Dentist was great. First time here bringing my mom who is elderly and they got her in and out. We looking forward to getting her new teeth! They took her Medicaid / Medicare and it was very hard finding a dentist that take her insurance. The ladies at the front was so nice to me and my mom.

I’ve became a patient of Dr. Raed Ayoub,DDS in2021 and he is the best dentist I’ve had! There are no long waiting time and he & his asst. Maritza makes you feel really comfortable, from routine checks to extraction, if you’re looking for a great dental experience Taylor Dental center is the place to come! The staff is awesome too!

The dentists are great dentists . I’ve been going here for years. But, the front desk reception staff is a bunch of unprofessionally trained Latinas who are not native speakers of English. They can speak English well enough but absolutely DO NOT know how to communicate with customers effectively!! They are also NOT FORMALLY TRAINED IN MEDICAL OFFICE MANAGEMENT! They make MANY MISTAKES interpreting people’s insurance because insurance understanding requires a much higher level of English than they possess. I believe the Indian dentist family just hired these chics because they can obviously pay them less because they’re lacking in experience.This office overbooks appointments like it’s a hotel. I don’t understand why they overbook because they have an abundance of customers because they accept Medicaid in a local with many people on state medical insurance and they don’t charge a lot if you have to pay cash.Also, you can NEVER reach a person to speak to in this office. Their phone system is malfunctioning and their call center is nonexistent! You have to physically go to the office to make any appointments/reschedule.After they finish my implant I’m finding a new dentist in the suburbs with a professionally trained friendly native English speaking staff because that’s what I had before I moved to the city and I NEVER had any problems!

Staff is very Friendly & Extremely helpful! Walked in and it was definitely worth the wait. Doctor was able to get me out of pain and able to work out a treatment plan that works with what I need! Will most definitely be telling everyone I know of my experience here.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A DENTIST1. I asked for provider Donna Houston when scheduling my appointment I was given a different provider even after asking if I would be receiving that provider for the day. I was told when scheduling and when I arrived that I would see Dr. Houston and as of yet I have never seen or met this person.2. After receiving treatment I asked for a print out to confirm the provider that treated me was in network with my insurance. I was told that the office routinely provides print outs of the treatment plan with the out of pocket cost for patients. I received a print out for that first visit and each subsequent visit. My issue is I was told my out of pocket would be one price with that print out and was given a different total at checkout during the next visit. I was told my out of pocket cost would be around $72 for the crown and fillings for my next visit with no additional charges. Instead my total was over $500.When I spoke to the manager (Stephanie) regarding the issue, she was unenthused. She acknowledged that the mistake should have never happened but I had to reiterate how unacceptable the miscommunication was for 22 minutes before she would offer any apology and a solution to prevent this from happening again. She confirmed there was no change in my coverage or treatment plan, but that I was just told the wrong number. This happened after I received a temporary crown, limiting my options to seek alternate treatmentNEVER GOING BACK

I love Taylor dentist on 45 & State Street Chicago. The office is always clean, and the staff is very respectful. The dentist did amazing dental work once he realized he had to pull my so called healthy tooth (18). The tooth was badly infected from having an abscess for over 2 months.I kept telling the dentist that I something was wrong because I was in terrible pain. He finally took an ex ray, gave me Ibuprofen and Ampicillin. In two weeks when I return the abscess was still there. He did an abstraction.

They take to long and they don’t go by your appointments. I been here since 3 and now it’s 5:30 and I still have not been seen.

