I went in for a cleaning and had great service. Place looks nice and clean ladies at the front desk were great . Once I was called back the assistant Odette worked quickly and did a great job at explaining what my situation was. I also had many questions and she was great at answering them. Dr. Was also great she checked my teeth and gave me several suggestions.

I brought my daughter for her school check up, she is 5 years old so she was very nervous about coming to the dentist but the staff made her feel so calm. I’m glad she had this experience so she won’t be scared coming back!

I started coming to Smile Dental last year. Had my 6 month cleaning this past week. Im very pleased i started coming here. From the moment i was taken in by Maria and then my hygienist DeLana i was treated so nice. They take time to explain every step in process and i cant express how nice one is treated. I rarely see this type of personal touch anymore but here at Smile they are always friendly.

I recommend coming here for all your dental needs. I was terrified to get my braces. Jonathan placed my braces on today and made me feel so comfortable when I came in. It didn’t hurt at all and literally took him 30 minutes. HE’S THE BEST. But I love Smile Dental overall everyone’s nice & customer service is at an all time HIGH!!!!!!!

As someone who is deadly afraid of anything involving dental procedures and has a massive phobia of dentists, I can say without a doubt Smile Dental Care is definitely by far the best dental experience I’ve ever have. The staff is beyond friendly and attentive to all of your needs. I always go in a nervous wreck. Within three minutes of talking to the staff and doctors, the jitters go away. Everyone there makes you feel like they truly care about your teeth health.It doesn’t feel like your usual dental experience. It didn’t feel like they’re running a business, like most Dentist visits feel like. Before coming to Smile Dental Care I’ve only been to the dentist once in 10years. After my first visit here back last November, I’ve been back three more times and plan to keep coming. Once again, this is the place to go for someone who has phobia about dentists. Since CoVid-19, everyone is cautious about visiting their doctor/dentist. Smile Dental Care has gone above and beyond taking the necessary steps to meet the guidelines of the state. Upon my arrival, masks are worn by the patient and staff members. There is a plastic shield between the patient and the staff members. One of the staff members will take your temperature. You will also be asked to read and sign a waiver upon your arrival. Every pen that is used by the patient is then placed in a used pen holder cup ready to be sanitized. Before you see the dentist you are asked to rinse with peroxide for a few seconds and then rinse. All the staff, hygienists, dentists and specialists are all so kind and gentle. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone who is considering where to go for their next dental visit. For my particular visit, I had a deep cleaning procedure and I am in the process for a bridge implant. I am very pleased with all the services that I have received thus far.

Service was quick! Everyone was VERY polite. I have had a stain on my front too the for a few years that has really hit my confidence. The hygienist explained to me that this was simply because I still had cement on my teeth from my braces! She scraped the cement that was on my teeth for nearly 10 years and legit boosted my confidence so much! She explained that most dentists will not do it free of charge but she had no problem helping me out! She took her time and talked me through the process! Highly recommend this office!!

This dental office used to be one I would recommend to any and everyone. However, the lack of consideration I’ve felt over the last couple of months is ridiculous. I was originally supposed to have my semi annual cleaning back in March, but it was cancelled and rescheduled due to Covid-19. I have been nothing but patient regarding the schedule since we are all going through a pandemic. But, my appointment has been rescheduled about 7 times...not exaggerating! The last two were rescheduled because the hygienist kept changing her schedule. I tried to stay calm, again, to be understanding. My problem was the fact that the office would not notify me until the day before or sometimes the day of my appointment that is was being cancelled. I got so fed up that they ended up accommodating me and allowed me to have a cleaning with the doctor instead. The appointment was for today, July 27, 2020 at 5pm. Once I got to the office, I was informed that everyone left due to the system being down. I found that to be completely unprofessional on the doctor’s behalf. Of all days, what are the odds that the system is down so they have no way of contacting me to tell me not to drive 40 minutes? I feel that the doctor should have stayed to complete my appointment. As a business, I felt they could have dealt with this situation better than they did. Unfortunately now, I’ll be attending a different office.

I always have a great experience when I visit here. When I originally came here I needed a lot of work done on my teeth. My teeth had been ruined due to my battle with breast cancer. I can attest that since I have been coming here my beautiful smile is coming back one visit at a time!

I originally found this doctor office because of the review that was given by someone who also has a strong phobia of the dentist. I would rather give birth than to go to the dentist. I haven’t been in years but unfortunately I broke a tooth and the pain was unbearable. This place literally help my anxiety and I plan to actually start going there to get my teeth back on track. The ladies there were so nice, warm and welcoming. Everyone is patient and explains everything to you In depth. Even getting a tooth extracted, they always checked on my pain level, making sure I was okay. I would definitely recommend this place.

