I just had another very rude conversation with one of the nurses on the phone. I’m not a rude person and I don’t understand why the nurses need to be so dismissive and rude with patients over the phone.

This place is horrible. 1 they don’t pick up phone calls in the morning. 2 front desk staff and nurse are very rude. 3 incredibly irresponsible, when I visited this place they took one hour to input patient’s birthday and contact method and got both of them wrong. I give it one star because I can’t give negative scores.p.s. $100 for medical examination fee was charged immediately but after two months there are still bills from AMITA for the medical examination. WTH is going on between them.

I am only giving them 5 stars because of Dr Lee , and 2 workers , Carmen and Maria ( back reception) other than that they would get 1 . The frontDesk is were I start . Doesn’t matter what time I call , there is always “ 5 callers ahead “ not to mention they don’t come back to the phone . They leave me on hold forever . At times I need to hang up and call back just to get a person to answer again. At this very moment I have been on hold for 10 minutes . And still holding .. time holding as of now at 3:46pm 11 minutes . I’m telling you the only reason I stick around is because Dr Lee has been my children’s MD since birth .

A trusted co-worker/manager at Blue Cross recommended Dr Lee over 20 years ago and I have been happy ever since. I am able to get in, in a timely manner and the staff recognizes me and give kind care.Dr Lee gives balanced and thoughtful medical advice when I consult with him. He has referred me out when it was outside his expertise and I have been cared for by some of the top specialists at St Joseph (Dr Unti literally saved my life when my bowel burst). They are a big part of the equation when it comes to me continuing to work and be active. Thank you Dr Lee and your whole staff.

If this review was only off of Heather, I would give it 5 stars.Unfortunately, the way this office is run is absolute dishonest chaos.I have had bills mistakenly sent to collections (and unfortunately this is common with other patients as well), and the front desk DOES NOT know how to correctly bill, record, or have any sort of customer service etiquette.I pay every time I visit Heather in-office at the front desk in full with my credit or debit card. Unfortunately today I discovered that the front desk and billing department does not record payments made in office that day, and apparently not even 9 months later.As I make my 10th call this week getting thrown back and forth from the front desk to billing, I find out that my most recent in office payments from 9 and 3 months ago have also NEVER been recorded. I talked to the separate billing department and whomever I talked to completely backed up my concerns, as she told me the front desk is responsible for recording all payments made in office and none have been made in my account. She said theyre probably behind but as I mentioned that even my bill from June (9 months ago) hasnt even been recorded she said that was very odd and would try to reach out to Debbie, the billing manager. Debbie left me a rude voicemail last week saying how can I be paying in office if they never recorded it, youre not making sense even after I explained myself multiple times. Gee, cant wait for this phone call!Am I supposed to follow up and verify my payment with this billing department every time I make a visit to the office so that I dont get another bill mistakingly sent to collections? A mistake like this has happened before so EVERY TIME I have gone the past year I ask if there is a balance, and EVERY TIME they say no and Im all set. Clearly I cant trust anything the front desk tells me.The cherry on top is that Debbie, the billing manager, is only available a handful of hours a week, and isnt in most days.As you can probably guess, I am fed up and disappointed as I really like Heather, but I can no longer trust their incompetent billing department.BEWARE!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Lee for more than 15 years (started seeing him when I was still in grade school). He has always been kind and helpful and goes out of his way to care for patients. Others in the office go out of their way to make sure I understand how my insurance works and what to do to get the most out of it for my treatment. I’ve seen Dr Arons on occasion and he has just as effective. I have also seen Dr Metz for a leg injury I had last year and she spent so much time explaining my injury to me and remained involved and checked on me while rehabbing to make sure I was doing well.

Dr. Lee is a great doctor and i love the people here! Pam was super helpful on the phone with me the other day helped me understand my insurance and this place really goes the extra mile for all their patients!! A++

Drs Lee and Arons are both very good - very different personalities but they give you the time and attention you need. Office runs well. Everyone there is great.

Well organized practice. Really like the staff, particularly Dr Arons.

I love going here Dr. Lee is Awesome and Maria the receptionist is great also the lab technician