I made an appointment and I am from the representative the answer the phone call my issue with my tooth and I needed a treatment on my crown tooth. I called more than five times before my appointment dates to make sure Taylor Dental offer the service because I was in that much pain and I need a service right away if there was any open it before my appointment date and over and over I explained to them the reason why I am calling and the reason why I needed assistant right away.The day of my appointment I fill out all the paperwork and I was told to come in the back room for an x-ray than the dentist Doctor I wish I remember his name I could have put his name with this review. He came in without even looking at my x-ray and it stated youre tootin to be taken out I said excuse me I was referral play treatment for my gum where my crown is so that I can go back to the dentist where I came from so that you can distract another crown on top of my tooth what are you talkin about? That was when the dentist assistant now brought his attention to my my x-ray and I was just patiently watching both of them than he stated tooth 19 need to be taken out I said no, its tooth 18 that need treatment for my gum and and let me remind you I have been to three other dentist already so why would you make a conclusion that my tooth needs to be taken out when you have not properly examine my mouth yet. Then the dentist have been very agitated after I have questioned his character then hes become very rude, his tone of voice changes, he walk out and the dentist assistant that was explaining to him about my x-ray was just looking and staring at me like oh my God what is going on.Than the dentist assistant stated I cannot believe what is going on and she was very apologetic to me . When the doctor came back, he came back with three different receptionist from the front office and I was asking why are they here. They were all looking at me informing me I have to pay out-of-pocket. I started okay thats fine but your check with my insurance and you did all the paperwork before I was called in to the back for treatment so why are you saying I have to pay out-of-pocket now and nobody seems to tell me any reason or any explanation. Dentist doctor starting saying you need to get the F out of my clinic you need to go. I started excuse me for what reason because I called you out on your practice that you should know more than Im telling you. I was willing to pay whatever amount for the treatment because I was in so much pain but with the kind of attitude that customer service I received today I dont think I should be wasting one penny into this office. I will go home and take my Tylenol pain medication then book a more professional clinic to go to.If there was no star this is what Taylor Dental will receive from me. The dentist Doctor the office need to be seriously valuated taking out of business.To give a recommendation is that think twice before going to this clinic and do not waste your time and money. Make sure you pay attention to your dentist doctor who is going to be offering you service, his character, behavior an understanding of the procedure you are getting treatment for.Definitely tell a dentist will receive a negative star or a 0 star from me.

This was by far the worse dental experience I have ever had in my life. The lead dentist was VERY VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL with his speech and VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL with his procedures. I was stuck a total of 10 times with numbing medication and still felt the full extraction. When I expressed that I was still feeling extreme pain, the doctor kept saying that it was pressure which it was not. You can tell from the tone of his voice that he was angry because I was still feeling pain, he threatened to stop the middle of the procedure if I didn’t be quiet, trying to silence me so that other patients wouldn’t hear me. He was very aggressive when performing the extraction even tho I expressed that I was still experiencing severe pain. I eventually just sat through the pain after numerous threats to stop performing the procedure if I didn’t calm down. But calming down through that pain was not easy. I held on to the dental chair, squeezing with every ounce of my strength trying to endure the pain. I have been to several dentist before and never felt any procedure performed until now. Taylor Dental Center don’t deserve any stars. They should be shut down for Malpractice.

I went to Taylor Dental for routine checkup for the first time having the worst customer and dental service. I went there for my routine checkup the assistants took x-ray which took almost 10 mins, the doctor did not even bothered sparing more than 30 seconds nor explained the situation other than saying this needs deep cleaning. Being a dentist he should have explained that routine checkup will not be helpful and how will deep cleaning procedure works.Going there was waste of time and money.

Taylor Dental deserves recognition for choosing to take advantage of a business model that allows it to serve as a safety net for a portion of the city’s most underserved residents. It features a large cast of foreign-born practitioners serving a mostly poor, Black patient load. However, Taylor should also be recognized for its consistently poor customer service that treats all customers as thieves and second-class citizens. For example, it appears private insurance did not cover a small portion of the most recent visit. Once the bill was received, we immediately called to pay it. Despite the fact we had a history of visits including use of a debit card, we were told we had to pay in person and not over the phone. During the pandemic lockdown. And 84-year-old. Subsequently, we decided to leave Taylor, preferring a private boutique experience. Despite two requests, Taylor refused to transfer records and would not contact us either time on the status of the request. When you call to schedule an appointment, speak with a clinical manager or the records office, practically everyone has a Mexican surname. I suspect the Villa Park office must handle the business and see a more diverse group of clients. The city office, however, has been filled to the brim on each of our visits over the past 14 months - with Blacks. If you can afford to, find yourself another provider who not only has an established history of good service but respectful, helpful business services.

I had a dental appt here, i came in and everything was fine until a dental asst named karen started having a disturbing coversation with another worker i think that is so unproffesional for a job, and personal life should be talked out of the job site. manager needs to address that situation.

This place is horrible they call you to say yes we can do the job afterwards I waited a hour for nothing and I told them the dentist told me they couldn’t do it and they still told me come waisted time bad survive bad dentist everything is bad!!

I love this office so much. Friendly staff, thorough exams and procedure. My dentist Dr Raed is absolutely Amazing. Sometimes there’s a wait but it is definitely worth it. Clean facility and there is free parking. I travel 26 miles just for there great services. Thank you Taylor Dental.

