I had some employees that came down with Covid.Went here to make sure I didn’t have it also.Staff was very friendly!Walked right in, registered, was sent to an exam room in a few minutes, got the test , and was on my way all in under 30 minutes!What a great experience!They offered beverages and even some snacks while I was there.Refilled my Icee Slush Puppy on my way out.Cherry! So Yummy!

I went in and got a culture completed. They prescribed me some medicine without knowing exactly what it was . I received an email from quest with the results. I called in to get further detail of the results they stated they never sent it out due to insurance issues. I told them I had blue cross and blue shield. I let them know that has to be a lie because I got my results through quest. They put me on hold and never return my call about my overall health. This is so unprofessional everybody health matters and is very important. Nobody would give me corporate number

I love coming to Wellness Urgent Care the staff is very friendly, very professional and makes you feel welcome. I have been there because who wants to sit in a crowded ER for hours to be seen they get you in an out. The staff of MA, NP,LPN are thorough in their exam and questions to make sure you understand everything and on top of that they offer late hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.....

I tried to see a provider at WellNow because of a simple problem. When I got to the appointment, the woman at the counter said I had to pay 30% of the total visit before even being seen, despite the fact that might my insurance card says right on the face that I have a $0 copay for urgent care visits. When I asked her why I had to pay she rudely said because its what the computer says. When I asked for clarification she rolled her eyes at me, got even ruder than she had already been and would not provide even the simplest explanation of why I was required to pay. I needed to see a doctor but not bad enough to deal with that level of disrespect when asked simple questions. As a final note, I clarified with my insurance provider after canceling the appointment that I do in fact have a $0 copay and my maximum personal responsibility for an urgent care is 10% after the insurance carrier takes any appropriate discounts. Go somewhere else where they might at least treat you with some level or respect

This was my very first visit with this amazing facility, I came on for two services and I was seen immediately! Everyone is super professional which I love ❤️ The front desk was super friendly & had great communication in regards towards my services. The entire staff just smiled while treating me . My nurse was Amber she was awesome! Her professionalism was perfect, as well as being attentive of my needs and she was super compassionate as well. My overall experience, was wonderful and I’m just grateful for the team members for actually taking their job serious and going above and beyond to give excellent patient care keep it up guys!

The team at Well Now are professional, courteous and very endearing. I was frazzled when I came in but the front desk desk team helped calm me. The Nurse Practitioner, Jen was the most delightful of all. She was professional, sharp and caring. I really enjoyed our sidebar chat. I highly recommend anyone utilizing this facility for all of their medical needs. The medical team here is very knowledgeable and quite efficient.

Every one was friendly and had a real listening ear. I did not have to wait a long time to be seen. Exam results were clear and they called my prescription in so I was able to pickup my meds very quickly.

Went there yesterday thinking that I had a simple sprained wrist, no need to go to the ED. Well I didnt have a simple sprain but so happy I went to WellNow.I worked in Healthcare for 15+ years and I know how it can be when you need help. Waiting for someone to help you, tell you whats going on with you and so on. My entire process at WellNow was great! From the front desk to the x-ray tech. My wrist wasnt sprained its broken. An ED visit would of taken at least 2-3 hours at WellNow I was in, x-rayed, diagnosed and out in about an hour. The staff was kind, concerned, and was what Healthcare should be. Im so grateful they were able to help, it made a terrible situation for me a lot more tolerable! Thank you all!

Super Friendly Staff. Out of town visitor, in need of urgent care after too much vacation fun. Team was very accommodating. Front desk rep was super sweet, explain everything thoroughly. Wait time was fair ( I got in early). Nurse Assistant was amazing, handled me with care, listened to my concerns, asked follow up questions to ensure she understood me correctly, made sure I was comfortable and communicated next steps and wait time to see the nurse practitioner. Jennifer Schnell was excellent! She examined me prior to prescribing treatment. She gave both immediate care and extended treatment which I appreciated. I didn’t feel rushed and received excellent bedside manner. I found this center using Google reviews and I’m happy I trusted the ratings because I left in much better condition than when I arrived. HORRIBLE!!!!! I called at 10:00pm on a Thursday and spoke with a receptionist…told her I had a UTI and asked if there was a wait…told her I could be there in 5-10 minutes…she said there was no wait and asked me my insurance carrier…I told her and she said OK…I arrived at 10:10 and was relieved to see no one in the waiting room…I tried to check in with the receptionist and she tells me “sorry, the bathroom is out of order, we can’t do a urine test, you have to leave.” I told her“ I just spoke with you 10 minutes ago why didn’t you tell me about the bathroom then?” She just shrugged. When I asked if there’s anywhere else I could go, she told me to go to the ER…yeah right…like I want to sit there for 7 hours. She was very rude and uncaring…I actually left in tears. My husband then called at 10:40 and he got a recording that they were closed…they were supposed to be open until 11:00pm…I will NEVER go there again. So unprofessional…Midwest Express and Evergreen Care Station are much more professional and caring places.

