Uneven color all over and I was told my nails are too short and narrow to have even color. The people were nice but this is the roar manicure I’ve ever gotten.

Wonderful nail spa, answers phone promptly. Husband and wife business. They use individually packaged tools - so important! And wrap their sinks in plastic - sink drains cannot be cleaned of bacteria completely if they arent wrapped!! Also do fantastic scrub and very reasonable prices!

Ive had better mani-pedis. The first fingernail polish had to be removed because it was filled with bubbles and smudges from the base layer. She put on a third coat to try to salvage it, but that did no good, of course, and a third coat takes forever to dry. I had her redo it with a very pale pink so any mars would not be as visible, but Id wanted more color; instead I had to settle for the light barely visible pink just so I could get done and get out of there. The pedicure, done by her husband, was good, though no time to soak, as he went lightning speed.

Jenny is AMAZING! Every time Ive come there, shes been super sweet to me and very accommodating, and they have incredibly competitive prices overall. However, the last time I came to Pretty Nails, I had an appointment for a no chip manicure for 7pm (one hour before closing), but on the way I decided I wanted more of a nail art design. Upon arriving, I asked if they could do the design for me and Kim, the other lady who was supposed to do my manicure, said she couldnt, but Jenny said she would gladly do that for me, so they switched clients and Jenny began her work. I stayed at the salon until 8:30 (a half hour later than they CLOSED) with Jenny so carefully executing the exact design I asked for, and even suggested an addition to it that made it look even better. My nails looked AMAZING and after she was done, I felt bad that I had kept her longer than the salon was even open so I offered to tip her more and SHE WOULDNT EVEN TAKE IT! She said she had fun with my manicure idea and was glad I loved it. Pretty Nails is my go-to manicure spot and I have been coming here for every manicure and pedicure recently because you just cant beat the prices and the degree of dedication Jenny has to her clients. I will never come back here. Pedi was ok. But for some reason both nail technicians were confused on taking my acrylic nails off and doing another set, so instead she cut,filed, and treated my nails as if I didn’t have acrylic nails on. Not to mention the lady and man had a whole 3 minutes of just saying “omg”. Now I have one color on my toes and no color on my hands. I looked better before I walked in there. On to another nail shop (that knows what they are doing).

This place gave me the best pedicure! The male owner did it and it was a fantastic and long foot massage which was better than the Fit Foot massage I had the night before at a foot massage place. The hot stones and scrubs and oils were just great. They were super friendly and let my son sit next to me in a massage chair and they were super sweet to him. Go here!!!

I had THE BEST pedicure here! I love the scrubs and essential oils they do during your pedicure on your legs and feet. It surely feels like a spa and massage place all in one! Hot stones and towels? Amazing!!!!! Very relaxing, although it took quite a long time which was okay. Will go back for sure for a pedi!

I absolutely love heavenly nails! They always do a very nice job and make an effort to remember who you are. They are great conversationalists and I always have a great experience with my manicures and pedicures.I got their shellac on my hands the other day and it lasted longer than any shellac I’ve gotten before with no chips or anything from normal wear and tear.Always had a clean station and opens new tools. They even give you the files that they use to take home! Very clean and orderly.

BEST PEDICURE IVE EVER HAD. Best value for your money too! They do a wonderful job scrubbing your feet and give you a great selection of pedicure options depending on your skin type. I have dry skin and they add paraffin wax for your heels along w/the botanical essences and oil/rock massage. All for the price of a regular pedi! Not to mention, the staff makes you feel like youre family. They even remembered my name the second time I went! LOVE LOVE LOVE. As long as I live in Chicago, I will be going to Heavenly Nails.

I was visiting Chicago when I visited this salon. Everyone was super friendly and Jenny was awesome! She was so genuine, it weirdly felt like we were old friends. Honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever had and even cheap, especially compared to other salons. Jenny really hooked me up and I wish I could visit every time! Try them out!

I searched for hours for a great Nail and Spa salon that I could take my girlfriend and I to. Needless to say, that after the first time, we had to go back because the experience was truly Heavenly! Go here and I promise, whether you get the spa pedicure or manicure, you will NOT be disappointed! (They offer a host of other services that I am sure are done well) With respect to the spa pedicure, I leave out everytime feeling like I have clouds for legs and feet. They pull out all the stops too; hot stones, warm towels, massage, the works!!! All the nail technicians are very sweet, kind, personable, and most of all...professional throughout your entire experience. They strive to make sure everything is done right and to the customers liking which helps to make sure every customer leave as happy as possible. Nice place Very clean and professional

This was the worst manicure/pedicure experience I have had. I was there for an hour and 45 minutes just to get a pedicure and vinylux manicure. The women who did my pedicure took forever to do the actual paint, she also spoke no English so communicating with her was frustrating. I had taken off my gel manicure the night before and accidentally left a little bit on. The women wrapped my nails and then another person did the rest of my manicure. She said she was going to charge me $5 for taking off the gel even though I had done it myself. I did not pay for it. She also did not get the social cue that I did not want to talk to her. She was also very rude to me and was trying to talk crap to me about another patron getting his nails done. I have been getting my nails done for the past 12 years and this was by far the worst one. I will never go back.

Unbelievably bad. I felt like an inconvenience to the staff even though I had an appointment. The woman was rough on my feet and continued to give me annoyed looks. It was not clean, there were stains all over the towels and dirt on the floor. I went on a Groupon and that wasnt worth the discount. Im writing to Groupon too.