They have no sense of other peoples time. I took off work and scheduled the first appointment of the day. An hour later and Im still waiting. Then they held my ID and insurance talking about they are trying to verify. Stop the lies. I just called Delta Dental and they told me immediately what my coverage was. They are rude and unprofessional. If you cant trust the receptionists, you cant trust the dentists.

I have an excellent experience. The front desk was nice and informative. I didnt have an appointment but was seen promptly. I arrive at 12:31 for an extraction. I was x-ray sent to the room before I knew it I was out the door by1:30. The staff even let me have my tooth neatly wrap in a sterile package. I would like to say thank you to the whole staff and recommend to any one who is in need of a dentist. The hours are very flexible.Thank you once again😇👍👍👍👍👍

I HIGHLY recommend Taylor dentistry. I initially went for a tooth extraction and for them to pull my wisdom teeth but I ended up needing the tooth extraction before the wisdom teeth could even be touched because of a major infection that I had that because of that tooth, the dentist pulled the tooth and I did not experience ANY pain whatsoever even though the dentist did write me a prescription. The next time I went I ended up chipping my front tooth and the dental assistants as well as the dentist did a wonderful job in helping me to get my smile back!!! Thanks so much!!

The service is good but they are very slow to have so many people working there! Appointments at 3:30 didn’t get scene until 5! And they spent a lot of money renovating but the waiting area barely has enough room for patients! Need work in the waiting area

I have been a patient at TDC for over a year now , it’s been an amazing experience . My Initial visits were awesome due to a superb dentist !Though my previous dentist expanded to his own practice , I was initially concerned because I favored this particular dentist because he was the best Dentist I had thus far in my adult life .However , once upon request , I met Dr. Rohan , I have been amazed by his bedside manner, professionalism and overall efficiency in dentistry . Overall at TDC, administration and staff are competent , professional and exude great customer service .Based on my above remarks , I highly recommend TDC . The dentists are amazing at their craft , they hold themselves in high regards while demonstrating professionalism .On a personal note , my dentist Dr. Rohan is on my top tiers for the best dentist I have encountered . I recommended him to many family members as they are looking forward to him providing great dental services .Listen people , it’s not the most comfortable feeling when having to visit the dentist , studies have shown generally people are afraid of dentists ! My appointment was today, July 24th. I was the first customer here at 6:36a, as I made the first appointment for the day at 7:00a for just a teeth-cleaning. I was even there before the receptionists! The janitor, whom was the only person there was the person to let me in. Within an hour interval, about 8 people came in after me. One lady was served before me, simply because they knew her. Then two additional patients were taken as well, before me. I wasnt even called and it had been an hour, I left like many others - I have other stuff to do with my time. Ive been going to Taylor Dental Center before and after the renovation, and I am so disappointed in the service now. I will take my money/service somewhere else.

I give four stars for the wait time. Even if you schedule an appointment you will be waiting for some time. But once the wait is over its smooth sailing. The doctors are polite and respectful the so good work and make sure your always comfortable. Would give five stars but the wait times are ridiculous.

One star is being generous. This place is ridiculous. I dont plan on going back, ever. The only good thing were the nice receptionists.I had teeth at one point and was scheduling appointments weekly. However, the dentist would call and cancel right before the appointment or the day of because he was going on vacation. And if he did keep the appointment he only wanted to do 1 tooth at a time.I was even told to come back at a later time because it was more convenient for him to work on me in the evening. I schedule appointments to be seen at a certain time for a reason. Working full time does not give me the luxury to show up at his convenience.Now I have dentures. They made them. They dont fit right to the point where I cannot use them. But I was told by the wonderful dentist that they are PERFECT and Im the one with problems.If you want dental work done properly and done well, do not come here!

Today I took my kids in and new bald doctor didn’t even Check them! He just came in the room and told them to open their mouth and that was it ! Besides that him just being on his phone , how rude ! I always bring my kids here but due to the wait I didn’t mind seeing a different doctor but who gave this man a license ? Comes in on this phone , does not exam my kids and leaves back on his phone . This is not professional at all . I’m very disappointed, I never had any bad experience until now .

They are very friendly very fast & seem to really care for you. I’ve had 2 wisdom teeth pulled & was veryyy Nervous but with the friendly staff they made me feel very comfortable.

Just left today, the front desk was professional and the rest of the staff, about a 7min wait. And they were very honest and informative. I would recommend this location hands down.