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARSIve spent close to $700 on a crown at this place and its fallen out 4 times. At first they suggested they needed to remake it so it can fit better and they did, except its fallen out 3 times since I got the new one. I just spent $80 2 months ago and the boss acted like he was doing me a favor by giving me a discount to repair something that wasnt my fault.1/8/21 still waiting for the office manager to respond to me. Funny how shes been out of office all week but has the time to reply to my review for show. This place is garbage. Save your money.

My experience at Smile Dental was a great one. I had a cracked tooth and I was in a lot of pain, I was looking for a dentist that would give me a same day appointment & get me out of pain. Smile Dental got me in the same day I called them, & Dr. Patel gave me some meds for the pain & he pulled my tooth out the next day. The office is very clean and all the people who work there are super nice & what I liked most about Dr. Patel is that he is very nice & he took time and explained everything to me and didn’t just rush me out the door after my procedure. I went to the Smile Dental at 4889 s Archer Ave.

Staff friendly and very knowledgeable. I didnt have my insurance card and they were able to look be up by name and my insurer. RDH Sonia has a soft touch using the dental pick and with the cleaning of teeth. Definitely recommend.

I went in for crown to be placed over root canal the first time I went in the doctor added another post without telling me because the tooth “was too weak” I didn’t find out until it was time to pay almost $150.00 extra, they took the impressions and put in a temporary that was to be replaced within 2 weeks with the permanent crown. When I returned they removed the crown and the doctor was about to cement in the permanent crown when another doctor (maybe a student) asked about something she noticed on tooth (what is left of it before a crown). He agreed that is was more decay, Im guessing they did not clean it out right the first time and the decay kept spreading. They had to clean it out further and make another crown and put in another temp. Forgot to mention that the first temp fell out on the second day and when I called they told me that they didn’t have space available until two days later and told me to go buy denture cement at Walgreens meanwhile.Today I finally went in for crown #2 to be put in. The 2nd temporary crown was left a little high and they told me to call in if it bothered me at all. Again when I called they didn’t have space available to take me in until several days later but by then I had learned to chew in a way that would hurt and just decided not to go.Because of covid I had it in over 1 month and a half and other than the first week of minor discomfort I had no issues or sensitivity or anything at all. Today after they took out the temporary and cleaned the area they went to “try on” the permanent crown to check the fit. They kinda “snapped “ it in and it hurt sooo bad like if she had stuck a blade in my gums after that my gums hurt so bad and wouldn’t stop bleeding I couldn’t stand the pain when they would touch the area or try to fit in the crown so the doctor that worked on me today (different one) gave me a shot to numb the area but I still felt pain now to that whole area. She tried to continue working but said there was too much bleeding and said she needed to give me another shot to help stop the bleeding and told her helper to put some foam thing on to also help with bleeding. After a couple minutes she went ahead and cemented the crown and although I was pretty numb at this point I still felt discomfort and she said area was just sensitive. I am home now about 1 hour later and the pain is so bad my whole face hurts on that side. I have a total of 3 crowns in my mouth and I have never experienced virtually any pain when having a crown put in. Several months ago I went in to get cavities filled and when I got home and flossed it hurts. I went in and told them and they said everything looked normal and that if I had pain that I might need a root canal, the pain is only when I floss and not even on the tooth they worked on but on the one next to it. I keep going back to them because i dint have insurance and I payed for their “in-house insurance” before getting any work done that would take 40% of price for any procedure. I will not be paying for another year of that.

Such a warm and friendly staff and environment! I had a great experience today for a cavity consultation and cleaning. Sylvia was extremely patient and detailed when explaining the cost of my visit and with scheduling my follow-up visits. And Alejandra (Ally) did a phenomenal job on my teeth cleaning! Although it has been years since my last trip to the dentist, everyone was very accepting and made me feel welcome. I plan on making this my regular dentist :)

The service here is absolutely wonderful. I was very pleased with the staff as well as their work. This place is very nice and professional.

They do decent work but prices seem to change during the visit. It doesnt matter if a procedure is 100% covered by your dental insurance or a price and plan has already been agreed to. Once your at the counter to pay, they will nickel and dime you with additional fee.

Just had a cleaning at the 7011 W Archer location and it was a great experience! The hygienist, Alejandra, was very thorough, skillful and knowledgeable. She gave me some good tips for an even better cleaning/checkup next time. I felt no pain during the cleaning and I also received a gum check up--both important for overall dental health. I was glad I went and will definitely be back in 4 months for my follow up. A+

When it comes to going to the dentist Im not going to lie, I get anxiety. But as soon as I walked in everyone was so nice, to the girl who took my xrays, to Cyndi who cleaned my teeth, and to the dentist. They made me feel comfortable which was a big plus! Big thanks to Cyndi for being so patient with me, especially being the last person to be seen today. She explained my plan in detail to make sure I understood everything. Definitely would recommend this place!

