Had a great appt today for a cracked crown I was thinking a new crown would be the answer instead he rebuilt that portion of the crown beautifully. Also gave me a great shot for a filling. All done with some humorous conversation at the time.Great visit. And trust me I am terrified of Dentists, but not Dr. Anhar.

I’ve been going to this dental practice for about many years and I’ve always loved the service! Dr. Yoseph, dental hygienists and office staff are wonderful!

Im not a big fan of going to any dentist but who is right. But I still need to maintain healthy gums and teeth. Ive seen many dentist during my years really bad ones like the ones we get scared to go back to and some good ones and by far Dr. John Yoseph is one of the best and he makes things easier by being gentle while cleaning or repairing teeth and educating you by letting you know whats the best care for your teeth and gums and he does a good job. Ive been going to him for years now and will continue doing so and has great staff too who are always willing to answer youre questions and being hopeful to patients. Highly recommend Dr. John Yoseph DDS.

Dr Yoseph is the best dentist I have had thus far. He is an expert in his field and very compassionate, has great staff, and state of the art equipment. The staff there is very polite and accommodating in terms of appointments when you need one in emergency!I actually changed my insurance so I could continue to retain him as my dentist when his office stopped accepting my previous one.

My family had been going to Dr. Yoseph for years. He does amazing work and a great job explaining options and next steps. He is gentle, kind, patient, professional, and friendly. That is probably why he is so great with kids! His staff is courteous and happy to explain if you have any questions about care or billing. They definitely go the extra mile.

Optima Family Dental is always on time and friendly. You get in quickly for your teeth cleaning and/or x-rays and then the dentist, Dr. John Yoseph comes in shortly after. The office area and the dental hygienists are very efficient and organized. Dr. Yoseph is also very friendly and has a good sense of humor. He is always willing to answer questions. We are always happy with our experience!

Some people hate going to the dentist, but we actually enjoy our visits with Dr. Yoseph. He talented, capable, and has a great personality which puts you at ease. The whole office staff is very polite, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend.

Been coming here for almost 20 years. Dr Yoseph is a great dentist and is even better with child patients. Staff is always very professional. Though Ive never had a problem before, as of late, getting timely appointments is challenging. Hopefully that changes. Other than that I totally recommend Optima.

This was my first time at this practice. I had a horrible pain in my back wisdom tooth. Within an hour of a phone call, they saw me, removed the tooth and had me on my way. I just called my insurance and changed my family dentist to Optima.

We had been customers and patients for several years, even after moving where the drive took us way out of the way we still went. Then we get a letter in the mail saying they are denying us service and essentially weve been fired as their patients. Only answer we were given when we called is one of our boys is too hard to work with because of his sensory problems, which we knew and informed them of when we first went there. We had been there several times and not once was it brought up.The back stabbing dealings are unconscionable for a family practice. Especially when we called and attempted to schedule multiple times and we were blown off multiple times before receiving the letter.If your children are perfect then this might be the dentist for you, but if they squirm or protest at all, then look elsewhere. Wouldnt recommend and will never go back.

Had a great experience at the office the doctor was very polite and informative along with all of the staff. Especially the women at the front desk. Would Definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

I have been coming here for the past 6 years. My dental issues have always been taken care of with such patience and never discomfort. Dr Yosef is the best as well as the rest of his staff. Jill explains the insurance process so well. I moved to the suburbs and I still take the drive to the city for my teeth cleaning. It’s worth it.

My wife called them and made an appointment for 05:40 PM. They did not send any confirmation or made a call as is usually done by medical offices on the eve of the appointment.We didnt either, thinking that they must be too busy or just forgot.She took a half day from work which was very inconvenient and called them before leaving office. They claimed that her appointment was set for 05:00 PM instead of 05:40 PM, and wouldnt even listen when she told them that there is no way she made a mistake as the timing was very important to her.I called them to get an explanation later that day. They transferred me to someone named Jill who apparently has extensive experience intimidating disgruntled customers.No apologies or attempts to rectify their mistake, very smug and disrespectful. She told us we need to respect our providers. Thanks Jill, great advice.

Got me in quickly for an emergency, was able to fix it in between his other patients & at a very reasonable price. The Dr. was kind and gentle and fast & the woman at front desk is helpful and nice. I will be making appointments for my family here.

Optima family dental was very unprofessional when calling me repetitively during my job, then with rescheduling my appointment, then finally with not getting back to me after I called them to confirm my appointment. I had called with no response thinking that my appointment was not confirmed because no one had ever got back to me, pretty normal I think. Little did I know that by calling, getting no response whatsoever for 2 days, they did confirm my appointment and thereby gave me a $30 fee when I had scheduled to work at the time of the appointment.

Got a root canal i always have lots of pain with my recent Dentist, but with Dr. Armad , I felt no pain. he makes you feel comfortable during the entire procedures, and after the first day, i didnt need any pain meds. as with my previous dentist, i was always in great deal of pain after the procedures, even the cleaning . the staff here are very professional and friendly , i highly recommend this place