This facility does good work, but of course, once you finally get waited on. I echo some of the sentiments or previous posters in that the front desk staff is horrible. They need training with regard to professional conduct. One thing I cant stand is to patronize an establishment and to be made to feel as though I am a bother. There was an occasion that I walked up to the front desk upon arrival for my appointment. I stood there several minutes, with front desk staff sitting right there. They didnt even acknowledge my presence within the first three to four minutes. I had to speak up- only to be told to wait a moment. I only go back because its just two blocks from my home. Im moving soon and will switch dental services. If it werent for that front desk staff, Taylor Dental would get five stars from me.

So first off I have been a patient of Dr. Mirza since I was a kid. I moved out the neighborhood and found my self back again after having a terrible tooth issue. I was there 2 weeks ago as a walk in and was pleasantly surprised just how fast I was called for xrays and then put in a room. The dental hygienist were very nice and knowledgeable and reassuring. And then I meet my Dentist Dr. Neelima Dommaraju. A very smart, friendly and skilled woman. Very direct and reassuring. I was afraid, because I hadnt been to the dentist in years, but she along with staff explained everything step by step and so it comforted me a bit. She got started and I promise you she did her job very efficiently and some what quick. Quick, but not a rush job. She explained her plan for the next few visits so that she could help me get my oral hygiene together. I came back today 11/21 and she greeted me like family. She was so.good lasttime that I was ready for the procedure almost anxious. She got down to business. She worked like a magician and got stumped with this really difficult tooth in the back. She explained everything to me and handed me off to another skilled doctor. Dr. Raed came in and I swear I thought I was being rushed into surgery. Lol! He is so dramatic to me in a wonderful way. Very, very skilled. He popped that tooth out and left the room as if he was never there. Back again for a deep cleaning in 2 weeks. Cant wait. Thank you Dr. Mirza for keeping Taylor dental welcoming for the old patients. And Thank you Dr. Neelima.

Dr. Alhareth Aldhari and his staff always do an excellent job on any of my many dental issues! I have been a patient for over a long time and counting. He did a great job and gave me the smile I am always looking for. Never a painful experience or an improper diagnosis. I recommend Him to anyone who needs a new dentist or second opinion.

Its true what you have read the front desk, they suck! But the dentist here are very honest and do great work. If you can stand to put up with the front then you will not be disappointed by the work thats done on your teeth!

Just got my braces off and Ive been waiting for a bridge for over a month. The receptionist are not that competent. I had an appointment Friday but they call me Thursday to tell me my insurance didnt process yet. I thought that was strange so I called my insurance just for them to tell me that this dentist filed a claim Wednesday which was 2 days prior to my appointment. Everyone knows especially someone who works in a dentist that it takes 5 to 10 days to process. So I waited 10 days and called my insurance company back just for them to tell me that the dentist didnt send my x-rays which were needed to file a claim. So now Im waiting another 10 days in order to get a bridge done.

Not professional at all owner needs to send entire staff for training. Waiting time is ridiculously long never should have waited 1hr 1/2 when I was the second person there to be charged for the visit and to get a unreadable copy of my xray

This place needs to get their front desk staff in order!!!!! This. Is the only. Reason im. Giving them a 1 star and that I had a 1:30. App and at 5 I still hadnt seen a doctor I ended up leaving. So I couldnt tell u how the doctors are but the secretaries are very very rude!!!!! My opinion on going with my gramother to her appointment. Very nice office but Staff is so RUDEEEEEEEE !! The front desk girls look like they don’t even wanna be there by the way they ask for your information. How is it that such a nice place has such rude Receptionist? Always gossiping with each other texting ignoring your questions. Blond girl on check out was the worst one ! Do they not pay you girls enough or are you girls not trained enough for Customer Service ? Blond girl talk to you in such a rude racist way kicking you out and doesn’t even make sure if your fine enough to leave the building almost kicking you out . Back is “ ok “ besides the fact that you see all the guys not knowing weather who is the assistant or who is the doctor . They all look the same . Doctor is very nice but takes long to come to room . My gramother has been a patient for years and is very happy with service but me myself Is not . Someone needs to hire new front desk before they get out in their place !

The dentist was very professional and provided great service. PROBLEM lies within the front desk. Very unprofessional, HIPPA was violated. The dentist does great work, but unfortunately people will not be able to experience it due to the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff.

