I went in for lip filler and I lips came out not proportional. I had more filler on one side and it looked horrible. I called and requested another consult. I went in and they wanted for me to purchase more lip filler to make it proportional. They offered me an employee discount. I fell like they should of fixed it with me having to purchase another syringe. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place for lip filler.

If -1 was an option for a Star I’d select that but 1 one star because my boyfriend went through the trouble of surprising me with a massage & the lady who did my massage was professional and nice. Otherwise from the moment we arrived it was beyond obvious we were not wanted there. I felt uncomfortable & unwelcomed. If it was just me I would have gotten my money back & walked out not even bothered with the rubbish. However my boyfriend wanted to surprise me with this couple massage so I played nice and went along with it although the bad customer service, smart remarks were bothering my core. It was obvious Susan didn’t want us there & was bothered my boyfriend’s many questions although this was new to him. She would make smart comments in response to his questions. It doesn’t matter what you say it’s HOW you say it that makes a difference. It also makes a big difference on how you treat others. My advice to this place is to treat others how you’d want to be treated. Not based on how they look. If you value great customer service, & want a good massage, Don’t waste your time or money here! 100% Disappointed. Waste of time and money!You’re welcome!

Ive had massages better at the Mall fully dressed by Chinese. Will never go back. Not to mention, I purchased four massages and scheduled the appointments one month in advance as Christmas gifts; to have staff call me, the night before to cancel appointments, because two of their staff members missed their flight. Very humiliating to call family members less than 24 hours to cancel massages they was looking forward to. Receptionist had the demeanor to care less. Organization knows nothing about customer satisfaction.

I got two massages here and, not only were they a waste of time, but the masseuse was listening to talk radio through his ear buds! Every time he was near my head, all I heard was electronic chatter. Who could relax in such an environment? I couldnt wait for the session to end. Clearly he didnt want to concentrate on giving me a decent massage. It was terrible; I left there needing a massage from my regular place.

Went there for couples massage. It was 45 minutes, although indicated as 60 minutes. The lady was totally unprofessional masseuse. She did not do swedish massage, she was just rubbing oils in my skin. I told her that she does not apply any pressure, it was not medium strength massage, then she started applying pressure. But I believe she does not know her job, so when I left the salon, I felt that she hurt the shoulder. Now I need another massage from somewhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE! Unprofessional and dangerous. During a dermaplane session the lady cut my lip and shaved off part of my eyebrow. The manager knows and they are doing NOTHING about it. They changed their name from spa forever to ellehomme which after seeing all these horrible reviews I know why. Stay far away from either place.

Massage was actually fine. But I purchased a hot-stone aromatherapy massage through Groupon and was booked incorrectly for a Swedish massage instead. Was offered $20 off next visit, but thats not even as much as the difference in cost of the two types (as I looked up later to find out). Probably wont go back to use the $20. Would have appreciated a confirmation of the type of appointment before beginning.Also had a TICKING clock in the massage room. Not relaxing.

I went there with a groupon for two brazilian waxes. I had two different women for each appointment. The ladies at the front desk are polite but it stops there. Both times I had to go home and finish the job myself. One of the ladies was really rude and may have issues with plus size women. I would NOT recommend this place.

I booked an appointment 10+ days in advance for a special occasion. I had my whole day planned around the massage and 5 minutes before the appointment (I live half an hour away) they called and said it was booked for another day, when I said it wasnt they then said they had electrical problems and needed to close the salon early. I complained that they just wasted a hour of my time driving back and forth and couldnt just cancel the appointment 5 minutes before... so they said a manager would call me. Never did. Super unprofessional

I love this Spa especially Susan. She has been working on lasering a bad scar under my eye. It is a difficult area to do but she did it. Almost gone. I would recommend her to all my friends. In fact my girlfriend is going to her to get rid of age spot on her face. I give her 5 stars

I had an ok experience at SpaForever, this was my second time there and it has always been the same, both times the person at the front desk was very rude. My boyfriend and I got there right on time for our appointment, she didnt greet us, but in an upset way she told us the massage had to finish exactly in 1 hour. Then she gave us some forms to fill out and when my boyfriend commented to me we should have the papers on file if we had been here before, while on the phone, she gave her explanation in a defensive and rude manner. If it werent for the massage being really good, she would have cost the massagers their tip. They had their second chance and I dont think we are going back.

Just left from getting a couple massage that I saw on Groupon. It was nice that they honored the price that was on Groupon but I didn’t like that it wasn’t a 60 min massage, it was more like a 45 min massage when it clearly said 60 mins couple massage and then when I mention that it wasn’t a full 60 min massage they stated they couldn’t do anything about it. Don’t plan to come here again!

Did not like the experience. There was nothing relaxing about my treatment. 2 ladies greet me at the door made me fill up a page and left, than shy girl who looked and acted like it was her first day working.....ever took me to the room and she barely spoke english with really non-understanding accect so technically i had no clue what she told me and when i try to tip her in the card she did not know how to swipe the card and charge me. Very awkward experience. Wont come back.

Got a Groupon for a couples massage. The massage did not last 60 minutes (more like 40 mins) although we were slightly late due to rush hour traffic. Overall, I though it was expensive for what we received - $120 + tip for a 40 minute couples massage- (and the Groupon didnt even save us that much money) - I would never come back. There are much better & cheaper alternatives elsewhere.

I started here through a groupon. I was surprised it only took Nicole about 15 minutes to do the whole Brazilian using mostly hard wax. I bought a package for three more despite the creepy way she doesnt leave the room for you to undress before or to dress after. When I got home I discovered she missed a huge line of hairs on one side. The next time I came she missed the whole middle so I asked for a touch up a week later and she did only the top of the middle but still missed both sides lower. She also had a really hard time with the wax temperature so I was left with hair, a sticky mess, and badly bruised on my bikini line. For the second of my package of three I got there to find out icicle wasnt even going to be there today- without a call from her or the place. They had someone fill in who only used soft wax. Since my 11:30 appointment Ive been crying and trying to ice the area- its already been 5 hours since my appointment and I am in so much pain I cant walk and I feel nauseous. It completely ruined my day, I dont know if I should call in sick- Im supposed to start a new job tonight- and I had to cancel a photo shoot! When I called they said a manager would call me and then hung up on me before even asking my name. Dont go here!!! On top of that the place was not clean at all and theres wallpaper pealing everywhere. The table they had me on was lopsided so I had to hold myself up the whole time.

Customer service girl was rude but the massage from Anna was mind blowing. Both times shes been amazing.

Well, I have done lips injection here from groupon but the girl doesnt show me juverderm she doesnt open on my eyes new full juverderm I do not know what she used on my lips so sad with results too(
