My first visit when I took my grandson was very good but the next time was horrible first of all I waited in a patient open the door for me while the other person I could see was on the phone and will not buzz me in second my grandson is autistic and nonverbal not a good place at all for him they cannot handle special needs children properly I saw a little blood and I said wait a minute is that blow up oh yeah so that its going to be alright its alright, you know no parent wants to hear anything like that if you made a mistake just say Im sorry while she was removing tartar I asked if he have any cavities quote and she said I dont think so. So before I left I was debating on scheduling him another appointment I said no way receptionist was on the phone again did not look up at me at all. I have five grand that was coming to her my daughter stopped because of my terrible experience maybe well for others but not special needs.

So far I love this place. I need extensive work done and like some I hate the dentist office. I went to place to place looking for somewhere to go and I just felt that once I left I was talked about bad. At this dentist office the atmosphere was nice (almost spa like) and the dentist and her staff were very nice and calming which helped with my embarrassment. Im getting more work done soon. But so far this office is amazing 👏

Dr. Taylor and her staff are amazing! I wish she accepted my new insurance. That’s the only reason I’m not a patient of hers anymore! You can not go wrong with trying her out!

Love Dental is a great place to go when in need of dental services. It is clean and the staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Bundy - Smith is very patient, kind, and skilled - I needed to have 1 extraction and a root canal, both were painless and never had any problems afterwards. I highly recommend LOVE DENTAL!!!

I loved her work & loved going here, but I hated the way they used to process insurance. They will sit you down and work on you before even processing the insurance. Next thing you know somethings not covered & you got a unknowingly bill....
