I had scheduled two “Full day of beauty” packages for me and my husband. We were not disappointed. Each treatment was unique and completely relaxing and rejuvenating. Our technicians were professional and knowledgeable and helped personalize each treatment for us. The setting was clean and orderly and added to the relaxing environment. We had a fabulous experience and will be comping back again.

I have to come back here. I was just visiting Chicago but my body was feeling out of shape. I had a hot stone massage and I wish I remembered the masseuses name. She was from another country but her hands were out of this world! I hope to visit Chicago again and book a longer hot stone massage. Her style was unlike American hot stone massages and for the better.

I went to Renee Day Spa for a small bachelorette party. They were able to accommodate 4 of us easily. Renee was a pleasure to work with. We found out the day before that one girl, the bride, needed to work about halfway through the planned services. Renee helped us rearrange the services last minute so that she could still enjoy herself and be on the call at the same time. They truly went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to come back here again. Its a convenient location and all of the services were great at an outstanding price!

For many years I have made it a point to visit Renees when in Chicago. Now I have introduced my daughter, Zoe and she too is hooked! Renee and Anna are experts in skin care and treatments. Very pampering, detailed luxurious care is given. Renees is an oasis in Chicago and should not be missed. The best hands down in the city! Love this place.

This is such an amazing place! I came here when I was on vacation and the service was awesome! I would recommended this place to everyone. The workers are very friendly and the service was excellent! They took there time on your service and showed true technique. I would come back to Chicago just to visit this spa.

Visited the salon on a Friday afternoon. Very clean. Small location in an office building, which felt safe during COVID times. Facial was relaxing and well done. Pedicure was really great and only 2 people in the chairs at a time. Prices were also very reasonable - I will be back!

First let me start by saying. They came in on their day off. It was my birthday and we could not find a place willing to accept my sister mom and I. They were extremely thorough and explained every inch of what was going on from the massage to the facial. I really appreciated their professionalism and eye to detail. I cant wait to visit again.

We visited over the Memorial Day weekend, so it was very booked up and I appreciate that they squeezed us in on a Saturday afternoon for a couples massage. 5 stars for that and the owners hospitality and warmth.But thats as far as it goes for the 5 stars. Instead of the 10-15 minutes we were told that we will have to wait, we waited almost 45 minutes for the massage to begin. The room was too small for two beds and I had a feeling that my massage therapist is squeezed and cant really access my body very well.It was also really chilly in there. We are not from Chicago/not used to the cold weather and it was an usually cold weekend for the season. We turned the little space heater on when we entered the room, which they then turned off (without saying anything) 5 mins into the massage. Then my partner mentioned its getting cold again (he never gets cold), so they turned on his heated massage bed - did not ask me if I am fine or not. Later I mentioned too that I am cold again and they almost grudgingly turned the heater on at last. I completely understand that when you are giving the massage, it is physical work and you likely get hot, but I think it is the customer whose needs come first, IF you cant find a way that works for both the therapist and the client. I did not enjoy being cold for a large part of the hour; I cant feel relaxed when I am cold.My massage therapist also never asked in the beginning how I want the pressure or checked in with me throughout the hour. We were never offered water either at the end of the massage.Parking is very difficult, frustrating and overpriced in the area. I do realize it is not their fault but it still contributes to the whole thing.It was an underwhelming, forgettable massage and experience, and if we lived in Chicago or visited again, we would go elsewhere.

The most relaxing experience I have had this year. The best massage and pedicure ever. Cant wait to go again. Everyone was kind and did everything they could to make you feel relaxed.

I went in for a pedicure and foot massage. The chair was comfortable, the scrub was luxurious and the reflexology massage was amazing. I felt relaxed and a little pampered. Renee Day Spa is a great option if you’re looking for a place that’s a step up from a normal polish change, but won’t blow your budget like a high end hotel spa.

