Kind of a weird place. They do drug testing only and the website and at the door it says walk ins are welcome but then they are being pretty surprised with people showing up without the appointment and kind make a big deal about it holding them in online over other showing up for appointments. They do urine only which takes then forever surprisingly. As a healthcare professional I have been to numerous drug tests also with blood work and I have never seen one person to be handled for over 20min. Should’ve gone with Quest that is in and out quickly and website is very clear about their walk ins vs appointments policy. If you don’t want walk ins anymore then update your website.

My son stole my google account so name is not accurate. I am Jonathan P Mathes. This Laboratory is very quick, detailed and friendly! I’m horrible with names so I can’t remember my technicians name but she was awesome and extremely nice. I had no wait even though I missed a pre testing step and was able to get in and out within 30-45 minutes max. Great place and fast service! I Highly recommend this place and if I could remember her name my technician as well🤦‍♂️🤣

I visited this facility for a DNA testing for my son and his ex girlfriend’s baby. The staff was amazing very informative and helpful. They talked everything through step by step and assured us that they contact us as soon as they received the results. I couldn’t of been happier with the way we were taken care of. I highly recommend this facility.Keep up the amazing work.

Everyone there was extremely helpful and kind. I went to get a drug test done for an internship and during the process they made sure I understood every step. They followed COVID-19 regulations and made me feel comfortable throughout it all.I would highly recommend their business!

I was amazed at how professional and yet understanding the staff was here. I had to go and have test done for my new job and they made sure to explain what was being done and what happens after the test. I totally recommend this facility. Super nice people..

Very professional, fast service, not typically to busy. The staff is professional, consistent, clean, and delightful to encounter. If you need to have test taken feel free to give them a call or stop by if you are in the neighborhood they have low prices and will ensure you a ETA on your test/ sample. Tell em Mr. Brown sent you. The women at the front desk was pleasant and helpful but once I was ready for my test, the administrator from the get go was rude and bland. I took the test as instructed and asked questions prior to the test and afterwards. I felt like I was a burden to him. During the test I could actually hear the administrator at the door. He was trying to hear me urinate which is weird and offensive. I should’ve had a female at the door if this “procedure” is needed. I felt profiled and very uncomfortable. The gentleman who looked at my sample said he couldn’t read my temp on the cup. Long story short I couldn’t re take the test that day because I had to be at my current job and the testing site closed @ 3. The front desk admin said I could come back as long as I received confirmation from my company. Long story short the testing sight told my future job I refused the test.🤔 So I guess I can’t take the test again which is a bummer and also I am in jeopardy of possibly losing my new opportunity and my old job because I put in my two weeks. I would hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I truly believe the gentleman who administered my test could use a lesson in customer care and professionalism. Also that regardless of what you think of a person it’s not your job to judge them. This gentleman is messing with people’s livelihoods and frankly if he is the owner of the service he doesn’t need to be in business period. Everyday African Americans are singled out of opportunities because of these same oppressive practices and no one stands up. Oh I forgot to mention I am an African American women with locs. 💁🏾‍♀️ I also read the reviews and at first I was like hmmm maybe they didn’t pass the test then I experienced this for myself and not everybody is lying or didn’t pass their test. Be aware. *Update* 10-22-20 They have written a response to my review months later stating they followed all procedures... Months later how can you say you followed anything properly? I highly doubt you remember my test personally and at that even months later. Your apology and explanation MONTHS LATER is irrelevant to me. It still doesn’t change what happened to me.

Very nice place for a fast drug test, employees were wonderful and very friendly especially the gentlemen with the glasses whose name I didnt catch.

If you want to make a personal drug test without anyone else knowing beside you, you found a right place. Fast and cheap!