Update: Wow great customer service. I was refunded because of the error and everything is fine now. You really make people smile. :)I have always gone here for the last couple of years. I liked them be cause there were honest and straight forward with price. Making sure you were aware before doing any work and sign a paper. Today that did not happen. My last visit they told me we need to fix a crown that chipped and “we will take care of that for you”. Using those words that told me that either they will repair since they put it in. Or my insurance will cover the bill.. they remove my old cap and need to wait 3 weeks for my new one. They told me to see the front seat for my bill. They charged me over $250 for the work. I was never aware of the bill and I could have stayed with my old tooth with a chip. I have paid the bill but they have lost a customer. Now need to find a new dentist . Any suggestions?

Came in for consultation, needed to have extractions done for braces. I was sent to a different office to get a different x-rays done 3 weeks ago. I scheduled to have the extractions 4 weeks in advance, so I took the day off. I had my appointment today at 4PM, they called me at 2PM to cancel my appointment. I was told the Doctor had just reviewed my x-rays and he could not do the work. What type of management is running this place? I scheduled with a specialist, I would expect someone to review my x-rays days before my appointment, not hours before. I wasted my time going back and forth. There was no apology from the office, the person who called didnt bother to give her name. Truly disappointed. To think I was going to commit to getting my braces done here.

The dentist I saw was very impatient. I was there for a toothache. Didnt even look at the xrays to see if there was any problem with the tooth. He was very condescending and spoke to me like I was 2 years old. I have been there several times. This time the experience was terrible.

I never thought I would actually go to another dentist until today. I walked in with a horrible tooth ache and the dentist and team were AWESOME!!! The numbing injections were almost completely painless, and the extraction went fast. Walking into the dentist office I was crying from fear. But leavening, I was crying tears of joy. That I finally found a dentist and team that are professional, genital, caring, and kind, and understanding. Id recommend them to everyone.

Horrible experience. I would not recommend. I called before making apt and asked if it’s covered by insurance. And I was told they cover braces. When we went for appointment, everything changed all I was asked to sign papers for loan and did not explain anything. Within 24 hours I called and canceled next appointment. Now they are charging me $500 for records only?????? Meaning for records $500????? I been trying to speak to office manager Maria who is been so rude and hung up phone on me,,,, Friday when I called spoke with Sara the resectionist and canceled next appointment and loan before I hung up with her I made sure there weren’t any charges for cancelation and Sara said there isn’t. So where did this $500 penalty charges are coming from????? It’s a scam to get people in their clinic and make money. I need answer to my charges and why I have to pay $500 everything was canceled within 24 hours.

I can honestly say I will not be going back to this dentist again. Earlier this week I took my son for a checkup and some of the dental assistants had no idea what they were doing. When the dentist came to the room to let my son and I know what he had he was very disrespectful and rude to him and not helpful at all and I just stood there in shock. Really disappointed, I hope people find this review useful.

Great staff! Had to take my son here due to swelling after he had his wisdom teeth pulled at another place and they had no one on staff to make sure he was ok. He got seen right away and they didnt even charge me for his services today!!!

After requiring us to confirm our appointment 3 different ways - phone, text and email we get to the appointment on time just to be told they no longer accept our insurance and expected us to pay cash up front!! They want the respect from patients/families to keep appointments, but they do not have enough respect for others, to advise when Dentists leave or they no longer take insurance?? I came here to get some preventive advice from the experts. Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Daniel M Weber, he was very detailed in his review and explanation.Seemed more focused on giving the right advice than anything. Never felt like I was being told or sold, very refreshing to hear someone so concerned with the right long term care for patients. Most offices I have visited in the past just want get you in the chair he seemed more focused on giving a great consult.The place was extremely clean and the staff were all super friendly, they use technology which is nice from IPads to the top of the line ex-ray equipment.Off the street parking and the turn time seemed to be just an an hour in and half, from paperwork to exit.

We went to our appointment today to get a simple cleaning done. Being there we felt the person going to do the cleaning, Alejandra, was pushing us to get x-rays done. We asked various times if they can be done next time, as this time we did not want to get them done and all she kept saying is that we needed them done. After feeling uncomfortable and pressured we decided to cancel the appointment, Alejandra then told us we had to pay $25 each for my wife and I for canceling the appointment because her 11 and 11:30 were reserved for us and she already had a 12:00. This bothered us because the day before they called to confirm and told me it was at 11 for me and 12 for my wife. I feel that if we did not want to get the x-rays done she shouldn’t have kept pushing them. I feel that the charge of the $25 for each was not fair and more because it was us that felt uncomfortable and not because we cancelled for no reason. Due to this after being long time customers we will be looking for another dentist office.

Everyone was super understanding and kind. If you like good quality care these are the people to deal with. It was worth the trip!!!