I just came into town for a trade show, and realized that I brought open toed shoes. I looked down at my feet, and knew that these things couldnt go out in public. I looked online for something close to my hotel and I found Renee Day spa. From the minute I walked in, I felt comfortable and relaxed.The staff was lovely. They took their time (but it didnt take long!)a really did an amazing job. I wish Renee Day spa was closer to my house in Virginia. Its the best pedicure Ive had in years, if not ever. I also got reflexology since I knew I would be on my feet all weekend. Total relaxation.Thinking Ill probably book a massage while Im in town. And as I was leaving I saw a notice about ear candling. Might have to add that on too.Whenever Im Im Chicago, I know another place to add to my to do list.

I was in town for the weekend and had a 90 minute massage with Anna. It was the kind of massage that I’ll now measure all others against. I’m already planning to come back the next time I’m in the city. I’ve had many massages at different spas in the city and this was by far the best I’ve had. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other spas, especially considering it was a better treatment. It’s also easy to get to. It’s located in the Streeterville Center building on the 7th floor. I highly recommend Renee’s Spa and Anna!I will definitely be back and next time plan to have several other services too.

The spa accommodated a last minute request for two 90 minute massages. (Girls weekend in Chicago). My masseuse was very good: quiet and professional with hands like a Russian wrestler! I walked out feeling thoroughly relaxed and ready for a night out with the girls! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing with some neutral, mellow music. I highly recommend this spa if youre in the area.

I got The Works package for my wife and she absolutely loved it! They even worked with me to have it done on a Sunday and I and very much appreciative. They will be getting my business again for sure.

I had the most amazing pedicure and reflexology treatment at Renee Day Spa. It was so great that I asked if they could fit me in for a manicure and they were more than happy to comply. The owner is so lovely that I just had to hug her at the end of my treatments. Her attention to detail is amazing and everything is very clean. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Me and my Fiancee had a couple swedish massage here during restaurant week. Neither of us have ever had one, but well be back for sure. They play very soothing music and are very accommodating. They make sure throughout the whole experience that youre comfortable. The only thing is that theyre a bit hard to find, we had to find it specifically by the address as we couldnt find any sign outside saying it was the correct building.

Then the day of I requested additional services which they were only too happy to accommodate.Renata herself gave me one of the BEST pedicures I have ever received. We had an appointment for 2 massages, facial and pedicure at 10am and when we got there only 1 therapist was there. As a result we couldnt get our massages. On top of that, we has to wait an hour for someone to get there so we could do the remaining items that we had booked. While they did a good job on the facial and pedicure, it was terrible customer service to not have employees there when they need to be, cancel the massages, and then make us wait 1 additional hour to get our remaining services. The one massage therapist that was present was apologetic about the entire ordeal, and said that the owner, Renee, would call me to apologize and give us a discounted massage in the future. However, it has been over a week and I still have not heard from her. Id recommend going to another Spa and avoid this one.

I cant say enough great things about this spa! These ladies are all so amazing. I started with a facial with Anna and she was so sweet and made the experience very comfortable, and used excellent products-she was fantastic! Then I got a hot rock massage from Irene and this was by far the best massage ive ever received-shes a genius! Lastly-I got a manicure from Janie and she did an amazing job. I highly recommend Renees day spa and will definitely be going back!

I had a great experience at Renes Day Spa. The stuff is very friendly and i get a great deep tissue massage and an european facial, a deep cleanse that was hard for me to find in other paces. My faces is very smooth and fresh even few days later. I highly recommend it!

I bought my girlfriend for Christmas a coupon to Renee Day Spa. The coupon was good for a facial treatment and a nice relaxing massage. She loved every minute of it and said the service is very good and the workers are always friendly. Even the owner is a very nice lady.

Renee Day Spa is an “absolute must go to” of Chicago! I had the luck of locating her business as a local amenity nearby to the hotel we are staying in for our visit in Chicago. I cannot express enough the high level of quality for our massage and facial services. It’s amazing how different you can look and feel after a couple hours in this spa. We were literally - no exaggeration - soft and supple to the touch and glowing from relaxation. The spa is absolutely professional, clean, and so gentle with their care for you as soon as you walk in. I instantly felt calm and peaceful and knew I would be taken care of. Renata is the kindest woman I have ever met. I cannot wait to see her again and use this spa when I am back in Chicago.