Excellent service all around! Staff was friendly, and caring. Facility was very clean all precautions were in place. Wait time was minimal and I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

I took my husband to WellNow Urgent Care on 95th and Western in Chicago. All I can say they took us right in and got us right out. PERFECT. 🥰There were no lots of paperwork to fill out and they even offered to call the ambulance if we didnt want to drive to the Hospital. The staff was so courteous.I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care facility to all who are in need of emergency care without the emergency waiting that which is synonymous with Emergency Rooms.

I was impressed that I was able to fill out everything in my car and not be afraid of being exposed to others sitting in the waiting who maynot be following CDC guidelines. The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor Megan was very sweet. The only downside is that the time to actually see the doctor was to long in my opinion. It seem to me that she was attending to more than one patient at a time. Finish one and go to the next one. Or have more doctors on call. Kudos to the refreshments especially for the kids. Front desk clerk was wonderful I was panicking and a little rude I had to check myself but she was so wonderful ❤ and she never got out of character with me I did apologize for my behavior and she just smiled and said I understand but let us take care of you and thats what the staff did I walk out of their feelings much better and more positive thanks to the great assistance they provide for me thank you for taking care of me

I read the reviews before I came here. I almost did not come because of them. I walked in and was greeted instantly, a young woman even changed the tv in the waiting room for my son. We did not wait long until we were called into the back. The nurse was extremely nice, the doctor was amazing. Everything was quick but not rushed. I even had issues with getting medication for my son and had to call them back a few times. They did not seem frustrated and took take of the issue right away.

My son fractured his wrist at his birthday party and I needed quick service. I googled Urgent Care near me and there it was Wellness Center. This place is simply AMAZING! The staff is very friendly, professional and caring to your needs. Not to mention, they have a slushes machine, Keurig machine, toys, games, BEST of ALL a Pac Man Machine (you heard me)! ❤️This is the most professional environment I have been in as far as medical. This place is very unprofessional. I visited this urgent care and although the facility was clean, the front desk employee lacked basic professionalism. When I left to get my medication at the pharmacy, I was told they never sent my medication over and they entered my insurance info incorrectly which caused me to wait a lengthy time for my prescription. Three days after my visit, I had a voice message that my lab results were available and I could call back to retrieve them. Upon calling back, I spoke with a young lady who stated her name as Breonna. Breonna placed me on hold twice for two separate phone attempts. The third call, Breonna hung up on me. The fourth call, I requested to speak with a supervisor and Breonna pretended she was the supervisor. The fifth call, I spoke with a different person who alleged they were the supervisor. I really hope after speaking to this person, they were indeed the actual supervisor. Because of the behavior of Breonna, I’m not sure who to trust at this urgent care. I am appalled that this type of behavior is accepted.

Dr. Jasmine is so sweet, professional, compassionate. She came to inform me of a delay but to save time she ordered my CXR first. She made me feel so much at ease. I was so glad she was there when I returned. She was more concerned about me than my own PCP. She really cares.The X-ray tech was great. The first introduced himself then He ask me questions concerning how I was feeling . Everyone there is very nice. The place is very clean, you don’t hear any unprofessional conversations going on at the station.When I get better I am going to take donuts to show my appreciation.

Started going about 2 months ago great medical option great alternative especially since my regular doctor closes at 3:00pm well now has a great staff all the doctors that Ive encountered have Fantastic bedside manner they seem to really care theyre always focused on whats going on with you so for me its a beautiful experience I hope they keep doctors happy as well as the staff and most of all I just hope its here for the long run. I love this place they always get me and my son’s well care (together ) and seem to care about you pain and your needs. When we come. It’s very clean, and smelling fresh place. The front door receptionist are awesome ,and everyone in the building are nice and always smiling with great attitudes. Nevertheless I hope their here to stay in the community for the long-haul.

Was seen by Brook Medici, PA and she urgently uncared for my torn muscle in my arm. She had no knowledge of giving me a referral for a specialist for possible ex-ray. I Was very rushed and not inspected properly for better results. She prescribed inflammatory medication and told me she think it’ll get better within short time period, Wow!Do go anywhere near this place and I will post a review on fb, IG, Twitter anywhere I can so people will know the kind of service they’ll be getting there!

Mixed bag; have been there 3x, no complaints w/ the staff at all, they are great and do their best to get everyone served.One PA (Schnell) - more experienced? Gets right to the point, helps w/ what you need - was fantastic during my worst times - grateful to her!But another (Matthews) was horrible - no help for pain, wouldve left me in misery for weeks w/ inflammation.

Great and fast service. With all this COVID stuff going on my primary care doctor appointments are 3-4 weeks out. I called and was able to get same day service for my immediate care. This is my second time using this urgent care. The staff and the NP was great. My new go to place for care...

I took both of my daughters here at different times for COVID testing for school. They were amazing and so great with them. Every person was polite and friendly and it was also very clean. Actually the second time walking in the front doors were being sanitized. I would definitely recommend anyone with small children coming here my daughters are 5 and 6. Oh and both times there was no wait and we were seen within 5 minutes.

