I highly recommend this Spa & Wellness Center. Every employee is pleasant and cater to your needs. The prices are reasonable. I had a full body massage for an hour and the services were phenomenal. I booked my next massage b4 I left.

My experience at VEOLAS DAY SPA was one for the DO NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN RECORDS.I must say Ive given this a lot of thought and the total disrespect I received was more than anyone should have to deal with. On my first appointment for mole removal, Ms.Veola decided to tell me the price of the services after she questioned my employment, nurse.The process was painful and extremely costly. I then had a second appointment and waited an hour and was told that she wasnt aware that I was waiting in another room, as she gestured her assistant to do so., and proceeded to do a quick mole removal and charged me the same inflated price as the first appointment, I didnt have as many moles but because I didnt want to confront Ms.Veola and just paid for it. Then I had a follow up appointment and Ms.Veola didnt show up for my 9 am appointment as I waited 20 minutes. Ms.Veola called me and stated her daughters dog was sick and she was tired from taking care of him and decided to sleep in a bit longer. .I must say not a good decision but.i will NEVER go back for i was banned from the spa do to the fact I told her assistant I would write a review. Here it is. Dont go there if you value your TIME AND MONEY. PEACE Just FYI Word of mouth is better than any social media out there

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! The customer service here is outstanding.Cheryl Is the best! Very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The environment is very calm and quiet. Definitely going back. They provide everything for you, just show up to you appointment. We had the aroma therapy eucalyptus. Steam room was perfect, followed by a nice shower and then a calm resting period before going back outside in the cold.

Good place for hot pot cravings.I like the variety of pots here, but I dont like how they put a lot of cabbage on the bottom.There are plenty of these places in California, but they dont serve a lot of side dishes. I like this spot because you can order other things other than the pots.Would def come back here.

I never felt rushed or as if I was on a timer. The staff went above and beyond. The massage felt so great I tipped $50. My sister enjoyed the 60 minute Swedish Massage for $75.00. She enjoyed her massage so much that now we are fighting over the massage therapist.Return (1) Yes, I already scheduled my next massage three weeks from now.Impress Guests (1) Yes. I will treat all those I love to a massage. Ive already treated my sister and I made appointments for my mother and two of my friends.

Went for a Brazilian wax. Most painful experience Ive ever had and Ive had many Brazilians before. Everyone was extremely nice and the sanitary pads are the bomb! But the pain was too much for me to ever relive.

Two major points.1. Theyre good.2. They care.

I just called Veola Spa to make an appointment for their $55 facial. The receptionist was very rude and wasnt welcoming and I wouldnt recommend this spa to anyone. She proceeded to tell me that i needed the $75 facial because i never had one. I informed her that i did and she said well thats what i needed. Remember we are over the phone. She has never seen me nor have i indicated to her that i never had a facial. i would not recommend this spa to anyone. Thank you.

Anyone who gives them less than 5 stars seriously made a mistake.. This place is awesome makes you feel like youre at home ..love the staff and Ive never witnessed anyone rude ..people just say anything nowadays

Love Viola Spar when I visit my mother in law in Chicago, my second stop next day I have to go to pumper myself.

I merely just tried to set up an appointment for my lady and apparently one of the women that work there has an attitude problem because before I could explain to her what it was I needed she hung up in my face so that shows me who you are as a businesses and I will make sure I let everyone know that you have miserable women and staff working there