I chipped my tooth two nights ago. I called Taylor Dental Center yesterday and got an appointment for today at noon. I was called to the back just before one oclock. I was X-rayed right away. When my doctor came in he examined me and began working on me immediately. I know this is of no importance, but my Dentist was gorgeous! Ok, now that I got that off my chest, let me continue... I was done by 1:30 and no one would ever know that I had a chipped tooth!! I will recommend this dental center to everyone. I am truly grateful and pleased with the service I received 😆

I went in to get a tooth pulled...(well a root because the tooth broke off from a previous root canal because I didnt get the crown) Ive previously had an horrific experience at another office so when I came in I was afraid x10. All Drs always say you wont feel pain youll feel pressure so when I heard that it sounded too familiar and I freaked out immediately. I mean I almost had an emotional break down. After the anesthetic the Dr went right to work. He said he was just poking around to see if hed be able to pull it and the next thing I knew it was out.! I felt absolutely NO PAIN. I cant believe I cried for nothing lol. I will return

After going her for years my regular dentist Dr Parvez has been out. I saw Dr Alhareth Dhari and he was so rude that I will never come back to this dentist office again. He was totally unprofessional. He stopped cleaning my teeth because I told him he was hurting me and I have never had that happen before. He has no clue what he is doing on top of having a terrible attitude and disposition.

I went last week to see if they could pull my tooth. I was told i had an infection and was given meds and a return appt for today. They were professional, but the only thing it was a long wait time, because they are extremely busy. That was understandable, but once i saw the doctor it was less than 30 minutes for the extraction. I was pleased and wanted to know could i come back for the other one...lolI will be back in 4 weeks for the other one.. satisfied patient.

I came to the location last year had a horrible experience with service, I figured I would give it another try since its near my home. I took off work made it to my appt on time. Waited for an hour just to keep being told Im next. This office has no concept of appointment. If I had all day to wait I wouldve made an appt at the county hospital for little to no charge!

Maybe it was the staff that I received that day. But I am thoroughly upset. Went in 6+ months ago because I have a cracked wisdom tooth that needed extracting. Turns out I needed oral surgery, the dentist himself seemed concerned at that time. He told me to talk to a receptionist, who then told me that my referral was sent to UIC for oral surgery. And that they will call me with an appointment. A month passed I received no calls.called back to the clinic and they said they may be backed up because it was after the holiday to give it a few weeks to months. 4 months passed and I called and asked to personally pick up my referral because I went out my way to call stroger hospital and THEY want my referral. The woman on the phone made a big fuss that I couldnt have it (are you serious?) because they strictly send referrals to UIC. After some fuss I get my referral and stroger hospital tells me they cant do my oral surgery til august. F***!!!! Just today I contacted the emergency dental care service at UIC and they was shocked that Ive waited THIS LONG with a impacted split wisdom tooth that is now possibly infected. So when they attempted to look up my info for my referral guess what? THEY NEVER RECIEVED A REFERRAL FOR ME IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! The clinic has been telling me to wait x amount of months for them to call me because they sent them my info (also because they are backed up) but the reps at UIC was NEVER going to call me because the clinic NEVER sent them my info.

I was so nervous! Ive been going to the samee dentist now for almost 16 years and he was the first dentist ive been with besides my family dentist and he made me feel so comfortable. I went in for widom teeth extractions and he talked me through the entire process and before he started to take my teeth out, he made sure i was completely numb. The whole process was quick and easy. I would reccomend this dentist with no hesitations.

Very prompt service, friendly staff and helpful. The only issue is its very crowded (due to walk ins), but I was out quickly.

I came in for a teeth cleaning at 430 and it was a 2 hour wait they took people with no appointment because they knew them. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!

I went in with a bad toothache that had infection. I had already started on penicilin although I did feel some pain that was expected due to the severity of the tooth decay. However the dentist was kind patient non judgemental and talk to me every step of the way to inform me of the procedures. Although there is a long journey ahead he assured me with my coperation that he will help me get my beautiful smile back that I once had. I highly recommed this dentist. By the way the staff was kind and professional as well.

This place is disgusting and it smelled like mothballs.The receptionist was very rude and didnt want to do anything. My appointment was at 8:00am and the dentist didnt get there until 9:15am. When I walked out the door the dentist was walking in. No one should go to this dentist, if you have an appointment, you should make another one somewhere else.

The worst dentist ever so many complaints first you will be sitting a hour after your appointment, I had a toothe pulled and I feel everything painful as hell, I had a root canal and crown and crown came out after a month and they charged me to put it back in and last night it came out again after two weeks my wife and I decided we will go elsewhere smdh