It was my first time there, the day I visited it gloomy rainy and dark out. The parking lot was well lite. When I entered the facility I noticed how clean it was they were practicing social distancing as well. I was greeted right away with a pleasant smile and then hello. During my exam I felt comfortable, the young lady conducting the exam spoke clearly and loud enough for me to hear her. I appreciate that, my overall experience with WellNow Urgent Care was great.

Poor customer service and poor communication amongst a seemingly young and inexperienced staff. Failed to call-in my Rx to the pharmacy-(a Rx that I asked the provider about in which she gave me incorrect information about)When I called back I was passed around to other staff-no one was accountable. Spent the better part of 2hrs just to get a simple ear drop Rx filled.

From start to finish I had a great experience and on a holiday weekend no less. Long wait, but they werent to blame. My PA Jasmine was thorough and had exceptional bedside manners. Appreciated the kindness and professionalism. I hope I dont need to go to urgent care again, but its really nice to know this place exists so close to home.

Got there at 7:33pm. We were turned away because their rooms were full and told to go to hospital.

They don’t deserve a single star. My sister Visited a couple days ago. First the person who did the triage was extremely rude. She left her in the room for about one hour. She came out to use the washroom and the MA was sitting at the desk. She then someone else came to ask why She was there. The PA came in. She was very rude. Her voice was above above . I was the one to send her to that location since was close to home, but I would never recommend anyone to WelNow. Absolutely no customer service skills!

The service was amazing I called in at 7 the receptionist was so nice to me so I live 5 mins away and once I arrived the receptionist knew Who is was she was very friendly and take good care of me, I work in animal medicine as a receptionist so I know a great receptionist when I see one 👍 the receptionist took my info get me into a room right away, the nurse came in she was so friendly and right away the doctor came in. Doctor was so nice once she seem my arms and legs she knew right away gave me a shot and sent my prescription to Walgreens pharmacy I so appreciate you all. I had an accident in Home Depot that resulted in me needing 4 sutures in my lower lip. I chose to go to WellNow Urgent Care as to going to the ER. I was in and out in under 1 hr.! The care I received was EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL! The doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable knowing that I was in the right place at the right time. Friendly staff, fast service, and great patient experience. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the receptionists who were very nice and got me checked in quickly. I was then taken back to a room immediately and waited only a few moments until the MA came in and took my vitals. She was very sweet and let me know that the doctor would be in shortly and to let her know if I needed anything while I was waiting. I will definitely be back in the future!

This place is a mess!!!I took my husband here because he was suffering from terrible stomach pains and diarrhea. Initially we thought it was food poisoning but when the symptoms lasted 2 weeks we knew it was something else. Due to COVID it was hard to get him in to our primary care doctor so we took him to this establishment. They did earn 1 star for seeing him so quickly, I’ll give them that. They saw him and told him to submit a stool sample which once received would take 3-5 days. Within that timeframe, they called my husband on Friday at 10:59am to advise him that his stool came back normal. We thought it was odd but we just thought he would follow-up with our doctor. At 7:47pm on the SAME day (Friday) they called and said that “we’re calling to give you your test results, you have salmonella poison!” My husband informed them that someone called earlier and said that the stool was fine. He said the lady explained “no, I don’t know who would tell you that but these are your results”. Although it was frustrating that someone earlier called and gave incorrect info, I was glad we had the information (hence my other star...wish it could be a half star). At 8:45 I called the pharmacy to ask about the prescription and they had no record! At this point the urgent care is closed so my husband had to go through another night enduring pain. I called them at 8am exactly the next morning and of course the woman I spoke to said she hasn’t been there since Monday and their is no record of a call or prescription sent. Of course not!!! This place is unorganized and obviously have too many employees and not enough patients for the staff to call and give incorrect information out and then not send prescriptions over. I will never deal with this establishment again!

I was very weak with headaches, on the hottest day of the year, when I made an online appointment. I was standing outside of the facility as I made the appointment. They were fast to get me inside. First thing I noticed was, how clean and perfectly cool it was. The somber decorum put me at ease as they took me personal information. Everyone from the desk staff to nursing staff were friendly, which uplifted me. It gave me a little more energy despite me feeling terrible inside. The examination room was clean and spacious. The nurse who took my vitals, swabbed my throat, and other test, was a very sweet person. Great disposition and very knowledgeable. My PA, Jasmine Matthews, was thorough in her assessments and took the necessary precautions to rule out things without wasting my time. Since I work in healthcare too, I tend to be critical of other’s bedside manners. I think they did a wonderful job filling in for my doctor, who was booked to the max. I would highly recommend this place as a next level of care, when your primary options aren’t available.

I tested positive for covid-19 and had trouble breathing so I went to well now urgent care, and I am so glad I did. Everyone was very friendly, fast, and helpful. I was given a chest xray and got the results immediately. After finding out I have Pneumonia I was immediately given an antibiotic shot and antibiotics prescribed. I already feel so much better and am so thankful for everyone that helped me yesterday!
