCP was booked and they took me. Once again treated with fast, and exceptional service.

This was my first time at this immediate care and I was impressed! I came to get a covid test for myself and my 2 year old, and was pretty nervous about how everything would go. The nurse named Lindsey came to our car after a short wait and was so sweet with my son. She swabbed us both and answered some of the questions I had. I received a phone call right after my results came in too. I would definitely recommend this place.

Went there for a very painful sports injury. The staff was very attentive and came to my rescue in spite of what looked like a busy, patient-filled office. The NPs (Lindsey) professionalism with me and the other patients is commendable! They even followed up a few days later to check on me. Outstanding!

I was sent here through my job for a physical... Marilynn was the receptionist who got me checked in... She went well beyond her duties to help me as a customer... I am not an Iphone user... She help me with locating my tablet that i was sick over...thinking someone swiped it at a party on Sunday... She was extremely patient and professional... Most of all ***helpful with kindness*** You dont see this kind of service today in America... She eased my anxiety and made me have a better day... So I am writing this review to say... Come here for fantastic professional care and service... I can not remember the other names of the NP but i can say she was nice (expecting mother).... They Made me feel like family... Instead of like medical interrogators...Thank you for your A+ service...Will see you next time...

Dont waste time at this place. I went there last week on Wednesday on the 31st and i thought i have a an infection. The test that they did right in the office showed negative but they still wanted to send it to the lab to confirm.Meanwhile i didnt have such a bad symptoms just some concerns. They prescribed me antibiotics. They said they will for sure give me a call back when they have the results from lab.It was tuesday the 3rd after labor day and still no phone call. I finished the antibiotics and called them on Wednesday. I asked if the results are in and if it was confirmed that i had an infection. So the results were negative. I asked on why they didnt give me a call, for that she said: oh i left you a voice mail on Monday (which was the labor day, really?) Or i have attempted to call you (never heard this one before, great way to treat ppl)But nobody did, when charging card for extra lab test it takes a minute but to give a call back apparently is NEVER. The reason they didnt call it is because i would have finished the antibiotics anyways, by the time they would call me so they just decided to leave the way it is.So for my question: so i shouldnt have taken the antibiotics?! They said: probably not!What a f.... professional nurse practitioners. Do you think antibiotics are the vitamins that you can just take it on daily basis?!Why would send the test to the lab if you anyways not waiting for the results and prescribing the antibiotics and by the time you call all medicine is taken so doesnt matter u have the infection or not, you still drinking antibiotics for nothing. And good Luck recovering immune system and microflora after that and fixing stomach issues.What a waste of time and money.

Nothing immediate about this place or the staff. I called before I got there, live 3 min away, I was the ONLY patient there, and it was approximately 8:40pm — I was there for over an hour...all for allergic conjunctivitis 🤦🏻‍♀️ I walked into a bland, underutilized, open office space, and approached a cheap folding table that hosted three casually, underdressed women sitting lazily and in a gossipy circle, demonstrating ZERO sense of urgency. They had no name tags on their person, no medical credentials visible ANYWHERE, has their sloppy empty plates on the fold up table of what appeared to be chocolate cake, and playing also playing with their personal cellphones while I’m filling out my patient enrollment forms (very personal and confidential health information being written). Not only did the place appear to be closed and/or going out of business but it felt super sketchy too. I had to ask, what they call themselves, “providers”, multiple times if it was doctors and nurses that were employed here, and finally got an answer that was hardly even direct - “it’s a bunch of nurse practitioners and a physician has some hours here and there”. I didn’t even get a name or introduction for any of the staff and I interacted with at least 3 of them! I had to go on the website like 5 times just to quiet my dark gut feeling that I just handed my ID and Insurance card over to a not-so-legit, bunk medical provider... not to mention this “provider” was more interested in hearing her own voice than about my symptoms. She repeated herself 3 different ways, but said the exact same thing. And took foreverrrrrr just to write up/submit a simple Rx that she was practically not even encouraging me to use...which then causes me to just end up missing the local pharmacies that were still open to gain relief with meds 🙄 unless you’ve got a lot of time on your hands and have no urgent uncomfortable symptoms, do not come to this location. You’re prob just better off gaining medical direction from a Facebook post 🤷🏻‍♀️
